As a long time multi generational customer. I have a large deposit monthly business. I do not like and are very close to transferring my business to another bank. First Bank has shifted their business practice too. Video first, no customer service model. I bank at First Bank for the Customer Service. I went today to make my Monthly Deposit and the 1 teller that is available. Was not. The Manager told me he wanted more than 1 teller. That teller was at lunch. He said I was Lucky Too Have That Teller. I reminded him that the only reason I bank here is because of the customer service. Please change the change. It really is a reason to leave.

Not a good experience. Bank ispermanently closed. People should know. Drove here and was very disappointed
