If there was an option to give zero stars I would as this company is not even worth 1 star, went week before last to order a bed/headboard and service was good (jays son) was promised a headboard with diamonds/patterned/texture & padding however when delivered it was a cheap leather plain headboard, went in yesterday and was served by a woman who was extremely rude at the get go and made us feel like we were lying and kept questioning us, very bad service, we literally didn’t get anywhere with her as she didn’t have a clue and kept ringing jay, she said her son served us the week before & kept defending him. We explained that he promised us a different headboard and she then said it would be a extra charge to order the one we wanted, ended up leaving as she wasn’t helpful and other then the extra charge she wasn’t apologetic. We was due to order another 3 beds but thank god we didn’t place another order. What a mess! I would not recommend this place, we initially placed an order based on the reviews and it is unfortunate that jays son promised us the wrong headboard and then jays sister who served us yesterday did not take ownership of the situation and made us feel like we was to blame and apparently we didn’t make it clear to her son which in fact we did the week before. So disappointed and won’t be ordering from here again! Please avoid if you don’t want to be ripped off!!

Jay at Family Furniture has to be one of the most genuine people I've met, he was straight talking about our furniture requirements, for a recent rental property and offered a quote that couldn't be matched by any competitors. In total we ordered 8 pieces, 4 wardrobes and 4 bedside tables. Upon delivery Jay changed the handles on one wardrobe (he didn't have to do this as the furniture was wrapped, but he had recognised that it had been damaged during delivery). This is the first time we've used Family Furniture, the communication was excellent both via Facebook messenger, text message and phone calls. If you're looking for excellent quality goods with a service to match, don't hesitate. We'll definitely be back.

Very happy with our purchase. Well worth the drive to Birmingham. Writing this from the comfort of my new bed, and I’m very glad we chose to upgrade the mattress as we almost didn’t! Jay is a top bloke and he deserves all the success in the world. There are not enough honest traders out there, but I am pleased we have found one. A genuine, funny and reasonable guy. Jay & his team were very professional as well as friendly. I ordered a chest draw and cupboard and they did not disappoint. The quality of my products is amazing and I’ll definitely be recommending them to all my friends and family. The cupboard was built quite fast and Jay made sure it was made with no problems. I highly recommend this place for good quality furniture at really great prices. The owner was brilliant he was very friendly and helpful, he delivered my bed at short notice (same day I spoke to him) when I'd been let down by another company. He was really friendly even helped with set up via whatapp video when he didn't have to. Also gave me a better bed at a discounted price as I'd been let down. I couldn't speak more highly of this man and the quality of his furniture. I will definitely only be using him in the future.

Its a hard find to come across a business which delivers quality and is price friendly also. The whole experience was A* from explaining what I needed to having great customer service helping me find the perfect bed. The quality of the frame is way above the price I paid £250 completely solid, delivered to Warwick and put together included in the price The frame is pine and so heavy-duty I can't move it... the white glossy finish is flawless and the man that delivered and built it for me was so friendly and polite. Fantastic lads went above and beyond to get me the bed I wanted which was a super king size. Had my bed delivered within a hour and a half of finalising the details. Unbelievable service and turn around time. I saw a number of beds online in the shops but the prices were crazy, I sent pictures of what I wanted and really liked and sent it over to the guys at Family Furniture who said they could do the same thing. I was expecting delivery to be around 6-8 weeks, I placed the order yesterday and the bed has just arrived and been fitted! We'll definitely be using them to do the rest of my house.

Ordered 2 single beds with storage, mattress and headboard in plush velvet charcoal grey. I cannot fault anything so far, excellent service on the phone, kept me well up to date with everything, accommodated to deliver on same day, took the beds upstairs and even offered to assemble the beds. Absolutely fantastic all throughout. I now have plans to place more orders and replace other furniture in the house.

Honestly I am shocked at the quality for the prices! I paid £185 for a kingsize divan bed with headboard and delivery!
