"Bought a bed base from here wooden frame , wasn’t cheap and when got it home set up the bed to find one side was broken ! Rang , was told they would order a side in and come and fix it , they never bothered to ring back or fix the bed , paid Good money for a broken bed frame , Going put a formal complaint in as it’s not right , we bought few things from here , bitterly disappointed that my Grandson has to sleep on a broken bed held up by bricks on one side !!!! "

Very happy with the customer service here. From enquiry on replacing an old couch cushion to placing the order to picking up the item. Flawless. Keep up the great work!
