Parking lot
"These people will steal your car, claim you hadnt paid for it, and then alter their records to show you got towed before you paid even if you have your parking receipt, and even if you hadnt even reached the lot by that time"
"I would like to Advise you that this parking lot is in connection with a towing company so you pay on the app and half an hour or one hour they will take your car away and you will end up paying $234"
"The signs were not clear about the parking"
"Paid on the app for 5 hours and they towed us after one hour"
"DO NOT PARK HERE!!!! Our F350 was broken into in broad daylight Cops said this is one of the worst areas in San Antonio for vehicle theft and break-ins"
These people will steal your car, claim you hadnt paid for it, and then alter their records to show you got towed before you paid even if you have your parking receipt, and even if you hadnt even reached the lot by that time. Would rate 0 if i could. The city of SA should do something about these ridiculous predatory towing practices
I would like to Advise you that this parking lot is in connection with a towing company so you pay on the app and half an hour or one hour they will take your car away and you will end up paying $234.00 for towing please do not park there. Please do not make business with this people they’re fraud there.
The signs were not clear about the parking. We parked our SUV and took a walk around the block. About a half hour later came back and our vehicle had been towed. Saw another tow truck lurking in the lot and asked him about it. We ended up having to walk 2 miles and paying $219 to get our SUV back.
Paid on the app for 5 hours and they towed us after one hour. $220 later, I can say this landlord is garbage. People in line at the towing company from the same lot said they paid on the kiosk in the lot and were also towed. So if you like paying $220 for parking. This is the spot for you.
DO NOT PARK HERE!!!! Our F350 was broken into in broad daylight Cops said this is one of the worst areas in San Antonio for vehicle theft and break-ins. WE HAVE VIDEO of the break in and the thief's car on our YouTube channel. The title is "Exclusive Video Of Our Ford Truck’s Break-In"
WARNING... Their machines do not work! It appears your transaction goes through fine, even gives you green lights after card is inserted. It however does not go through and a tow truck waits and tows as soon as you walk off. They know the machine is defective.
SCAM SCAM SCAM ..DO NOT PARK HERE. I got illegally towed even though I had booked my parking space and paid for it upfront. I have proof of my parking location, snapshot of time of my parking and receipt of payment. In case anyone wants to know. Disgusting :(
Had to scan QR and open an account. When departing, had no way to end our time and cannot find any way to close the account, which will be charged $49+ per month if we don't close it. After parking saw other lots at a fraction of the price for this one.
If I could I could leave 0 stars, I would. Parking lot is a scam and got both cars towed for no reason. $580 and a 2 mile walk later I picked up my cars never to park here again. They literally towed 7 cars right in front of us waiting to figure it out.
Very close to the Alamo. Payment machines only work at one end of the parking lot, or you can pay by text at the other end. $20 for 3 hours. We were one of 7 rigs in the entire lot and a tow-truck was circling our rig to be sure we had paid.
We parked our Ford truck here for about 6 hours while we visited The Alamo. When we returned we found out our truck had been broken into. Plus at least 3 other Ford trucks were broken into also. We read the reviews for parking ANYWHERE in
This is a warning to anyone parking a truck of any brand, but primarily Ford. Mine was broken into through the driver door lock. Easy to do google it and you will see. When we were leaving three other trucks were broken into as well, all
I'm leaving a review mostly to remind myself not to park here. The lot is large, usually has lots of space, and has signs on the corner advertising $5 parking, so it looks inviting, but the signs are a lie. They increase their rates
Had no issues. I think this lot may be under new management. I see there are a lot of negative reviews from 3-4 years ago. You text a phone number to pay for parking. Was very easy and close to the restaurant I visited.
Stupid Crazy, the Automatic Machines will eat your Cash and charge your credit cards even if the action fails or canceled. They also false advertise the parking rates until you get to the machines that don't work
Ok honestly looked a bit sketchy, but not bad. Left my car there for 2 hours and nothing got stolen like 90% of the other people are saying. Probably waaaay cheaper than a hotel lot. Very close walk to the Alamo.
Do NOT ever park in this lot!!! The people who run this lot are absolute scammers of the worst kind! As others have said even if you legitimately pay for parking here your car will likely get towed.
DO NOT PARK HERE I HAD PAID AND NOW I AM GETTING A TICKET FOR SUPPOSEDLY NOT PAYING BUT YET I HAVE A RECEIPT AND EVERYTHING ITS A SCAM!!!! AND YOU CAN'T EVER TALK TO ANYONE I WOULD GIVE 0 STARS!!!!!
Terrible parking. We parked for no more than 30 minutes and they took the car away. Then the tow truck arrives and they don't want to give information. They don't care if you bring your family.
Called "PLATINUM PARKING" now. Parked here to avoid hotel valet. It cost MORE incredibly! $40 for overnight?! Are you kidding me, when rates were like 20s a couple years ago?
Get here during the week before 10am and leave by 7pm parking is $5! Best deal around, need to put license plate # in for a ticket. Close to The Alamo and Riverwalk.
I paid to park here. $25. Received a ticket for $100 for not paying to park. We’ll see if they void the ticket, but based upon others this place is a scam.
It was $20 for 4-5 hours but had a lot of space and was easy to get in and out of. They had an employee on duty checking cars so don't go over your time.
They have same up to 5 hours and 15 hours same price and if you select 5 hours and stay 6 they will try to bill you additional $50 They are thieves
Parked here from 13:00 to 15:30 and my truck was stolen. Thinking it’s an inside job. Bring a vehicle you don’t want to keep.
They tried to tow my vehicle, but I caught them in the act! Unfortunately, the tow truck damaged my vehicle's front bumper.
0 SCAM SCAM SCAM ..DO NOT PARK HERE. I got illegally towed even though I had booked my parking space and paid for it
FORD TRUCK OWNERS PLEASE READ THE REVIEWS IF YOU HAVE A FORD TRUCK DO NOT PARK HERE. YOUR TRUCK WILL GET BROKEN INTO
Do not park here. If you pay at the kiosk they will tow you and claim you never paid.
Do not park here. Horrible machines and no security. Had my vehicle broken into here.
It’s a parking lot not much to say. Good location for hitting the Alamo or the mall.
It was very convenient and close to the convention center
F250 broken into in broad daylight and crowded.
Terrible if 0 stars was a thing they'd get it.
Odds are you will get towed if you park here.
