Nowhere does it mention they are NOT located in the airport and require prior reservation. Unlike many airports in the US where we have hundreds of luxury vehicles parked inside the terminals and it’s no different than renting from other companies. This may be the norm for Europe, it’s not for North America, so it would be helpful if it was stated somewhere. Also, no one picks up the phone. They tell you to send a message or an email.
