I took my husband and grandfather to U nails today. I go every 3 weeks to get powder nails done. I've always had a great experience. They always do great designs. Today was my 89 year old grandfather's first radiation day. Afterwards I took him for a mani pedi. He loved it. He's an old country guy. Who would have never gone. On our way home he asked when we could go back. My grandfather has diabetes. I asked them not to use the foot shaver on him. They were very gentle and kind to him. Got him all cleaned up. My spouse is military. His feet are so banged up. Mia spent extra time trying to smooth them out. She had her work cut out for her. Thank you to the staff for giving my guys a great experience.

OK nail experience. Pros: The salon was very pretty and appeared clean, the price was on par with others in the city ($30 pre tip), the staff was very very friendly, there was a wide selection of colours Cons: Nail job could have used more attention to detail (I.e. caution when cutting cuticles as to not draw blood, cleaning up blood from when my cuticles were cut, cleaning excess glitter from other nails). Not many staples (such as a UV light dryer). This was only one experience and may represent an off experience, especially when compared to the rest of the reviews, but will likely not return.

This was my first time at U Nail & Spa and it was Amazing! The salon is beautiful and clean, everyone is very friendly, and the service is impeccable! I took my mother there for a girl's day; she got the Honey Lemon manicure by Michelle and LOVED it!! She couldn't stop talking about how good it felt :) I got bio gel extensions from Ellie and they look fabulous! Best quality extensions I've ever received! I recommended this salon to pretty much everyone I knew, and will definitely be coming back to get my nails done again! It's been a week and my nails still look great; so natural :)

Pedicure was just ok. Nothing terribly wrong with it, but more care could have been taken. It’s my manicure that I’m really disappointed with. My cuticles were cut back so much, one even started to bleed. But the nail polish application is the worst of it. Within 24 hrs of my appointment it already started to chip in places. You can see from the photos that the polish is uneven near the nail beds. I’m not hard on my hands at all, so they should not look like this so soon after the mani. When I do my own nails they last much longer.

Play experience was fantastic for my first time ever going to this establishment. Great customer service great atmosphere overall I had a great time being there getting my nails done will definitely be returning in the future as a continuous customer. Thank you everyone add this establishment for making you feel welcome since it was my first time being there, and never using the salon and thank you for being so welcoming. I’m doing such a fantastic job on my nails. Everyone has got some serious skills in this establishment.

Never had a problem at U nail and spa, been many times. Sadly this time it was different, my daughter went in for a acrylic and I for a manicure with gel polish. It was rushed. It took 15 mins for both of us. I realize that they were hungry but you need to take your customers first. I have been there. The lady before me was very well taken care of. I shouldn’t of even tipped because it was so bad. I thought they’d be different but I guess this will not be the case. My polish chipped today, a week later.

Whether it’s Ellie, Jen, Stella, or Michelle, doesn’t matter who it is, I always… ALWAYS leave the salon content and relaxed. Thanks to their team, spa day for me is a refreshing experience I look forward to. Not only are they talented at what they do but they are also very patient, professional and don’t mind me reading my book while doing my nails (lol). Amazing place and staff. As long as I can, I will always get my spa services done here and will always recommend them to anyone who will listen

I had the privilege of going to U Nail & Spa for the first time yesterday. I was totally blown away by the Salon's appearance and atmosphere, and even more impressed by the care and high quality of their craftsmanship! Hannah did a superior job on my pedicure, attending to detail, and did the "best ever" leg/foot massage!! Jen did an equally amazing job on my manicure and my high quality nail art! I absolutely love this salon, and I am certainly recommending it to my friends! See you again soon!!

I have gone many places in Kingston to get my nails done and have never left completely satisfied with the outcome until I came here yesterday. Stella did the most amazing job! The shape is perfect, the design is exactly what I wanted, my cuticles were cut perfectly (not overdone and completely pain-free), and she was very accommodating. She handled all of my requests perfectly and was so kind throughout! I was 100% satisfied by the whole experience at a nail salon. Thank you guys!

I chose the aloe jelly spa pedicure and it was fantastic! The after was quite warm, but I was informed this was required for the jelly. It was worth it as my feet were so soft before the treatment even began! Very nice staff who make sure you're as comfortable as possible and get exactly what you want. I felt very pampered and not at all rushed. Good safety protocols too with moveable plexiglass barriers between you and the technician as well as masks.

I popped into this beautiful store today and was amazed I was the only person. I got a beautiful full set at a reasonable price. Jenny and the rest of the staff were so kind and absolutely meticulous yet timely. They delivered great service and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. They opened during COVID lockdown which has been very difficult so please go support them!

I’ve been going to this salon for manicures for about 7 months now. They do an incredible job every time! They are friendly, professional, fun to be around and recommend services with your nail health in mind. Their prices are reasonable and they complete the job in a timely manor! Definitely recommend U Nail & Spa if you’re in need of a new salon in the east end.

They are always very accommodating and polite. They have provided great service at a reasonable price. I have absolutely no problem recommending this establishment.

Stella did an amazing job on my nails! I showed her the design I wanted, and she was very attentive to the details. I have the week off, and working in the food service industry prohibits me from having anything on my nails so I was so happy to come here to treat myself to my first pair of fake nails!! Service is always great, but today your team went above and beyond. I had a recent surgery and asked if your team could be gentle. Not only was it gentle, I’m pretty sure I got the royal treatment. That combined with the massage chairs was a wonderful way to help me feel better. Thanks so much!!!

I was disappointed with the services I got at this place especially based on the positive reviews. The staff seemed inexperienced. They were not using high quality products (ex. Bath and body works lotion). The nail polish chipped and peeled off within 2 days. I will not be going back here.

The staff here are amazing!!! Really enjoyable environment and very talented staff. I showed them a photo of the nails I wanted and the results I got were even better than the photo! The power went out too and the whole team worked together to finish all the customer’s nails

First time getting my nails done in the area and I'm very impressed. The gentlemen took exactly what I showed him I wanted & did it beautifully. He was gentle & not only that but he listened when I said not to file my nails a lot as they are very thin & brittle.

I have gotten manicures here three times. The staff are professional and welcoming. I highly recommend Leo. He creates a magnificent Biogel manicure with beautiful french tips and sets up an enjoyable experience.

It was okay. I didn’t get what I asked for (full set) and by the time I realized it was too late to ask him to fix it because I didn’t have time. Decent service. Pedicure hurt a little bit more than most to.
