ABSOLUTELY AWFUL EXPERIENCE. My mum went to part exchange her car and was told by a salesman that they would give her £1500 for it. This was the agreed price written on the receipt and she left a deposit. The following week went to exchange and pick up the car and was told upon further inspection the car was worth nothing and they’d only be able to give max £400. The guy had said he was really unwell last week and on lots of medications (hence why he may have wrongly priced the car) which is extremely alarming. As the agreed price had changed she could not continue the purchase as now out of budget and was pressured with remarks like “haven’t you got any nice family or friends you could borrow a bit off”. Once leaving then received further calls and voicemails by which point they were now saying they could give her £700 for her car (which they had said earlier was worth NOTHING). Only to get home and her to find they’d given her the incorrect logbook back from A DIFFERENT CAR. They didn’t apologise ONCE for this admin error and simply said she’d have to come back, followed by further pressuring tac tics saying her car could go “kaput” at any moment so she really needs to make a decision. EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL PLEASE STAY AWAY.

I dealt with Adam from the very beginning. Lovely man not pushy at all. But very busy. He let us take time to view the car I was interested in. Car was valated inside and out. And very clean. Adam Couldn't do enough for you. Sold me a Lovely Red Nissan Note Ntec 42,000 miles 2010 plate. We drove home with no problems at all. They Part Exchanged with my older Nissan Note Acenta no quibble for a reasonable price. Swapped over battery as had a New one in my old car only literally a few days ago no problem. Other young man I have forgotten his name, sorry. Was very knowledgeable about the car and the Sat Nav system and mechanical side. As this model was different than my previous model. All in all a very good Garage and Showroom to purchase a car from. They were very busy. Phone didn't stop ringing. I'd recommend them with no problems at all. Discovered recently that work I needed done on my car wasn’t covered by the warranty (even though at the time I took it out, I was assured that absolutely everything would be covered) . Also had a very bad feeling that the price I’d been quoted by the garage used for any warranty issues was too high so got a second opinion. Took it to my local garage and found that I had been quoted DOUBLE the price for the work. Worse still, the work that needed to be done had been an advisory issue on two previous MOT’s but surprisingly the advisory had totally disappeared on the MOT given to me by Fenways. I’ve bought cars previously from them but completely lost trust in them now. Won’t be returning to buy another

Giving this place five stars because the service was excellent and so were the prices. Generally I would go to a main or mainstream dealer for my cars but saw some good reviews about this place so popped in. Instantly likeable and approachable owner who talked us through a few things and they had a good range of cars and good prices. Went to pick it up the following week and because of the fuel shortage he'd not been able to put petrol in so gave us £15 off to half fill the tanks. Also came with a years warranty. As long as nothing nasty happens with the car I'll definitely go back here again.

Extremely poor service. A friend of mine bought a car 2 weeks ago from them and as she was driving she could not get the car out of reverse. It was an extremely dangerous situation that she was in and even though by-passers tried to help, they could not. She then contacted Fenway's and a very unhelpful man said its quite normal for cars to break down after a day - how pathetic!!! He did not value how much she spent on it and suggested that she was lucky not to have spent more!! Absolutely disgusted!!!

Bought a car from Fenways at the weekend, really pleased with the service I received and obviously the car! Would highly recommend Fenways, been looking for ages for a car online, as I didn’t fancy dealing with car salesmen but decided to take a chance and pop into my local dealers, the first car I saw I bought. Aiden and his brother were friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. I will definitely recommend Fenways to my friends and family and they will be my first point of call next time I need a car.

Bought a car from fenways a lovely little car Took it for a test drive asked about the brakes Because they were grinding was told they were dry brakes what a joke Had a machanic look at it he said it need to new discs and the back box for the exhaust was corroded so needed that to plus new tyre he said we should have been told this after they done the so called M.O.T it was very sloppy We should have been told but we wasnt

The worst. Called about a car, we're told it was available. They lied about the MOT. We said we would come see it anyway but it would take over an hour to get there. They said no problem, they'd hold it. Then they went and sold the car in the hour it took us to get there. The worst service, dishonest, and not worth the time. I wouldn't trust anything they say or sell. Steer clear.

Bought a new car here recently. Found the service to be excellent with Aidan and Malcolm having excellent knowledge of their cars on show. Took a car out for a test drive no issues and found the whole buying process very easy. New car was fully serviced with new MOT as well which I took as a bonus.

Living an hour away I arranged with this company to go and view a car. I rang them as I left my house, after an hours drive to the showroom, they finally told us they had sold it. and hadn’t been bothered to ring me to save me wasting my time. I would not bother with this garage again.

Very honest and friendly especially Aiden. All the cars I saw seemed to be of quality no doggy looking cars. Am very happy with my purchase and the quality of service. My sister and nephew have also purchased from them approximately a year ago and they too have no regrets.

Have brought 3 cars from Fenways in the last few years for different family members and each time i have delt with Fenways they have been excellent. Malcolm and Frank are two very nice guys, will definetly buy from them again, and would definetly recommend them. VERY GOOD

I found them very helpful not pushy like lots of dealers, they even claimed my tax back for me online so that I got March instead of April onwards. I cannot fault them, the car i bought runs lovely condition was great. I will certainly recommend Fenways.
