Sadly, I am posting this since my email to the manager Dec 4, 2021 went unanswered. I expected at least a reply. Usually great service and have even given great online reviews -but “Dwight” is lacking. Did not get up when we boarded on our return or offer to help. One person getting on in front of us and he did not get up for him either. Arrival to the lot uneventful and my wife got off first while Dwight unbuckled his seat belt and asked me after I had unstored the 2 bags (that I had stored on the shuttle) if I needed help. I was already handing the first bag to my wife and I said no. I exited the shuttle and kept the tip I had in my shirt pocket that was waiting for a person who would earn a tip. It was not Dwight. I have not experienced this poor service in Austin (usual) or your location before. I know it is hard to find people, but I have always thought to myself what a cash money making job the shuttle could be. Guess he was just there to drive the shuttle, but he is not what you want. Better keep an eye out for how he is not treating your clients.

I had a horrible experience with driver Tori. She was waiting in the designated zone area for customers. My husband goes to the side door as I’m still trailing behind, she doesn’t acknowledge him at the door. I’m thinking possibly she didn’t see him because she’s scrolling on her phone. I went to the front of the bus and she doesn’t make any contact and puts up one finger and gestures hold on. Not once does she acknowledge my husband and not once does she even make contact with me. Tori proceeded to open the door and not say one word or even get out her seat. When other customers came she greeted them and took their bag. They were different races than my husband and I. Tori has horrible customer service skills and horrible attitude. I’ve been a member for years and I’ve never experienced an interaction like this before. I understand it’s late I’m writing this at 2:50 am leaving the airport but at the end of the day Tori chose the job but she’s definitely misrepresenting the company. Tori needs additional support in customer service to relations.

I normally hate using these parking places because they take forever but I have this one a try. The price was one of the best and it ended up being covered parking. As soon as we arrived, Lidia greeted us and was extremely pleasant. We parked and there immediately was a bus waiting for us. The driver was very friendly as well. As we returned, we ended up staying a day past our reservation because our flight was cancelled. When we arrived, we could not find our parking ticket. The staff was understanding and very accommodating, Lidia especially, in a situation that many companies would have taken advantage of the lost ticket. They made the end of a trip that wasn’t great, so much better. Not only will we be returning to this place, but we will also recommend it to anyone we know. Fast Park & Relax and Lidia were wonderful.

We have always parked at Fast Park when we travelled because their great service, cover parking and competitive price. Last week was the first time I drove my Tesla and parked there 7 days. I did not know that I could park at the designated EV spot and plug in the power while we are away. When we returned yesterday, the battery level dropped to 20% which is not sufficient to get home. I went to the entrance/exit booth to ask for help. Daniel was at the booth. I am 73 years old and got confused easily. I think he reconized it, so he walked with me to the charging station. He patiently showed me how to turn on the charger with a key and personally plugged in the charging cable for me. His service is extraordinally. I really want to thank him for making my last leg of the trip a pleasant one.

I dropped my car off Sunday morning 11/20 with no issues. I sent someone to pick my car up today 11/22. They had the green ticket and the woman at the booth acted as she couldn’t help them. Fine. My friend called and said she needed a barcode. I send the barcode and then I call the number on the email and the woman whom answered was rude and acted like she couldn’t remember a conversation and interaction she literally had less than five minutes ago. I told her she was unhelpful and rude several times and then she hung up the phone. I really feel you should have more helpful people running your booths. They are in a customer service role and are there to assist. I’ve never had an experience like this and will definitely look for somewhere else to park in the future.

Having never flown out of Hobby, I looked online for a shuttle service and saw that Fast Park's scores were higher than competitors. I decided to give them a try. I handled my reservation online in advance and just scanned my paper when I got there, but they also had an app option. I parked in my covered space, immediately had a shuttle ready to pick me up, and got dropped off in no time. When I returned, the airport was busy, and I thought I'd have to wait. The first shuttle filled up quickly, but another was already standing by. My drivers were Kenneth and Earl, and both of them were so friendly and helpful. The people working the gate were also nice and seemed happy to be there (a rarity!). I had a great experience and would highly recommend them.

