Absolutely horrible service. I walked in to exchange shoes for my wife. There were 4 workers just standing around. 1 person helped, after first saying no there aren't any like that here in that color, then when we walked over I found the pair instantly. Then at the register, I asked the worker to hold on, I think I might grab a pair of shoes also.well instead of assisting me, she just said ok, just tel me when your ready. Then after I walked over and looked at all of the Nike Running shoes, I realized that they have no Wide men's shoes. I thought maybe I missed them, so I went to the counter and the same person just kind of shrugged her shoulders like ahhhh, oh well. Then she mentioned maybe to check other stores, and famous really doesn't carry shoes like that. I was horrified, especially being a sales manager for a Business. I was so horrified that I am writing this outside in the Peking lot of the business. Oh well, off to a different shoe store, not a famous one! Sports Authority here I come. Last time here!

Angela is the absolute best! She has helped me twice now, and is an absolute delight. I had a pair of shoes ive been wanting for like a month, and decided on a whim to stop in as she was really helpful before. She found the shoes i want for work, (theyre so cute) and ordered them to the store for me to pick up, at an even better price than i was going to pay for them online elsewhere. Given that i work in an environment where my shoes get filthy and ruined really quickly, usually every few weeks needing to be swapped out, i now have a steady supply of adorable work shoes! And she was so pleasant to work with, and i was not having the best if days today, so its always great to deal with humans with super positive energy! Ty so much for ordering my reboks!!!

I stopped here to get weatherproofing spray for shoes. It's local, easy to run in/out of. This is another footware warehouse. If you're shopping back-to- school or kids' shoes it's okay. True, they carry name brands, but to get deals you usually have to buy at least 2 pair. Prices aren't really "better" - most shoes are last year's and can be found on Sale for same price where there are no irregularities in 'brand' name; and no need to buy at least 2 pair. They carry footware needs for whole family. Free parking in lot w/handicap spaces, wheelchair access. Easy access from all sides if you live nearby and know the entrances/exits. It must be doing something right as it's been here for years.

The worst store ever... bad customer service.. bad employees.. never help and have bad attitude too.. also, they dont follow the rules of how to treat a customer well.. with their bad attitudes they lose customers and what they have done to me i will never go to that store or even buy from famous foot wear brand.. i hope when they hire new people teach them first how to deal with a customer not tell them to say to customer dont give me this attitude..

Dirty store, wifi never works, when i asked for help to a woman name Vanessa she didn't respond me well, very rud!! and showed me the direction pointingher finger, really insulted!!! They don't even have the restroom!!! Where customers suppose to go if they need to use it badly!!!! Not worth it to go, poor quality as well compare to finish line and Foot Locker.

Is a good place for shopping very convenient and decent prices. They have clearance on a lot of items buy one get one 1/2 off. Always works out for me. Also I bought a lot of socks brand name Adidas Nike turned out they are cheaper than anywhere else.im very happy with what I get from there always. Plus the employees are very good helpful friendly.

Great shoes selection.... Brought the shoes back bc the insole wasn't intact. It was moving inside the shoes while walking Anddddd they said it supposed to be like that It's not like I never wear shoes before .. anyways they exchanged the shoes for me.. That pair didn't have the same problem ..

This location is super rude I felt like I was being kicked out. We entered around 8:50 and told us they were closing in 5 mins... okay we understood then they told us twice again & they were closed after we had heard already. Never coming again sorry but the 2 ladies were super rude about everything.

I enjoyed going here I took a pair of nikes back and ended up with 2 pair of Nike's and a pair of pumas also I received a refund the young lady was very helpful and courteous this store is larger than the store at riverpoint so they have larger inventory and more Size's

New storefront location in same 9utdoor mall strip.. Clean and bright store. Very visible signs advertising current sales. They never seem to have additional items or sizes in the stock room. Staff is generally friendly and helpful. Large parking lot on site.

VANESSA ( store manager) was not being helpful but rude and expressed her self totally unprofessional. I wonder how she got this position! Not gonna go to visit this store anymore after having an extremely bad customer service by store manager.

Great prices, good selections on running shoes, over picked on my size, and would definitely go back for a throwaway pair for everyday gym activities. This is not the place for exclusive drops, lotteries, or releases just basic shoe life here!

I like to going in here. I've been meaning to want to go in here for a long time and I finally did. I thought the person that worked in here was helpful and showed me what he had to offer. And I found what I wanted paid for it and moved on.

I am a senior and the shoes were limited in wide widths, did not carry men's dress socks, no place to sit near shoes. The young lady who worked in the Chicago Lincoln/McCormick store was very helpful and courteous.

The young lady was nice and cheerful. She told me that I could look around the store if I would like, and I did. Love the shoes that I bought. Will see if I may have to return them.

The employees are nice, everything is well organized. I didn't have any trouble finding things. And the employees are gladly to help if your having trouble on finding anything.
