I called for a quote last week in November of 2023. I was told with the renters its a $30 annual fee Quote was sent in email. Was told to call back the following week to set up an appointment to come in and sign papers and put money down. Called back Monday December 4th in the a.m. was told I will get a call back. I did at 4:26pm. I was told as of December 1st the rates went up so my quote would increase. (He knew that because he said in the conversation, HE KNEW THE RATES WERE GOING UP. Why would u quote me, knowing I'm calling the following week to give payment? Now I'm at the office. I can't do renters because of a previous bankruptcy. I was also informed that even with the auto insurance its a $30 annual fee. I was told renters!!!! Eileen even asked, did know one ask you this? No one asked you questions? No one said anything? No they did not!! I guess forget the renters for now. OH! Now the rates increase even more! Now i need $400 for a down payment, without renters) No communication whatsoever. Why did u waste my time? I went from renters and 2 cars being insured to taking my business elsewhere. Rates went up twice in a week and now I can't get renters. Absolute joke!!! Eileen was nice.

The agent that handled my account in Davidson County is not a very good agent. He charged me for 2 mos. Ins. And i had not even closed on the house yet. I was to get 10% discount and said it would come off my truck. Instead he raised it the premium up $10.00. He was told twice by me and financial company to fax the policy to finance co. and finance co. Called me next day and said she had not received policy. It's not like he had anyone waiting on Jim when I left that day. Just employees was there. The office in Hickman County are super nice and efficient. Wish I could have kept them as my agent.

The absolute worst experience I switched insurance companies, I was told by an agent my policy would be 1 price with activation fees and a completely different amount was billed. called the office multiple times and never received a call back because my renters insurance was never added. Finally, an agent called back after almost 2 weeks and had no clue what was going on. Needless to say, I canceled the policy and never received my policy until after I canceled.

I called on Monday, January 8th at business opening to request insurance quotes for both home and auto. I gave all of my information including going outside to my car to get the VIN number. I requested a quote that day if possible and was told that someone would be in touch later that day. Today is January 17th and my phone has never rang! If service is this horrible before the sale, I imagine it would be the same (can't be any worse) after the sale. HORRIBLE!