First time using a parking spot to go to the airport. This place is easy and convenient to use. Just pick up your card at the machine before you drive inside and the guy inside the booth will direct you on which row to park at. Once I parked, the shuttle was already there to pick me up. No waiting at all! The person who was driving the shuttle assisted me with my luggage which was so nice because I had my hands full and my luggage bag was quite heavy. The drive there was calm and relaxing. No issues and was dropped off at a timely manner. When I came back, the wait for the shuttle was short, less than 2 minutes before I saw the shuttle coming. I gave them my ticket and dropped me off at my parking spot. The price of overnight stay was so reasonable!

I was very pleased with the service I received when parking at fastPark. My trip began at 4am & I was traveling alone. The driver promptly assisted with luggage. My return flight was late so I called and they Asured me it would be ok. Once I got to the parking lot my car wouldn't start. I called the office and the young man came with jumper cables, but that wasn't the only issue. I also needed gas. They did not hesitate to come back with gas and again to jump start my vehicle. Every employee I encountered that day from the driver's, booth operators to the phone dispatchers "Mya, Tiffany, Greg & Kenneth" were professional and courteous. I want to say thanks again to everyone. And did I mention they offer great rates! Sharon W.

If I could give no stars I would!!! I left my vehicle in this lot to fly out on a emergency and decided to try this business out for the catchy name, thinking I wouldn't have to worry about my vehicle while I'm out of town but lo and behold I come back to a vandalized vehicle and missing items!!! I even kept my cool thinking things would be handled accordingly but was I wrong only thing I was offered was half on my deductible like really.... keep that change that isn't even worth what I felt to see my property destroyed!!! Put that on security to keep from someone else's car from being stolen or vandalized..your better parking at the Airport!!! And the one star can be for the night time manager see was amazing...

I used Fast Park for the first time Thanksgiving Day weekend and was thoroughly happy with it. Parking is covered and when you pull in a space is assigned. A bus follows you and is right at the car. The driver will help with your luggage. After loading up others parking next to you he heads for the terminal and drops you right at the door for your airline. When we come home the bus was right outside baggage claim and we’re taken back to the parking lot and dropped right at our vehicle. Leaving was just as easy. I made a reservation prior to our trip which made it even easier. I will use this parking lot again when I travel. Prices are very reasonable and I feel my vehicle is protected there.

There was a time I was choosing to park in the airport decks, and it was costing three times as much! Honestly, I randomly chose FastPark one day, and I'll never go back! Setting up a reservation is so easy. I frequently use IAH and HOU, and I get quality service at both. I especially love that as soon as I pull in, they radio a driver, and so even when I'm running late for my flight, I'm not delayed at parking. The representatives at the gate are always friendly and helpful (sometimes that QR code just won't scan). The shuttle drivers are nice. I wish there was a way for me to offer a non-cash tip to the driver. I've become so accustomed to not carrying cash, but I always want to tip.

Long-time customer at both locations - never coming back. I too share my strong disaproval of the actions of this company as reported by the news. Allow a known customer's truck to be stolen by letting two people in without keys or ID or proof of car ownership to call a locksmith (who also failed) to spend hours stealing this car. I understand that mistakes happen, even major ones, but to impead the investigation and not cooperate with the victim, your customer, is unacceptable. You should have apologized on the news and helped the victim and the police with the camera footage. You've lost my business forever.

I had fly out of Hobby every other week to Az for 3 yrs battling an “incurable cancer!” Fast park Never failed me. The greeters at the booth and the drivers were always kind! My car was safe while I was away, which gave me one less thing to worry about! Our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ is Faithful! I have been healed by His stripes!!! One trip after sharing my story with a driver, he stood up, grabbed my hands and prayed for my healing! I’ll never forget that day! He was Gods light when I needed it! FastPark was another blessing. Thank you Jesus! You ARE Faithful!!

The AMAZING staff!!!! I’ve have been a frequent customer for over a year now and I swear it feels like I’m going to my family’s for a visit. Everyone recognizes you and greets you with so much love it feels like family! I have been a member for years and I've always appreciated the kind services and helpfulness from the drivers and attendants. However, I am writing this as I have just left Hobby FastPark. I want to say thank you to Ms. Josie for help help with my luggages onto the shuttle, being the first and only driver on this trip to inform me that my son's car seat must be strapped in a seat belt AND loading my luggages into my trunk when arriving at my vehicle. Thank you for not only helping to take the load off BUT also caring about our safety. God's blessing to you!!

