Some nice touches like foil wrapped burgers stay hot and moist a long time. Meat in burger looks less fine ground and eats well. Bacon thicker and tastier than some places. Skin on fries I prefer. No nice coffee or tea just hot water style options and sweet soft drinks seem the norm here. Shocked how much my bacon burger chips and drink cost. Yes a bit better food but really miss the half decent hot drinks at competition. All a bit sticky in this one and not much cleaning going on. Won't go again but staff working hard and did a good job in most areas IMO.

The best thing in this hamburger merchandising restaurant is that you can make your own hamburger, because you can add all the toppings you want, for fr££! You pay the same if you want a clean or a stuffed hamburger, you choose. Their potatoes are very good and are full potatoes, with the outside part included. I loved the free refill peanuts too, and we can add a little message in the board so, if you like hamburgers, you need to come here.

Typical layout for the area, a bit of a Warren with nooks and crannies for seating. However, clean and well maintained . Food as you expect from this chain. Hot and freshly prepared. Plentiful portions. Some find it pricey and compared to McDonald's maybe it is but I think the quality and freshness is worth the extra. They certainly were not short of customers even though McDonald's was around the corner. So that says it all.

A very pleasant experience have been to this Five Guys multiple times and I’m yet to be let down. Ordered the food fairly quickly and we only had a short wait. Food itself is great and I recommend it if your a beef burger lover. There is crayons and paper for younger children , nice clean toilets and a nice amount of seating. AND THE TABLES WHERE CLEAN !!!

LOVE IT!!! the portion sizes are amazing! I much prefer here to burger King or any other main ones. The vibe is 1950s diner and I love it. The milkshakes are amazing - would highly recommend adding the whipped cream. You can have more that 1 flavour added in too so you can mix and match.

My son heard Five Guys has amazing burgers. Beaing a vegetarian they do not excite me, but I gave in for a meal. He was not impressed at all by the burger. My veggie one was dull, no flavour, worst veggie burger I ever had. The room was uncomfortably tight. The staff was helful, at least.

I was in a hurry, in the middle of a busy day full of meetings, when I decided to taste their burgers, I must say I really liked the place, service is fast. They have just few basic burgers options, but then it’s possible add plenty of ingredients, and they’re included in the price. Also the drinks, you pay just once, but then you can refill. The hamburger was really tasty with good quality ingredients. I’ll visit them again for sure!

Great food and shakes but the layout of the store is a mess and the whole process (ordering, collecting, eating) feels chaotic. Good location and fast enough food for a quick bite before the theatre though.

Nice burger - filling without feeling the fattyness of a McDonald but £18 For a burger takeaway!!! Very expensive for what it was and the experience ... Nevertheless, the staff looked well trained and the food of reasonable quality. A steady flow of customers. Time from ordering to receiving the food was about 5 mins. Overall, not bad. But better value elsewhere.

As burger places go they honestly don’t come much better than this, including the fancy ones. The burgers are the perfect thickness and come in two sizes and you can pick exactly what you want in it. The chips are also divine and come in salty or spicy. If you fancy a burger then this really is the place to come!

Ask for light amount of sauce as very heavy handed with mayo. Burger was good otherwise. Price for a burger and chips a little steep.

We were in London for the coronation and I was sick a couple days after. I had my spouse grab me a double and fries, fully expecting it to taste slightly different in the UK vs. America. Nope! Awesome Burger as always. Love the fact the fillings are as you want them and the range of drinks is so different and unique. Recommend the Fanta Grape. Hot and fresh 2 patties cheese, loaded with fillings of your choice. What's not to like about that?!

Freshly made (not frozen) burgers and fries, drinks and shakes. Lots of space to eat and quite clean. On my visit it took over 10 mins for burger to be ready not a big issues. Bottomless soda if you buy.
