I am stuck, I would love to give this place a ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ star review but also a 1,2 & 3 stars. So I opt to stay in the middle somewhere at four stars and here’s why: we heard of this place and decided to come out and see what it’s all about. As we arrived we were quickly seated by a young host adjacent to the bar. Within two minutes of our seating we were greeted by our young waiter who took our drink order, and within about five minutes after that we were given a breadbasket with what looked like a delicious sesame crusted Italian bread and butter on the side. The sesame crusted bread exterior was delicious but the bread itself was stale and cold in the core the butter was perfectly salted. Our drinks came out pretty quick. We went ahead and ordered stuffed portobello mushrooms and two types of salads along with a rosemary and butter crusted aged steak to share. The restaurant at around 7 PM filled up pretty quickly for dinner which is nice to see on a Wednesday evening. We received our salads and stuffed portobello within 20 minutes of our seating. The five stars go out to our food which was absolutely made to perfection! The Portabella was nice and hot as well as the stuffing the salad was generously filled (with I would say a little bit too much of goat cheese and large pieces of canned beet which would have tasted a bit better if was cut smaller). The steak was beyond better than other steaks that I’ve eaten in steakhouses. Four stars goes out to our waiter which should’ve been nice if he came out to check up on us every 10 minutes just to see if there’s anything that we need, the only time that we interacted with him was when the food came out or if To see if we wanted another glass of wine throughout entire visit. two stars go out to the bar area. For a small restaurant the bar should’ve been immaculate including the counters and the floors. keep in mind we were sitting adjacent to the bar entry and to see this mess while you’re eating what is fine dining food is not pleasant. One Star goes out to the fruit fly and a large fly that was flying around over our table and sat on my wife’s shoulders a few times and a one star to the fabric napkins which smelled like they’ve been sitting in a collage dorm closet for 10years. Overall I give this restaurant four stars and would definitely recommend people to come out and experience the delicious food I do hope that this restaurant hires female servers or hosts and waiters that are A bit older with more experience than the young waiters who attended us. I would definitely like to get invited to come out and try Fig & Vine again but hope to see a change because over all experience was mediocre except the food which was spectacular❤️
I'm 2 years late with this review, but hey better late than never! Fig & Vine is my favorite brunch spot on Staten Island, hands down. A cute, cozy little gem on New Dorp Lane. 10000% make sure to make reservations ahead of time for brunch. We go Sundays around 11AM and people start rolling in after us so it gets busy for brunch! Such good vibes and cute ambiance. It does get loud when it's a packed house, so just a heads up for people that do not like that kind of vibe. Drinks, food and staff is an all around A++ in my book. My favorite dishes to order are the mini quiches (2 different options of quiche, but I liked both so I always order 1 of each), the Tea Tower that has fresh fruit, pastries and mini quiches (perfect for up to 4 people), Truffle Fries, Lobster Benny, Breakfast Tacos and Steak N Egg Benny Flatbread. I haven't tried out the rest of the brunch menu, but a lot of my friends have been here and said everything on the menu is delicious! The bottomless sangria and mimosa option is a must, such a good price for bottomless drinks lol. I love bringing friends here -- it's always such a fun time and even better when the food and drinks are so good! I haven't tried the dinner menu out yet, but I sure will be back to try it out soon!

We went there to celebrate my mother in law's birthday and while the place looks like an interesting place to come to for brunch, I personally wouldn't recommend it and don't really plan on coming back unless I'm brought here. Very slow service and not timed right to bring things together. So on the one side that is partially the servers fault, especially since our waiter was rather slow to bring stuff and often not easy to get a hold of, spending time discussing things at the bar and not minding his tables. But on the other side it's also the kitchens fault for not having everything ready together to come out together. For example I ordered a side of truffle fries for my chicken and waffles and waited an extra ten minutes for them to come. At the beginning I had to wait an extra 15 minutes for a cappuccino I ordered after everyone had received their coffee and drinks. We also had to wait for over an hour for our food after we sat down. Now I'm used to spending a long time at a restaurant or cafeteria, without anything but my drink, being Greek and hanging out at cafes in Greece.. But we never have to wait that long for something we ordered. When everything did come I did try my food and my wife's hoping one of the dishes would be amazing, but they were just ok. Not helping with the waiting situation at all. Not for me.

We all went to Fig and Vine for a long overdue girls day (with the baby) and it was amazing. The staff are amazing. They are so sweet and helpful. There was a blonde girl up front who was so so sweet and personable. The food was delicious. We all were so so impressed. I got the breakfast burrito which was to die for. My cappuccino was so good and so strong. Kept me zooming through the day. I can’t wait to go back.

