Very bad experience. I ordered the black Angus steak rare and ask the prawns on the side by them self (to give to my partner as the price was the same without the prawns) cause I have big prawns allergies. I also got extra chips and onion rings. I told the lady about my allergies she said no problem… When to pick up my order and my onion ring was on the same plate as the prawns, told the lady and the chef about it and the chef told me anyway prawns, chips, onion ring are all cook on the same fryer. They of course only told me after I order and payed witch is not correct. I was a chef for 8 years and alway let people know before hand what’s happening in the kitchen to make sure they have no problem, has allergies has to be taken very seriously! Not like they do here. Big staff training needed. And my steak, by the way, was served Bleu not rare, with the sauce served in a little plastic bowl all broken! Terrible time there

I hadn't been to the Revesby Workers for years before my most recent visit. I was amazed to see how much it had changed! The decor is completely new. They have gone for a vintage/ hipster feel, with lots of wood, brass and exposed bulbs. The outdoor seating area is a lovely courtyard with greenery all around. It's a nice place to sit and have lunch on a sunny day. The food at the restaurant is a standard bistro menu. They have piazza, pasta, steak, schnitzel and seafood. We had pizza and Barramundi, which were both delicious. The pizza base was crispy and had just the right amount of toping. The Barramundi was cooked perfectly and the salad wasn't over dressed with sickly dressing, as can happen at some clubs. Prices are standard, about $20-25 for a main. You can get a bit of a discount if your a club member. Overall, this is a great spot for lunch or dinner.

Look... I'm not the type to return food / complain but it's only fair for people to know my experience before deciding to go there with any sort of expectations. Do not get the "daily roast" unless you like your roast the same way as your beef jerky. Was given the smallest portion of gravy so I had to ration it with my meat jerky to somehow ingest my food... ummm good luck. Oh... my mates got the pizzas as well... ummm don't get it... much better quality and value from dominoes. My wife's got the beef and bacon burger... seriously... nothing to rave about... you can make it better (much better) at your Sunday bbq... but compare to all the other food we got, it was probably the best thing we got serve.

Went on a Friday, so it was not too busy, plenty of seats. Regardless of this, some staff seemed to be more interested in chatting amongst themselves as the bar and eventually took notice of the line to serve everyone waiting. The roast of the day was great, and the chicken burger was fresh and tasted great. It was a bit confusing to find your way around for the first time, but one staff member noticed me looking around and pointed me in the right direction with a smile, so not all the staff were thinking about themselves.

Had dinner with the family on Saturday. Very disappointing we were given a table that was right next to the bar so we had people passing through our table which was getting quiet annoying and irritating. We had to involve the DM to sort it out (lady was very nice) forgot her name but she sorted it out. On top of this we had to wait 1.5 hour for our food. Kids were getting restless and the service recovery was poor. No offer of even free coffee. I signed up for membership, don’t even know why since I’m not going back . I read the previous comments and seems like management are not really helping the situation, I thought I was the only one .

The place is a beautiful restaurant located in the workers club. The restaurant has a large dining area and has an outside modern seating area. Outside seating has a nice set up and decor. The food is amazing for the location and price. The Naples schnitzel I’ve ordered is the best I’ve had and the garlic bread is amongst the freshest I’ve ever tasted- including the ones I’ve had at bakeries. The staff are very friendly and courteous. The prices are affordable and you can feed a family of 4 children and 2 adults for just under $100.

Food is overpriced for what are bland and uninspiring dishes. Ordered a $34 Grilled Barramundi that had a medallion of butter on top that didn’t melt as the fish was cold, a couple of unseasoned potatoes and some super bland green beans… the food here was soo good before but quality went down and prices have gone up…. please improve as services and atmosphere are great!! The food needs to match it!!

Spacious, light and airy feel, although the outdoor area was quite hot on a warm day; I wouldn't want to sit out there in the middle of summer. There were misters but the mist didn't quite reach us most of the time. Food was great - I was with a large party and everyone was happy with their meal. I was impressed at being able to get a vegan parmigiana - lots of vegan options are a rarity with clubs.

Firestone is a delicious find within Revesby Workers Club. With a lovely ambiance this restaurant has an extensive menu that is very reasonably priced. Firestone provide generous serving sizes, you definitely won't leave here hungry. We enjoyed the roast of the day and a burger. There was an abundance of freshly cooked veges served with the melt in your mouth roast beef. The burger was huge, served with fresh salad and crispy fries. The customer service was efficient and friendly. Wouldn't hesitate to come back.

Had to wait for 1 hour to get our food, then when we received it all the Steaks were cooked incorrectly. Should be well done but where rare with blood still coming out. the chicken parmigiana was so dry, you couldn't eat it. Not enough sauce was given, mushroom sauce had 3 small mushrooms in a small petri dish. Very dissapointed considering we paid just under $300 for 6 people. I don't mind paying for quality, but it just was not there at all, i wil never take my family there again.

