I went here a few months ago to get my nails done the girl that owns the place did an amazing job . The whole issue I have is when I went back to have them removed the owners sister did not remove my fake nails correctly instead of soaking them in acetone she put this gel that badly burned my nails on and sawed off my nails and repeated the process until my fake nails were completely off . This is completely unprofessional and not how trained people should be taking off nails ! You use acetone ,I would suggest that her sister doesn't work on the customers anymore unless they next person she does this to sues her for pain and discomfort on top of not knowing how to remove nails . I really am extremely upset even after asking her what she was doing repeatedly she acted like she was doing it right and completely damaged my nails and hurt me . So do I think I'll be going back here no probably not and if I do I will only let the owner touch my nails period or the other girls but the sister should loose her liscence before she hurts someone else .

I went in the afternoon on the 27th, the first lady that filled and shaped My nails did a great job didnt mind that i had a more intricate design and was happy to take the time to reshape them for me :), I was seated by a technician that was working on her family or friends and looked to be friendly and do awesome work. I had to leave for 20 mins while the lady that filled My nails worked on another client which was absolutely no bother. But when I came back I had the technician that was with her family and after looking at the colours I had told me the original ones I chose wouldn't work and I had to do a white French tip, she seemed to be rushing a lot and when I asked her to reshape the French tips to the ones I originally showed her she seemed annoyed and never did the second coat on them, I got decals and she didn't ask the placement before already placing it on the nail with gel and in the end the nails looked really bad after leaving the store. I ended up paying $79 with a $15 tip and had to fix them on my own for where I needed to be

One nail fell off the day after they were done. Another nail fell off 3 days later and yet another within the week. 2 were replaced but by a nail tech in training. No polish applied to match the ones I had painted initially. I also had to file the new ones down after I left as the tech was just learning how to do them. All of this I probably would of brushed off but when I returned to have them fixed, I wasn't said hi to or even acknowledged and I was treated like I did something wrong. I also tipped very well when they were done initially. I will not be returning. Good customer service is very important.

I am so happy to have found this little oasis in the middle of downtown Kingston. They have oodles of colour choices, a nice open manicure space and a private pedicure room with state of the art massage chairs. Pedis last forever and my feet feel like new! Almost always can get in last minute.

My mom booked an appointment for her, my daughter and I to have our nails done and the owner and another girl came in an hour early to do our nails! The ladies did an amazing job on all three of our nails and they were sooo patient with my 3 year old! Would recommend this salon to everyone!

If you are looking for a great shellac or gel manicure, pedicure, and waxing this is the place to go. The space is bright and beautiful with lovely decor. Linda is a wonderful esthetician and extremely knowledgeable in making your nails as strong as possible. Highly recommend.

Waunita did my nails today, I am beyond happy with them! VERY professional yet laid back to make you feel comfortable. I would HIGHLY recommend the salon! I will most definitely be returning and telling everyone just how amazing they are and to go there!