The lady at the booth, didn't catch her name was so welcoming and kind! Mike L was my driver from and he was awesome! This dude is changing lives! He was relational, which seems rare these days. He was funny and respectful! He said people request him to drive them and I completely understand why! I am so grateful the Lord put Mike in my path this morning! Remember you are made for a purpose! Experience coming in was amazing! Bus driver was very nice and helpful. The experience coming back wasn't good at all. Bus driver was very rude and fused to take another family since it was too large. He didn't help anyone with there bags and we had at least 7 pieces including a double stroller and 2 car seats. Once we got to the car again no help. He was so eager to leave he nearly drove off with one our bags. This happened 2/26/22 around 8:30. I am still a huge fan of fastpark but they might want to better evaluate their drivers.

Fast Park has the best value when it comes to airport parking. They always ask if I am in a rush and make it a priority to get me to the airport quickly. In addition, I don't need to wait very long when getting picked up from the airport. I love that the parking is covered and not just open. I feel like my car is safe in their lots. The technology to reserve and research parking competes with the best in the industry. The service staff is exceptional and they care about each customer's experience.

My experience with Fast Park & Relax was fantastic. They are well organized, polite, professional, and punctual in getting me from their location, to making sure I get to the airport in a timely manner to catch my flight, as well as being right there without me waiting, once I returned from my trip. The shuttle driver Carlos and the lady at the booth provided excellent service, and made me feel good about doing business with this company in the future. I give them 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ in my book.

I like y'all for several reasons: first, it is easy to set up a free reservation. Second, I like the covered parking aspect for everyone. Third, earning free parking is easy to understand. Fourth, you make it easy to redeem points for free parking. And, last but not least: the staff at the entrance/exit and shuttle drivers are always professional, friendly, and helpful. Many of your customers could be stressed for various reasons upon arrival and I admire how you all take it into stride.

Machine broke down. Understandable. But not moving up the busses to help with the bottle neck is not. 10 people on my bus alone with 3 busses sitting and nobody else through the gate. That is not understandable! I fly once a month, min. And get how the system works better than the staff. Regular rotation is fine for normal circumstances, but not with ticket machine issues. 15 min means a great deal for frequent flyers. Added my photo to make sure my time of arrival is noted.

We left my car which has a rooftop cargo carrier on it parked here for four days. When we got back everything was just as I had left it. The shuttle driver was very polite and friendly. His driving was relaxing. Timely, but still enjoyable. The desk person upon entering was every bit as helpful, friendly and courteous as the other employees. The price was great as well. Only $21 to park in a safe friendly and covered lot. I will definitely use them again.

This was my first time using this parking lot. I was very surprised that they pick you up at your parking spot once you park. There is always a shuttle ready to take you to the airport. I especially like the fact that someone is there 24 hours a day to make sure your vehicle is safe. When I arrived from my business trip at 2 in the morning, I was so relieved to see a van outside waiting for me. I appreciated that.

I love how I never have to wait for my ride to the airport after parking my car. They are there usually before I get out of my car! And when I come back from my trip and ready to get home I might have to wait 5 minutes, but usually I don't. They have friendly helpful drivers that never let me get my own suitcase. I will continue to tell everyone to use them because the price is great and the service is impeccable.

I have booked parking at the Houston Hobby and Intercontinental airports on at least 10-12 times and each time I have been extremely impressed.The staff members from the pay booth to the shuttle drivers have always been extremely courteous and helpful. The prices are the lowest i've ever seen and experienced. The total experience is unbelievable for the cost and proximity to the airport.

Love Fast Park. Their location is away from the crazy traffic at the airport and their parking is well lit and clean. Drivers are at your spot quickly and they are super helpful. Airport pickup is fast with vans either there waiting or not far away. Check in and Check out is quick and easy and should there be a problem, someone is there to quickly and professionally help you.

Easy, efficient online booking, and easy, efficient parking and exiting. Great pricing as well! We have also not had to wait long for a shuttle to arrive at the airport when we returned. Love Fast Park! The service and system there is great! My truck was dead after a 5 day stay and the driver saw me there and stopped to give me a jump and help get me on my way. Love their APP and website as it is so easy to earn points and use points when traveling… Many other nicer and newer places still can’t get it done as quickly and as easily as Fast Park!

