Outstanding customer service! I can see why they've been in busy for 20 years. I got a custom built (refurbished) desktop with additional high end gear installed. Great price, well built and way cheaper than purchasing at the larger retail stores. They don't push a sale, there number one concern is what do you need to get the job done. Very impressed, no sugar coating and very knowledgeable. After I received my desktop they called the next day to make sure everything was going well. That's customer service! I highly recommend them to anyone - hard to find people you can trust.

The service I received at Fedacom is unparalleled in any establishment I've ever done business with. They are EXTREMELY helpful and knowledgeable. On more than one occasion they went above and beyond to help me, even though it did not earn them any money. I have been sending all my friends to this store, and I've asked them what they thought. Without exception they were all thrilled. I have bought several laptops through them, as well as a myriad of other computer parts. My only complaint is that the owner won't hire me! I'd love to work there! I give the place 110%.

I walked into this computer store with a simple request. I found the owners rude and severely lacking good customer service. I am a diplomatic person and I was treated to a patronizing attitude. I went to the Trailing Edge and the difference was night and day. The Trailing edge staff were courteous, friendly and reasonable. They did not even charge me.

Terrible. One word describes everything. The man working there said that there were 2 malware's and tried to charge me 300$. But when I went to another place it they said that the hardware was messed up and I paid 67$ and everything was perfect. DON'T GO! CANADA COMPUTERS is 10x better. Trust me! I would put zero stars if I could've!

Needed to upgrade my older computer...circa 2011 from 4 GB to 8 GB. Lee, the lady at the cash experimented with used DDR3 Memory units unit everything worked. No charge for service. Nice place to go if you're looking for a more personal service experience where there's some real help to solve problems.

I didn't even make a purchase, I was here desperately hoping they'd let me use some of their equipment to diagnose my non-booting laptop. They opened up a generic laptop power supply for me, and I was able to confirm my laptop was fine, it was its power supply that had died. Wonderful people.

Amazing. I while back I bought a keyboard / mouse wireless bundle for 20$ The One I bought didn't work. When I went to the store they gave me a full refund and helped me set up my new to make sure it was in tip top shape (I'm using the keyboard I bought from there to type this up)

I got a feeling. Then i come down here to the library and it says "connection unsecure" my connection is secure so whom then is insecure? FED a COM - interesting, doesnt the fed get a credit rating? is that how you got the name? USA a1 credit? Or how, interesting name though...

Only computer store I've dealt with for over 12 years. Have had multiple dealings with them. Have sent friends and relatives without hesitation. Best computer store in the Ottawa area, hands down. I will not buy anything computer related from any other store.

I was very happy to find a part I needed especially since I had already spent a lot of time searching for it locally and hadn't found it. The lady was helpful and obviously was very experienced. The price was excellent as well.
