I'm not sure where to start my review, other than to say you have to be a real aficionado of 5 Guys to want to eat their food and above all pay their high prices. My family and I ordered 3 hamburgers, with 1 regular and 1 small fries, as well as 1 regular Cola and the cost was £44!! I wouldn't have minded if this place was something special but it isn't. Furthermore I don't understand why they feel the need to throw an extra portion of fries into the bag over the burgers?! Seems so odd to me. As for the burger, it tasted ok, but I did find it a bit too greasy for my liking and as for the fries, they were all small, which kind of made it tricky to dip them into the tub of sauce without getting sauce all over your fingers. I realise this is a subjective review and there'll be those who really love this burger establishment, but it's not for me. If I'm paying that kind of money for a burger meal I'm going to expect something a bit special, if not then I'm happy to go elsewhere.

Visited for lunch with a few work colleagues, my first time in a five guys. The place was very clean and the staff friendly and keen to take our order. The food was cooked well and arrived in a reasonable amount of time. I would have preferred our food was on trays rather than all piled into a big bag when we were dining in. The portion size of chips was huge, luckily a colleague said to only order two the spicy fries and normal between us all and this was good advice as we didn’t eat them all. The milkshakes were good too. All in all it was ok, nothing to rave about and more expensive than some burger places.

My first time at Five Guys can be summed up as "the worst burger I've ever had in my life". One strong point compared to other fast food chains is that the steak is real, not some kind of shoe sole. But if the steak is served charred, it's meaningless. Everything is served independently, no menu or formula. Fries served without any kind of sauce, you'll have to pay extra, I suppose. In short, I ate a burnt, bland burguer, with fries of no interest whatsoever, at the price of a category restaurant, while Five Guys remains a mediocre fast food restaurant. I don't understand the fame of Five Guys.

If you know, you know! Five Guys aren’t anywhere near as common as we’d like—and this was one amazing. The burgers were appropriately sloppy and the fries as greasy as anyone could want. I’ve never seen one with such ample seating—especially in a major metropolitan city. The toilets were initially confusing as they don’t have signs but once one goes far enough one way or the other, the answer becomes obvious. For anyone craving a proper heart attack-inducing meal, look no further. Highly recommend the Cajun fries and the Oreo shake. Keep in mind that everything is ridiculously expensive on this city—and Five Guys is no exception. This meal plus three shakes was north of £70. Be. Prepared!
There are so many advantages to this place: Free refill of all kinds of beverages, Great fries, nice burger, weird people, free toilet. However: two burgers in one day are just too much burgers for one day. In conclusion: grab some peanuts for free (we haven't).

Good burger, amazing fries, and friendly staff. I've been to a few different Five Guys locations and they've all had high standards. This was no different. Smily and friendly cashier, good atmosphere (though music was kind loud, but that's just for my taste). Best fries for me, and burger was great too. Place is big with a lot of sits and all clean and tidy, even though it was busy. I recommend.

Offers the same great taste as Five Guys in America, but with a few differences. There are no shelled peanuts at the entrance like in the US locations. The drink machine has less variety – notably, no Vanilla Coke. Interestingly, mayonnaise, which isn’t standard in the US, is available alongside ketchup here.
