I went to this store to buy my 5 year old daughter some shoes and I saw some nice Nike shoes that cost 45$ But when I got there to pay one of the cashiers said that it will be 60 dollars I said what I told the cashier that over there it said 45 dollars.The cashier said no it’s 65 dollars.So I told her if I can talk to her manager she said with a mean voice ok she roll her eyes at me .The manager came and said what was going on? I told the manager that the shoes were 45 dollars and that the cashier told me they we’re 65 &charging me more . The manager said I’m sorry but these shoes cost 65$ .I told the manager I’m not paying 65 for these Nike shoes . I want to pay the correct price amount that is 45$.The manager said um we’ll that’s not the price so are you going to buy them or leave them?.I said no thank you I’m leaving them I’m not paying 65 dollars for them . My daughter was so happy because she was going to wear them and now she was sad I felt bad for my daughter .But I bought her converse shoes in the converse store.she was happy.So i am never GOING BACK AGAIN

The employees were nice but the manager was so rude to me! I didn’t catch her name but it’s started with an M, but she eyed me and has such an attitude towards me. She acted as thought she didn’t want to be bothered with me. I couldn’t quite figure out why? I would not recommend asking this manager to pull a shoe from the back. Not only that, she had an attitude towards the employee that asked her to pull the shoe when I was signing up for the loyalty card. Would not recommend her overall the rest of the staff was nice.

Employees are super helpful, love the prices. I don't buy shoes anywhere else, I mean, I love shoes and I shop for shoes but the price just deters me from buying anywhere else, not here. I always walk out with 3 or 4 pairs when I only need one but you know prices so low + coupons and reward points...I keep on buying! If you don't have their app you need to get it and or like them on Facebook because you'll get coupons thru there too. Oh uh just need more shoes in size 8 or 8.5. That's the only thing.

Had a package delivered on 12/7/16 at 9:55am..I call today 12/8/16 asking if it was there they said no but my tracking on my email said fedex delivered it yesterday.so I call fed ex they said a C.Tyler sign for it so I call store bak they said theres no tyler that works there..the gorl I spoke to first time said her name was hanna..then when I call bak .I ask if she was girl I just spoke to she said yes but this time her name was elisia..never go there agian

WHY FAMOUS FOOTWEAR DONT HONOR THEIR CUSTOMERS. I AM APART OF THEIR REWARDS SERVICES, I HAVE OVER 500 POINTS, BUT I NEVER RECEIVED MY CERTIFICATES. OVER AND OVER AGAIN, I CALLED TO VERIFY MY ADDRESS, ONLY TO HEAR,"YOUR ADDRESS IS NON DELIVERABLE".! WOW WHAT A SCAM! I AM GIVING ONE STARE BECAUSE I AM FORCED TO DO SO!

Was referred to this store by another Famous Footwear. My shoes were waiting for me. The sales person was efficient and professional. This store is in the strip of stores across the parking lot on the north side of Ford City mall. Not really visible from Cicero Avenue.

Don't put a sign that says you open at 11am on a Sunday when you have numerous people waiting outside at 11:05. Let us know if you're having troubles opening or if delayed time.

Love the store and deals. Friendly staff..name brands and sale rack..easy parking and store not visible unless you enter Ford City lot..
