Poor experience renting. Multiple major issues with the property that kept not being properly repaired, for example two leaking skylights that resulted in a lot of water coming through the roof and down the walls. Kept sending a handyman with a silicon gun, kept leaking over the approximately two years we lived there. They never called to check if the repairs had been done, we had to keep reporting it. Suggested I'd better check my contents insurance was up to date incase anything was ever damaged by the water. No, it doesn't work that way, if the repairs aren't done correctly it will be the owners insurance that needs to cover any damage to my property. Upper story window also leaked, down the internal walls and through to the bottom floor. Finally sent the same repair guy, on the day they knew we were moving out. But he didn't know anything about the leaking window, he was there to "fix" the skylight again. Tried to claim less than two weeks from the end of our lease that we'd either have to sign a new lease for three months and then pay for advertising and a lease break, or vacate in about 10 days. Again no, it doesn't work that way (need to serve a notice to vacate) and when I quoted the relevant section of the act suddenly "the landlord has reconsidered" and let us stay for the extra ten days we needed (and had told them about well in advance) before moving into our new place. So if we'd believed then we would have been out hundreds or even thousands of dollars. Or homeless for 10 days. Overall - poor communication, manipulative and misleading. Couldn't care less about the properties they manage or the good tenants that live in them. Not even working in the owners best interest. You too can have an experience like this all for the low cost of 1800+ a month.

Best advice from day one When my Mum passed away in September 2021 my brother and I had the difficult choice of what to do with the family home. We finally decided to sell it after almost 7 decades in the family. My daughter recommended Jason to us as he had sold a property for her a little while back. Hope to come back and review this review now that I'm on the hook, at some point down the track. Something that is important as a company is not to just always tilt the scales towards investors but to strike balance with finance, sustainability or market and fairness without gouging any one party. That provides wealth to all and longevity.

Fall Realestate are an amazing company to rent from. This is my 3rd year in my house and they gave me a chance to rent this beautiful home when I was unemployed and I am forever grateful to them. If I ever have any problems with maintenance I just have to email my property manager and everything gets dealt with quickly and efficiently. I couldn’t be happier and I am extremely thankful to Fall Realestate for allowing me to call this house my home.

Great agent Went and saw the house and the agent sat and had a chat, gladly showed us everything we wanted to see.
