The food is always excellent. We love the hamburgers AND the fries. We love the free peanuts, and the fancy soda machine at the Saratoga Ave. restaurant. I say the decor is poor because this is a place that believes strongly in word of mouth marketing. The restaurant is slathered with testimonials and quotes from their reviews. The tables are also squished together so tight it's hard to get to one--and almost impossible with a wheelchair. I'd say get the food to go, but then you miss out on refills from the soda machine with a million options. When things aren't too busy, employees often roam around asking customers if they want napkins or ketchup. Employees seem sincerely happy to be there. Never had such good service at a fast food place!

Five Guys is one of the best burger chains around. You get that traditional Drive-In burger taste, very fresh ingredients, and large portions. The fries are nice and thick-cut, and you get a lot of them with each order. Be careful; the "standard" burger is a double-patty, so if you've eaten in the last 24 hours, you'll want to specifically order a single, or you probably won't finish. Decor is fairly spartan and they over-advertise about themselves a bit, but the place is clean and comfortable. Service is minimal but good, no problems there. Really, though, Five Guys is all about the burgers, so if you like a nice, big, fresh, juicy burger, it's a no-brainer.

Am a big 5 Guys fan...but this specific location is well below the standards I associate with this chain. Tables, counter, bathrooms - - all filthy. Understaffed - not unusual these days - but two of the three employees seemed barely aware of what their jobs were or how to do them. The food was also not up to my normal 5 Guys experience. To be clear, this was my first bad 5 Guys experience preceeded by dozens and dozens of excellent experiences - at different locations. Recommend that whoever operates this location recruit and train a better staff and clean the place up ASAP.

I lost my receipt to take the survey but I still wanted to give a shout-out to the black shirt on the closing crew tonight. They had a fat order come through just before our order and they bought most of the place out. They took our order and apologized that they ran out of fries. Then the order took a bit longer since they had to make about 15 burgers with the fries. The night crew manager gave us a milkshake for the troubles. Great customer service, very appreciative of the order updates and compensation.

I love Five Guys! If I want a fast burger and fries and don't want fast food, this is the place I will go. I typically get their single cheeseburger with the "All the Way" toppings - all my favorites. The fries are always crisp on the outside but soft inside. And they give you a ton. This location was very clean and not too busy for dinner time. They were out of ketchup and refilled it right away for me. They also have those fancy newer soda machines that has like 50 options. I definitely will be back!

Restaurant was very clean , the atmosphere from the employees was nice and joyful I enjoyed my time here I recommend this place to others, I had a pleasant time the one who took my order he was very helpful. I ordered a bacon cheeseburger all the way with no pickles and regular fries and it came out perfect the prices are high but it's worth it. I can see myself coming back here again. The employee who took my order was Jouse. Thankyou for the awesome service staff.

Extremely mediocre. Very average burgers for very average prices. The fries are large cut and creamy, the only redeeming feature. There are no trays and so the place is a mess. Half the tables aren't clean and look sticky and there are crumbs all over the floor. The fries are very inconveniently packaged and are not suitable to eat in the car. If you want average burgers at a cheap price, try In-N-Out. If you want amazing burgers at an average price, go to Wayback.

Our family loves five guys for years now . if you are on a low carb diet ask for your burger to be lettuce wrapped.

I will let you review this yourself: $43.82 for two burgers and two large Cajun Fry's. No drink. Let that sink in. I do recommend eating here but I'd limit it to special events only like having successfully knocked off a bank, or won the lottery. I mean the big lottery - Scratchers winnings wouldn't cover what it takes to eat here.

Five Guys is the best 'fast food' around, if you can even call it that. Their fries are made from potatoes flown in from various parts of the country, and they have a plethora of customization options. Their fry servings are much larger than most places, which is why they cost what they do. Can't go wrong visiting this place.

The burgers are good here. The price though, is absolutely not justified. Five guys works on the principle that you're paying for quality, but when you're looking for a burger, quality isn't the most important factor. In-n-out has amazing quality burgers but somehow shaves 5 dollars off of their prices. Five guys is extremely overrated, and I think that in-n-out is better in taste anyways.

They still make a great burger and their fries are to notch. The overall cleanliness has slipped. Trash and peanut shells in the ground are the norm the last five times I've been here. Today they were servicing the soda machine and the inside was caked in syrup but was closed up uncleaned... Still like coming here but I hope they pick up their cleaning game

Usually this location is very well put together. Lately though, they seem to have lost more than a touch. Tonight, i got home to learn that my burger didn't have the grilled peppers on it that I requested. Also, the fries had not been seasoned at all. I use to love this location but they're currently having issues with their kitchen staff apparently.

I love that you're able to customize the toppings on your burger with no additional charges. It really saves time instead of telling them to take out ingredients at other places. I like how the bacon that they put in the burgers is crunchy and not soft. I would definitely recommend. They even give out free peanuts!

There super hard working afternoon staff always get my order out quick and fresh..Everytime I go their manager always makes sure the order comes out quick and precise ..I asked for his name and i believe its Josue ..Awesome teamwork .. Definitely recommend if you want a freshly made burger

I went in on a Friday at 5pm: no line to order, and waited inside for about 10 minutes for the order to come out. There are seats outside, but are usually taken. One of my favorite things is the coke freestyle machine! So many options to pass the time while you wait for food.

I want to commend Monceis Catano~ a manager at the Plant for a job well done. Kind, courteous, professional and friendly. You could not ask for a better person running the ship. Job well done

Best fries ever !!! Best burgers in the world!!! My food is always fressh its never done sloppy. The cooks know whwt their doing and they dont miss any topping on your burger. I always end up leaving happy and full. I appreciate the great work they invest in their job.

It's fast food, along the lines of In & Out burgers where your order is made fresh from fresh ingredients. Mine was done quickly, and the staff was friendly & accommodating. Plus, the Cajon fries are nicely spiced. Spiced, not just heat.

The staff at the Plant location sees a lot of vegrants/homeless individuals in the area. We visited Saturday night and saw a few during our short stay. I was bothered that the staff isn't more strict about ensuring the right orders are

I have never been here before, but people have always been telling me how comparable it is to in-n-out. However, I can honestly say when I took my first bite into my little hamburger, I thought I was eating at Burger King.

The gentleman with glasses that usually takes orders is rude and that is being nice! I have had lunch there several times and he always acts the same way. If food and other employees are great. It's sad one bad seed...

Great burgers and peanuts. They have a new soda dispenser which gives you plenty of options. However if you are behind someone who has never used a touch i interface for a soda it is a long wait.