Barry went above & beyond helping me get my car. We had to drive back from our destination & he had a shuttle available in about 5 minutes so I could pick up my car. He even made sure I got out of the gate ok. Kelroy got us to the airport quickly after we shared that our ride forgot about us. We are loyal customers because of their EXCELLENT customer service!!

I always park at Fast Park without any problems. The drivers are so helpful with your luggage. Everyone are so friendly. I wish you could get better results from Reward points. I parked for 7 days and only received points. It takes 40 Reward points to park free for 7 days. Maybe the points can be increased

The process was very quick and simple from drop off to pick up. The shuttle driver was amazing coming and going and picked us up immediately from both the lot and the airport. Shuttle driver was a heaven sent helping us with our bags and had outstanding hospitality. We would use Fast Park again for sure.

I had a great experience! I traveled the Friday before the week of Thanksgiving and was pick up from my vehicle immediately. Drop off was effortless. I returned the Friday after Thanksgiving. Pick up was a breeze! Check in was easy and check out too! I will definitely park here every time I'm flying.

I park here often and never have had any issues. This time, I was 2 days late picking up my car due to the Southwest flight cancellations and I did notify them as soon as I was cancelled. They were very understanding and assured me that my car would be safe until my arrival back in Houston.

This is absolutely my favorite place to park at Hobby. The reservation process , checking in and being directed to an aisle with immediate pick-up takes a lot of the stress out of traveling. We had a bit of a wait when we arrived back in Houston, but our driver was helpful and entertaining.

Everything went smoothly ~ from the moment we parked our car, the bus picked us up promptly, then as soon we returned from our trip we got our luggage & within minutes the bus arrived & BOOM we were back at our car! Easy, peasy! Our drivers both ways were wonderful with great attitudes!

I am frequent flyer and Fast and Relax is very nice parking but at this location Driver “Tori” is worse driver I ever seen. She picked me from hobby airport and spent 40 minutes to take me to my car. Supper slow, unprofessional, and lazy driver. Management should think about her.

Great location 1.3 miles from Hobby. The customer service is great, check-in and check-out is automated, simple, easy to use, and their shuttles never miss, always on time! The parking area and facilities are super clean, well kept and they are an example of what good looks like!

Believe the reviews!! I’ve used FastPark Hobby around 4 times now and every experience has been phenomenal. They are efficient, reasonably priced, and make the airport experience that much easier. I seldom write reviews but felt like I needed to for how great this service is!!

Unless your super rich or perhaps your company will pay for parking, I am not sure why anyone would park at the airport. The price is great here and they get you to and from the airport very quickly. The discount for the military is fantastic. Don't forget to tip your driver.

I’ve never had a bad experience here until today. The bus driver . Her name is Dynaa (some with a goatee) was extremely rude. I’m extremely disappointed to start this trip on such a sour note and I hope FastPark trains the employees to have better customer service skills.

Prompt pickup from parking lot to terminal when flying out. On return, prompt pickup from terminal to parked car. Very helpful loading and unloading luggage. Very helpful at checkout in using rewards for final payment!

Pretty straight forward. Parking is affordable and pickup is efficient. Rewards program is a nice incentive as well. Lydia went above and beyond when the system went down to make sure I received my receipt at checkout.

Normally we are very impressed but this time I had to go find a bus. There was a mixup in communication and no one knew to get us. Thankfully we were close and saw empty buses. We were compensated with 2 free days.

Very good parking service. Always timely. I have used for both business and leisure travel and never had an issue. Employees really care. Tiffany works very hard and really appreciates your time as a driver.

Easy to use reservation system. Quick to pickup from the parking area and passenger pick up from the airport itself. Fair prices, and friendly staff. Parking spaces are decently wide for mid sized SUV's.

Initial entry to lot was very easy and fast pick up. Everyone we spoke to was very respectful. Everything looks fairly new and very clean. The bus driver (Mr. John) helped load our bags.

The buses don't have air-condition in them.. well they do but they don't work, this is the 2nd bus I've been in , in a week w no air..unacceptable in Texas heat..
