This pharmacy has been so rude to me I felt the need to write this review. I have been in here several times as it is at a very convenient location, right in front of the cathedral but, I will not be back their customer service is the worst at least from the woman I have dealt more than once. I went in a few months ago since they had a sale on avene products and notices they were almost expired and one had expired. While looking, she made me feel like I was bothering her when I asked if new products would be in stock soon. I came back last week and was looking again. They don’t put prices on their products and if you want to know how much something is, she makes you feel like you are annoying her. I asked for one product. She told me and I started to put it back on the shelf and she grabbed it out of my hand and told me she will do it. Normally that would be nice but her tone was of annoyance. I thought maybe I’d just taken it the wrong way and moved to the other side where the solar products are. Seeing that they are still on sale. I went to look at the expiration date and she raised her voice to me in front of her current customer telling me not to open them. Of course I wouldn’t open them! I know this. Obviously one can’t open a product you aren’t buying. I was merely looking at the box for the expiration date. I told her I know and she argumentatively said it again, even louder where customers are now turning to look at me. I turn again and said. I’m not opening them, I’m just looking at the box. She gives me a dirty look and continues to explain that I can’t open them. Which I wasn’t doing. I almost said I’m checking that this time there aren’t expired like last time but I didn’t feel it necessary to be rude the way she was. I don’t think I can adequately express how rude she was..not just unfriendly, outright rude. I just left the store. There are so many pharmacies near here that are friendly and helpful this has been the only one that has made me feel bad. I’d go elsewhere to make sure you have fresh, not almost expired products and helpful pharmacists.

Por un imprevisto, tuve que ir a esta farmacia situada al lado del Colegio de Arquitectos de Catalunya, antes de una gestión. Estuve reticente durante un minuto fuera porque recordaba una mala experiencia en otra farmacia de Las Ramblas de Barcelona, en donde me dieron un producto que no había pedido y no estaba seguro de volver a probar en un sitio-paracaídas. ¡Suerte que entré, y es que hay que compartimentar experiencias! El trato, exquisito, me asesoraron en todo momento, me evitaron gastarme un dinero innecesario en un producto que no necesitaba y me resolvieron la papeleta con Matrícula de Honor. Así que no puedo más que estar enormemente agradecido de que haya profesionales así en el mundo, que sean de mentalidad tan abundante. ¡Gracias!

Son muy desagradables. Soy asmatica voy con mi hijo de 23 meses y me dio un ataque de asma leve se han negado a venderme un ventolin diciendo q se les ha acabado les pido q me den cualquier salbutamol q es la formulacion del ventolin y me dicen q no tienen ninguno, no me lo creo y entonces me dice q no me lo van a vender si receta. Lo he co.prado en otros sitios muchas e es si receta, lo pago y punto. Aqui puedo ahogarme con mi hijo en brazos.

I was not impressed by one clerk there. I bought products from this pharmacy 2 times. First time there was no problem asking for tax refund but the second time there is one clerk, she’s not being helpful. She’s just said that the first time was a mistake. It’s impossible to get tax refund if paying in euro via Spanish bank debit card. I just wonder that she’s the only one right person and those my previous purchases were all mistakes?

Bordes. Llamo preguntando para ver si hacen test de antígenos con QR, ya que en Internet ponen que hacen test supervisados, y me dicen que si es para irme por ahí o al bar no hacen, y sin dejarme hablar me dicen buenas noches y cuelgan. No, señora, no era para irme al bar ni porque no estoy vacunado, es porque lo necesito para viajar. Ser amables no cuesta nada.

Llebava años comprando aquí sin problemas siempre han sido amables. Ahora no se que ha pasado. La chica nueva filipina una borde sin razón...porque le da la gana y encima siempre te intentan vender todo lo más caro como si fueras turista. Una lástima pero después del otro día no vuelvo más aquí y eso que vivo al lado.

TIMADORES con precios abusivos que encima van cambiando según el día. He ido varias veces a comprar un medicamento hasta ayer q al entrar junto a un grupo de turistas pensaron que iba con ellos y me lo querían vender por más del doble!! Y encima con atención pésima

La persona que me atendió no paraba de mirarme mientras miraba los productos, me amenazó con tener que pagarlos si los abría y no estaba haciendo nada. Y para rematar siguió intentando venderme cosas que no necesitaba. Sentía que se estaba riendo de mí

Rude staff, not caring at all about the customer, and very slow service. Prices just slightly above the average ones, which is to be expected given the location. The shop is tiny though so don’t expect a vast assortment of stuff

La verdad que el trato inmejorable. Tienen mucha variedad de productos y siempre tienen promociones interesantes. La dependientas me ayudaron mucho, conocían bien el producto y me asesoraron a lo que realmente necesitaba.

Una farmacia muy agradable. Muy buen trato y don de gente. Nunca había visto tanto profesionalismo al momento de atender. Me han ayudado mucho. Muchas gracias y volveré siempre que necesite cualquier medicamento!

Estamos muy agradecidos con esta farmacia. Las chicas han conseguido averiguar las medicinas iguales a las de de mi país y podemos continuar las vacaciones sin la maleta que nos extraviaron.
