Disappointed with the Trainline App. My first experience with flex tickets (8 passes) was really bad. I used it twice and the App showed that I only had 5 tickets left. And called customer service, and she said I scanned twice this morning in Five Way station. This is terrible, how can I ever trust and feel confident using this app and service again? I refunded it directly and don't want to use it anymore.
A place of sadness and frustration. Not so much the long delays, but the constant small delays, followed by squeezing onto a packed train (on weekdays) which has been heavily populated at New Street during the delay (if heading south). The northbound journey is more pleasant.
Open on Saturday. Excellent staff.Great programs for trains. The perfect choice to go to CadburyWorld. On the way one is passing near one great building with an interesting clock, one petrol station an a large intersection with important hotel - great area - somehow imposing.
It's a train station, very interesting architecture, as someone who is interested. Basic facilities, ticket office etc. Services are frequent to and from Bromsgrove, Redditch, Lichfield and of course Birmingham. Located close to the metro/tram stops too
Surprisingly busy for a small station But it does the job Walking to the station doesn't even look like a one as tickets machine is outside and small shop like counter If it's your first time heading to station will potentially get lost if on foot
Rude staff Life threaten by staff called kerry for the penalty accusing me bought the wrong ticket which i didnt Forcing me to pay the penalty Not even respectful Racist Make me feel panic and scared
Not the best experience. Wanted to buy a ticket and was spoken to rudely by a member of staff! Really need to work on providing good customer service!
nice little station, close to the canal and shops and everything, walking distance to the city centre as well!
The night life here is amazing, just make sure to get to the latest trains that leave at around 11,30.
It's a railway station....the train came, I got on it...that's it really.
A much better way than New St. to get into the canal side in Birmingham.
Very poor phone reception. No facilities to speak of. Basic station.
Fine station however at times are long delays for the train.
Prosta i wygodna stacja wszystko jasne i ciężko się pomylić
Small station close to canal and broadway street
Small station and nice staff
Small station I recommend it