The food is really great here what’s disappointing is that they have changed the children’s play area. It used to have PlayStations and colouring and things for the kids to do. They have replaced it with arcade machines that are $2 plus per turn. There isn’t anything left for the children to play on without paying for a few minutes of play. They have squeezed so many in there they can hardly even play. Such a shame it’s going drive families away eating here.

Food is a little hit and miss. Sometimes we enjoy it, sometimes not. The chicken tends to be somewhat undercooked at times. Can’t fault the service though. If you’re dining here on a Sunday, it’s torturous to listen to great songs of yesteryear being murdered by so called singers. Go elsewhere for some peace and quiet

Apart from having to order the food ourselves from the self service kiosk , you get no table service at all. There was 4 staff standing arpund chatting and packing utensils, and 3 standing chating by the bar. Clearly they had nothing to do but would not wait on customers. Waited over 40 mins for the food to come out and the food wasn't the greatest. If you want decent food and service go somewhere else. Will never eat here again!!

I don't even know where to start. First time last time. Quality of food is the worst I have come across. From the pasta to surf and turf ordered the quality of food was not acceptable. What upsets me the most is the after math of this experience that costed a day being sick and to top it off I logged in to see the reviews of this restaurant and the same poor reviews from 4years ago... nothing appears to have changed!

Took the family here for the 2nd time after a poor first experience and who would of thought they could get worse. Not one meal had any flavour, food quality was worse than a take away shop and triple the price. Who starts a dinner service using old oil in the fryers? And in case you order grilled chicken it’s actually cold poached chicken and when asked about it, apparently it was grilled fresh...this morning?!?

This is the second time we've been and the last. Food was shocking!! We ordered pasta that was so raw and cold, they had no idea how to serve the pasta with. They mixed all ingredients together and threw it on the plate. Pizza was not tasty and the tomato sauce was probaly from the can. We left it all there. I dont think Chefs are professional. I would NOT recommend this restaurant to anyone.

Out of 8 meals 4 arrived incorrect and 4 late. Basically a below standard club bistro dressed up as a restaurant. All meals looked like the proteins had arrived frozen in a box and tasting them proved it. The food standards of pubs and clubs have improved out of sight everywhere and this was surprisingly poor. Go to panania hotel or the mill which are far better. Will not be back.

The new menu is a big let down. Some of the dishes are much smaller yet price is same. The grilled salmon was very disappointing. The portions get smaller each time I have it. Terribly over cooked and unpleasant to say the least. They’ve left out the roasted baby tomato, crab meat and free beans. I won’t be ordering this dish again.

me and my family have been going to firestone for more than a year now, unfortunately last night told us otherwise,, food was great until i got home and got food poisoning and vomiting all night and my cousin aswell, i had the prawn pizza and my cousin had the pizza kids meal and we have both been vomiting, very unsatisfied

Great food facility, but need to carry their menu which becomes boring after a while. Good quality is very good and service is great. The Aunty Eight Vietnamese section is amazing in terms of food taste, quality and staff dedication.

Looks nice but food and service is terrible. Fast service as chicken schnitzel is frozen and tastes terrible. Had a hair in gravy and was told it was apart of the mushroom with no apology. Service at front desk was very nice. Lovely greeting and very helpful for terrible service and food.

Ordered the Revesby Workers Burger (the lot) and a grilled Snapper. Burger was cold, the bacon was not even grilled (see pic), pineapple was not grilled. Way too much lettuce. I could not finish it. Fish was dry and overcooked. Safe bet would be the pizza at Cafe 240, which was great.

Place was too busy on a Sunday. Expect delays cueing up to order food and delays in receiving food. Order kiosk were useless as the menu was different to what was displayed on the tables. Didn't think the food was worth the wait. Small portions considering the prices.

Went here for dinner on Friday night. We ordered the fish and chips and fisherman’s basket and everything was so nice. The portions were big, the fish was fresh and they told us how long the wait was which was good because it was busy. Definitely come here again.

Very dry meals. Steak was over cooked after requesting medium rare. Chicken schnitzel was very dry. Vegetables consisted of stingy beans and tasteless carrot. Very disappointing

Don't let the decor and nice images of the food fool you. Everything is pre made or ordered in ready made and frozen, from the pizza bases to the pasta sauce which tastes like Coles tomato paste - Disapointing to day the least.

This place used to be my favourite, but they might have changed chef recently. Food is terrible but way too expensive. The ambient is good though as there are not many customers around.

The staff are lovely, however the food is a bit overpriced. I would not go out of my way to eat here, but it is a decent option if you happen to be at Revesby Workers for an event.

Not bad. We made the mistake of ordering meals and one of them was a light meal. The light meal came out first as they thought it was an entree. We had to wait for the other meals.

A favourite of my friends and I The daily roast with roasted veggies is a winner - half portion is already a meal Platter for two with the tomahawk steak is just amazing
