I would give 0 start if I can. The pharmacist at this location refuse to help my wife who fainted at this location. He wanted to close the location instead of helping us. He did not call 911 and ask us to go out of the store (my wife was fainted at the time). He gave me a wrong advice that don't call the 911 just drive her to the emergency (she could have died if I have acted on his advice). Its more painful to know that he is trained medical professional and he took an oath to help their patient but instead he choose to not to help us and did all the things to avoid helping us. Absolutely horrendous.My wife could have died just because he wanted to close the location. I have to take my wife to my car and call 911 and I saw him driving away. How can he just drive away? The location like this should be closed who just wants to make money. He is extremely rude. Upon calling pharmacy he made laughable excuses and he also tries to intimidate my close family member. My elderly mother was refused to be seen as a walk-in patient by the Apex clinic across the street from this pharmacy, because they said they had reached their 50 patient limit for the day. As we were leaving the clinic, I spotted this pharmacy and clinic across the road. I stopped in to see if they could take a walk-in, but they didn't have a doctor on site. After explaining that my mother just needed to get a prescription for antibiotics for her wound, the pharmacist offered to take a look at the wound and prescribe her the antibiotics she needed. These guys close at 6pm, and we arrived there at 5:55pm, but they still went above and beyond to assist us! The pharmacist was so kind, and she even helped me to get my mom out of her seat when she saw that she was having troubles standing up. Thank you very much for the great experience and for saving the day and preventing what would have turned into a hospital trip! 10/10 recommend

The ABSOLUTE BEST pharmacy in town. Don’t waste your time or your money at shoppers or anywhere else. If you leave the clinic in falconridge go directly across the street to falcon pharmacy. Your wallet and your patience will thank you, no 45 minute wait times. NOT EVEN A 10 minute wait time!! And the prices for your medication will speak for themselves. I’m a monthly regular here and it is the only pharmacy I will go to in this city. Even prices on Advil type meds are cheaper!! Listen now thank me later and don’t go anywhere else.

I just had the worst possible experience with Dr J Yu for a phone/video consult recommended by 811 Health Link. She had zero compassion and then hung up on me. Get a different job. I am a healthcare worker, I was raised by a physician. I know the health system sucks, but people come to you in need. If you cannot respond appropriately, you do not deserve the title you have. You are a detriment to the health system, your profession, and to the clinic that you represent.

Came here during their business hours, and there is no one here. No signs saying they are closed and nothing in their automated message specifying this. To be fair, most clinics in this city have terrible service. Wasting so much time and have to jump through hoops to get walk-in service. Maybe it's poor government regulation, but it is appalling if this is what our Canadian healthcare has come to

Dr. Quan is very rude! No patience and can't even wait for the answer of the questions she asked. I told her I didn't appreciate how rude she is and she just hung up on me. I will be filing an official complaint with College of Physicians and Surgeon. Really horrible. I wish I did not meet her. AWFUL!

Perscription wait times are minimal, the staff is very friendly and always willing to assist with any questions you may have. Pharmcy Manager Basant adminsmistered some vaccines to me recently and it was a really positive experience, I will be going back in the future for all my pharmacy needs.

Falcon pharmacy staff are all very professional pharmacists, they are always keen on helping their patients and go for the extra mile in their care , I would definitely recommend this pharmacy to be your regular pharmacy, special thanks to Hamid the pharmacy manager for his amazing service

Went into buy some digestive enzymes. They labeled air as 11.99 then told me it was 17.99. They couldn't even own up to their mistake and made me pay for a $7 mark up on said item...At least they were nice when they took my money...