My little guy needs a high chair and there was plenty of room for the high chair without it getting too crowded. They were also so nice to him. The waiter brought over water for him in a little coffee cup and a cover. It was really thoughtful. Overall a great experience.
While the atmosphere was nice and service was friendly and attentive. I’m picky about the seafood and the octopus was quite fishy to me. I didnt particularly enjoy the taste of it even tho it was trying to hide under the seasoning. But the temperature it was cooked in made the texture perfect. I wasnt blown away by the salad either. However the rigatoni vodka sauce was 10/10, so good i couldnt stop eating even after I was full. Its just chef’s kiss. The hummus was very tasty as well, Love the toasted bread and oregano or something on top. Scallops were also very good, risotto with that ham was ouu wee, gimme more pls. Lastly the cacio pepe was not it, it seem they cooked it and let it sit and it came all clumpy and oily. Dont recommend unless you only order that and it comes out immediately after being cooked.
This place made my husbands birthday so special. They are cute cozy and welcoming! Love the eclectic vibe. They put on the jets game for us, and let me tell you this place has a phenomenal menu. I adore the concept of figs in most dishes. The fig flatbread with goat cheese was huge filling sweet and crispy, so dreamy. Also loved the fresh coffee! The bottomless sangria got us twisted. The brunch burgers were oozing with egg and juicy meat, I couldn’t even finish all of it. I also loved the fresh arugula and hash browns. We also got a side of truffle fries which were addicting. The nutella bombolinis was amazing fresh creamy bday treat. Shout out to amazing staff with a smile, love how they comped his drinks and dessert. I cannot wait to come back here again and again!
Food was not bad but it took almost an hour for our food to come out and when they came out they were not hot. We also had to wait for the fourth entry as they didn’t come out altogether. The restaurant was not too busy at all but seems like everyone has to wait a long time for their food. The service was a bit slow as well and the restaurant was very chilly on a cold fall morning. Overall it was not a very comfortable experience. Probably wouldn’t come back again.

Visited with friends and family for brunch and was just as satisfied as with their dinner menu on a previous visit. I ordered the Brunch Burger, was excellent! My wife had the Smores waffle and loved it. A friend had a Fig French Toast dish and said it was very good. Staff is friendly and helpful. Nice small intimate atmosphere too!

This place is super cute and the food was good. The platter we got was mostly carbs and I wish they would add more protein to it. It was beautifully plated, reminiscent of a hotel. The home fries were cold as well as the truffle fries.

It was my first time here. Amazing drinks, food, service. We had such a good time with friends and literally laughed all night along with your staff. The bartender and waiter were so awesome and went along with all our jokes. I wish I remembered his name but your fig martinis (about 6) kind of blocked my memory! Can’t wait to come back, which will be soon!

The best brunch I've had. Period. We could not believe at how delicious everything was. The cocktails were also really good, so props to the bartender. If you are a french fry fan, make sure you ask for the truffle fries. We also loved the vibe and ambiance of the place. We hear that dinner is even better so we are coming back for sure. Can't wait.

Incredible experience. Went for brunch. One of us tried the salmon from the dinner menu, which was out of this world! The staff was super friendly and attentive. The chef even came out to say hello. Great atmosphere as well. We will be returning to try some more dishes once we are back in the states.

Came here fully expecting to have the Meatball Parm. Wife ordered a full entree so I couldn't wimp out and have only a sandwich. Went with the Filet Mignon. It was so good, I was actually a little sad when I finished it. Normally I don't want a sauce with my filet but this worked so well.
One of the best places on Staten Island to eat! The quality of food is impeccable and service is amazing. This is the place to go to for a romantic dinner, or even a brunch with the girls. Highly recommend!

I hosted a baby shower here and everybody was amazing! The on-site staff - Ray, Zach, and everyone else were awesome. They made the event completely stress-free. Jessica & Mike were wonderful to plan with. Totally impressed. Can’t recommend Fig & Vine enough!

Best spot in Staten Island. You will have it all, outstanding mouth watering top notch quality food, 4 star service, great vive, and drinks that not only taste great, but look like a piece of art. Highly recommend you will not be disappointed
Recently attended Fig & Vine for dinner. I have to say it was fantastic. The atmosphere was like nothing we’ve experienced. The front of the house staff was attentive and welcoming. We tried their lobster and shrimp risotto and the calamari
Food took forever. Not sure if it was the color of my skin or my age but while on a date with my wife two older white woman came in and ordered there food and received there food within ten minutes meanwhile we had already waited more then
Had dinner with my friends for the first time. I’m amazed by their food and friendly staff. It’s a small nice restaurant around the corner if you want to chill with friends & family. The atmosphere is so relaxing that you’ll not regret to
I'll start off by saying that the restaurant is really cute, however it's overwhelmingly loud. Between the music and the people, I could barely hear the server or my family. The staff was really friendly. The food was good. There were no
Found this place by accident but very happy I did! My partner and I thoroughly enjoyed our meals! The service was great too! The restaurant itself isn't very large, only about 10 tables or so and a bar with seating, but it was chic and
Very disappointed quote ahead of schedule. Check the website. Place said that they were open for business. But when I went there, they were closed oddly on a Wednesday night. They need to update the website. I was very disappointed. My
Such an amazing experience! Food was incredible!! We got the lemon ricotta blueberry flapjacks and the banana chocolate chip waffles. The Bloody Mary and the signature fig martini were the perfect thing to pair! Will definitely be back
An old school feel with great food...The menu is not overpowering but has great choices to fit anyones taste....The drinks are good....just an all around great place to go ....looks like a potential Staten Island staple
We came here for lunch and had a great experience. We enjoyed the decor outside and the nice atmosphere. The food was delicious and our server John was very polite. We’ll be back again soon! More
Food was good. Polite staff. Sat us on top of kitchen doors. The doors were frequently opening. 2 or 3 times, maybe more, guests were almost hit. It became a problem. The restaurant was
