I pulled into parking spot this morning where I’ve always parked and did not have a reservation. I swiped my card and told him that I wanted to park in covered parking. Hector told me that I could not park in covered parking because I didn’t have a reservation. I can make a reservation right now but there will be an hour before I can park my car in covered parking. So I pulled in, turned around and asked to leave they insisted Hector who’s very nice insisted that I swipe my card again to leave. He charged me nearly 6 dollars to turn around and I took 2 waters from their cooler paid and left. pulled out turned right and went to fine parking. It has a well lit, concrete garage that’s covered and brand new no problem no reservation plenty of covered parking. I can’t believe the parking spot charged me $5.69 to turn around. I couldn’t back up because there’s a car behind me. Horrible company. I will never parked there again. The staff are ok but that policy is ridiculous. I can’t believe that the employees don’t have the ability to let you out.if you just want to turn around

Disaster! This is my LAST and final time using The Parking Spot#1. After my late flight last night, all I wanted to do is hop on the shuttle and get to my car. Instead, when I arrived to the pick-up area there was an extremely long line to get on the Parking Spot Shuttle 1. The ONLY bus that was picking up was the #2 Parking Spot Shuttle. There were about 50-75 people waiting on the #1 PS Shuttle. I waited for about 45 minutes for the #1 PS Shuttle to arrive. There was lots of pushing and cutting in line because there is no formal line-up once you arrived to the pick-up spot. It should be clear where the line starts for thoses who think they are entitled to just get on the bus while others have been waiting for extensive periods of time. The scene was very chaotic, HOT and disappointing. The shuttle are never working properly. The last #1 PS Shuttle I boarded overheated and it was like a heater throughout the bus. SAFETY first, Fast FAIR CLEAR service goes a long way.

If this was purely based on the service I received from the drivers, it would be 5 stars. They were excellent! I didn’t have to wait at any point, and they quickly loaded up my belongings, including lifting my two year old onto the bus. This is a warning to pay attention to your reservation times… otherwise you will get hit with ridiculous overage charges. I could have sworn I put them in correctly based on my flight times, but I found out during check-out that it defaulted to 7am to both the arrival and departure time on my reservation. I checked out at 10:29 am, so 3.5 hours after my reservation time. I was charged $15 extra for one day of “parking overage”. I get it… it was 3.5 hours after my reserved time… so charge me for the daily rate, not double. Lesson learned on my part, and I hope I can save the next customer from being charged this fee.

The driver Nelson needs to be fired!! My husband and I flew back on September 3rd and was trying to catch the shuttle to take us back to our car. Upon arriving to the parking spot shuttle, we were denied entry even though we were waiting in line. He told my husband and I we couldn't get on and allowed the couple behind us to go before us. When we asked why, he said "this my shuttle and I can do what I want". When we tried to tell him this is not right, he immediately became loud and aggressive towards my husband yelling in his face. Nelson then proceeded to throw our luggage out the shuttle towards me and threatened to call the police for who knows what reason! This is the first time we have EVER experienced anything like this, and we always use this parking spot. I hope he is reprimanded some type of way for being discriminatory.

I received exceptional service from this Parking Spot location on a recent trip. The bus was prompt and the driver was helpful and friendly. Upon leaving the facility, I was initially upset when the charge on my credit card was much more than my quoted price (almost double). After a phone call, I learned that there was a glitch in their system that caused the problem and the manager rectified the situation to my satisfaction. She called me to let me know that she refunded the excess amount on my credit card, and she even put two days of free parking on my Parking Spot account for the inconvenience. This was fantastic customer service!

Do not use this location the wait after you park your car is more than 30 mins. They have directed all these cars to go park and then do not have enough driver or buses to pick them up. How when reservations are needed??? Finally got on a bus to the airport after waiting 45 mins then walking to a different location no where near my car parked to catch a ride when there was tons of people waiting for pick up all over the lots. The driver said she couldn’t get up so people loading their luggage took an additional 10 mins. No ac on the truck and it’s 100 degrees outside. Horrible service all around!!!

I’ve been using this place since 2012 and their service has been declining the last couple of years. We’ve had to wait 30 minutes for a shuttle to pick us from our parking spot. Last time, we had reserved a covered spot only to show up telling us they overbooked covered and all they had was uncovered and we can take it or leave it. Then the after we parked and proceed get our toddlers and unload our luggage, the bus driver just takes off and didn’t wait for us and it was another 20 minutes in 100 degree weather before another bus showed up.

We had to wait quite a while for them to come around to pick us up this time, it was very early morning. We were already running late, so we were pretty stressed out. They were helpful loading our suitcases. I always use the parking spot at hobby. The service is generally very good. This is the first time we had to wait over 5 minutes for them to pick us up. We always park in the open parking. No problems. And you get free bottled water on the way out.

I use park and flys often, and this was one of the worst experiences I’ve had with the shuttle speed. Both ways on my round trip were full of customers upset about the long wait times. Customers would grow frustrated and cut lines leading to even longer wait times for those being more orderly. I will never use this company again and try the plethora of other park and flys servicing Hobby that had no visible wait.

Convenient parking about 6 minutes from Hobby. Shuttle runs regularly but be careful getting on them since there are two parking Spots, 1 and 2. The driver should catch it and save you the delay. Wait times on arrival were about 20 minutes and you need to call if arriving after hours. Covered parking may need to be booked ahead to secure a spot but uncovered is always available. Very convenient.

I have nothing but great things to say about the Parking Spot. My coworkers recommended them at their Hobby #2 location. The staff were friendly and there is plenty of parking available. I got a complimentary water bottle. I'm not sure if that was part of the order I ordered online but it was much needed to survive in this brutal Houston traffic. Thanks and I will be back soon.

I will never use parking spot at any location ever again. I came in on Wednesday, came back on Sunday for 4 1/2 days. (really 4 days & 10 hours). They charged me for five, not 4 and a 1/2, but 5. $85.31 total cost. Good thing I wasn't on a week or 2 week trip. That's like $16.00 a day for 5 days charge. Way over priced parking !

We left a back pack with all our electronics as well as medication on a bus late one night after a very long flight. The drive turned in the bag and I picked up the next morning. I was so relieved to find everything was still in it. Thank you to the driver for your honesty.The Parking Spot will be the only place you use.

The Parking spot used to be dependable. They no longer have enough buses. There were 10+ cars full of people waiting for buses for 15-20 min. We finally gave up and left and we were given the option of being charged for being there for over 5 min or waiting for a supervisor. Will not go back.

Parking Spot Hobby is all good if you getting there early. If you get in a time crunch, you might as well pay the Airport parking fee. Because they PLAY AROUND. If you late you might miss the flight dealing with them. I don't know if it's short staffing or what. But they take a while.

Pre paid for my parking so I was able to use my barcode to enter and exit. When I entered someone directed where to go and the shuttle met us at our car. Upon return the shuttle took us back to our car So convenient. The shuttle drivers were very friendly and polite. Great experience.
