Very nice hotel for individual as well as family stays. Good rooms with sufficient space for 2 people. Wi-Fi, TV and Hot water service is continuously available. Recently a week ago the owners have started a pure veg restaurant. Food here is also good to taste and portion. Staff is cooperative and kind. Always entertain any type of queries. We used their personal kitchen as we had a baby with us. That too was permitted by the staff without any hesitation.

Absolutely no safe place for the guests in this hotel. We stayed in this hotel with our family. All our female family members stayed in one room. In the middle of night a stranger opened the door and entered their room. Our family members shouted loudly and called us over phone. By the time we reached there he escaped from there. The stranger was drunk, he was managed to open the door that was locked from inside. It won't happen unless the hotel reception helped him. One more person was with him who was shouting at us and threatened us when we are asking the hotel reception about the incident. To our shock, the receptionist deleted the cc tv footage.

Worst room dirty walls and bedspread uncleaned and unpleasant washroom. Staff was focusing on direct non booking customer and hesitate to online booking customer. Fooling non online booked customers that the hotel is not oyo and online direct booking is available in online the price was 650 and he's was charing 1300 fooling customer. Mosquito was there, no tv connection, AC remote was not given, no lights in bathroom. Dirty bedspread was not replaced and they r simply telling reasons. Complimentary breakfast was not provided Untill 11am and I asked 4 times they were telling our boy has went and I came out at 11am without eating. Worst service. Don't use this Hotel

Poor service as you may order anything from menu but it won't be available, no complimentary water bottle. Almost no cleanliness at all... I asked them to clean the room because there were some stains on the bedsheet bit the staff refused to do stating because of Covid the rooms will be cleaned every 3 days. Even the lobby was not cleaned during my 3 days visit as there was a cockroach lying near to stair case since last 3 days and no body bothered to move it. Hotel Manager is arrogant and will not listen to your requests.

If I could give zero, I definitely would. Worst place ever. They hadn't even cleaned the toilets in the rooms booked. There were cigarette butts, cartons everywhere in the room. The room looked more like a cheap lodge rather than a hotel. The images on the website does not match the actual things. This is just fraudulent advertising. The management on top of it didn't acknowledge the complaint, saying that the rooms were only little dirty. Super unhygienic.

Hotel staff were patient. Good hotel at affordable prices. Located near Afzal Kunj bus depot. So no problem for accessibility. The rooms were spacious. The toilets were clean. The rooms had good source for sunlight. Elevators available. If you plan to visit charminar, and you want a near by place which is central for all places like Salar Jung Museum and well connected by public transport, this is one of such place.

Third rate, full of mosquitoes and cheap hotel. Don't go there with your family, I had booked through OYO but before checking in I saw rooms and ran away, they were bad and the crowd was cheap it smelled of smoke and at the reception a few room quests were fighting with hotel staff as their room had been opened in their absence. Saw only men, shady men so shifted to a FAB hotel close by as we were with family.

This is the worst place i’ve ever visited. The receptionist was drunk and didn’t want us to check-in, for that he showed us the dirtiest room which was not even in the condition that we could give a peep. Regretted every second spent here. Forget about recommending, I don’t even want to remember the name of this dirty place.

Very very worst service in hotel industry and dont even opt this hotel for relaxation. Rooms , passage areas and staircase are very worst. I recommend dont choose this hotel and dont waste your money. I request oyo and some other apps dont need to encourage this kind of hotels and dont fool the customers.

One of the worst experience, core promises of OYO not served, receptionist guy totally careless and irresponsible. Also not good experience with OYO customer service, where I raise certain issues all to no avail, they also removed the booking from my list so that I cannot rate the hotel at their website.

No TV working no laundry AC not working geyser was not present. I had to change the room by complaining to OYO. OyO helped me a lot , otherwise manager sitting at the reception will make every excuse not to work. I will not refer this hotel Thanx to OYO staff
