After two weeks of shopping in over 20 different stores our 13-year-old could not find a shoe she could make a decision on . As we walked in the door Diamond greeted us with a great smile, and an amazing attitude and couldn’t be more helpful. She immediately asked my daughter what color do you like, what style do you like, what size do you wear, tell me what it is you like and I can help you find it ? Not even 20 minutes later we were walking out with a beautiful pair of Adidas shoes and my daughter couldn’t be happier! Give that fantastic woman to raise not only is she friendly, personable and professional, she zeroed in immediately on my daughters needs and filled it within 10 minutes. We will definitely be back when our two other daughters are ready for shoes. Thank you Diamond you save me hours of hunting and made my girls day we will be back to see you soon! I went in to buy shoes for my soon to be 9 year old Daughter. She is in that in-between state because she has big feet size 5.5 -6 and when I walked in lady was playing on her phone and taking personal call. She did not look up and did a fake hi. I walked up to her and said I need help understanding my daughter shoe size and she looked at me and said she did not understand and she just kept repeating that phase instead of getting help. She pointed in the general direction of the right side of building. They had great shoes for boys not do much for girls and they were $60-$80 I walked around not finding anything so I walked out and next door to Marshalls and found cute Adidas and paid $29! I know she was just making her hourly wage but she will be out of a job when they close down.

I've been coming here for quite a few years . I'm a waitress and buy my skechers here which are very comfortable. My " shoe guy" Abe, is a great help as he chose a pair of sandals that I liked and more important a pair of men's winter boots that are perfect for me , warm and comfortable . See, I have a large scar right above my ankle and all the women's boots are too high and bump against it, which irritates it. So, he made a suggestion and I bought the pair he showed me. He knows his job well and is an asset to the company.

They had all the shoes I was looking for and all in my sizes. The people who work at this location have amazing customer service skills, particularly an older lady with black glasses and dark hair, she is so sweet and friendly. 10/10 would recommend.

Nice variety of shoes and decent prices. Haven't been to Famous Footwear in decades. Found what we were looking for. Went to the Six Corners location on Irving Park. Clean, organized, friendly service.

Nice selection of footwear but BE SURE TO PRICE CHECK ONLINE before buying I payed 15$ more for a pair of sneakers which was almost 30% over and the lady told me they don't price match

Always a great selections of shoes and in stock, if not they will give you a call when the shoes are in the store. If you order online, you can use ship to store. I like that also

I bought shoes there that fell apart after few days, they had no problems returning and exchanging them, I even got a little discount from installing an app phone. Great store.

They have a good quantity of options to choose for women, children and men. They should have like more options of each model. Overall a good store to find shoe ware.

Customer service was great. Selection is limited at this location. Customer service helps you order the shoes you want if they don't have it in stock at the store.

Prices are ok for the quality. Alex was super helpful. Always try to get a retail me not or a discount for a better feeling on the price when you buy.

Don't buy in this store but go only in Ross because there are very good brend with less prices.
