I had neglected my teeth for many years and eventually found myself in the very sad state of possibly losing most of my teeth. I was referred to Flatbush Dental by a business associate who was a patient at Flatbush Dental. I was very scared to make the appointment but eventually built up the courage ( hadn’t been to a dentist for 30 years). I was truly amazed at the professionalism and courtesy that the doctor and and all his staff showed towards me. He did crowns and eight implants and totally restored my teeth. I am now able to live like a normal person. I feel obligated to write this review, so that others that are in the situation that I was in, can be treated by a Dental clinic that really cares about its patients.

I don’t recommend this clinic because I’m in big trouble. I made a Hollywood smile overseas and came to them complaining of a pain in one of their upper teeth. The doctor said that I can wait until the end of the program United for Ukraine and after 2 years I can turn where I made crowns. I came back from the street to do a hygienic toothbrush, which I regret. I was hard-cleaned, I stopped them several times with a pain and came out with painful gums. At the end of the week, my gums became inflamed and my teeth began to wobble. At this moment, 1.5 months have passed and 16 teeth wobble. I filed a complaint with an e-mail address, but my problem was ignored. I still haven’t found a doctor here who can fix this problem.

I was recommended to go see Dr. Arthur. I went to his office for a tooth extraction. From the moment I stepped in I was welcomed by a friendly receptionist who made me feel comfortable. The office was modern and very clean, which was comforting. When I met Dr. Arthur, I quickly realized he was a great dentist who was attentive to detail (not sure about his sense of humor though - he needs better dentist jokes!). He explained the proceedure and made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire process. I was pleasantly surprised that the extraction was painless, quick, and professional. I would highly recommend his practice to anyone who needs a dentist. He made me feel at ease and the experience was excellent.

I don't normally write reviews, but this was the worst dental experience I've ever had. For reference I received a wisdom tooth removal last week. The dentist assistant didn't give me any instructions on what to do after the removal, said it was okay to eat after the numbing was gone (it clearly wasn't), and didn't even notify me that they had sent prescription medicine to my pharmacy. The worst part? The removal left a bruise on the right side of my mouth that hasn't healed for weeks. I also developed dry socket because they didn't give me enough gauges for the entire day. Overall horrible experience. Go somewhere else, please.

My sister went there for the first time. This dentist didn't even tell her what was going to happen ahead of time. The second she sat down he just stuck her with 3 needles of Lidocaine back to back. He didn't put any numbing solution before hand. He was very forceful when he gave her the shots which gave her a lot of anxiety. He has no bed side manner and his attempt to be funny was very uncomfortable. Maybe he was having a bad day but he cared nothing for my sister's anxiety. She will not go there again. His assistants on the other hand were very patient with her and talked her through the procedure.

Amazing Doctor! Best of the Best, period. Awesome experience, he is definitely in my calendar for next appointments. Thank you all who work at this place! I am so glad that I finally found My Dentist! I visited Dr. Arthur for my tooth sealing and wisdom tooth extraction. He did such a great job! No pain, and very fast. I'm very happy with the results. The staff is so competent and kind, the clinic is very clean. Doctor is very professional, very caring, honest, he know what he is doing. So when you visit him, just relax and be sure you are in the right hands of the best dentist! Thank you Doctor!

I wish I checked the reviews before going. I have never had a cavity needing to be filled and suddenly had 4. I was not properly numbed and sat in the chair after receiving novacane shots for about 20 minutes by myself. When he returned to the room to fill my cavities I could feel much of the work being done and was in very visible discomfort. To this day I cannot chew on one side where I had the filling. I am waiting for my next 6 month appointment with a different provider to hope they can help me. He also made disparaging comments and inappropriate comments about his clientele.

Amazing doctor! I had the most pleasant experience in Dr.Arthur’s dental office. I had 3 visits , and so happy with how it feels now!! Most professional and friendly stuff , Dr.Arthur himself very friendly , knowledgeable and superb professional. He has magical hands. Saved almost hopeless tooth for me. Now I really can enjoy the food. The steak tastes 100 times more delicious than your tooth are healthy! Thank you very much! Would highly recommend this doctor and his office to my friends and everyone!

My sister just wrote her review but I'm adding my own yesterday I went to the dentist I spoke to a worker told him my issues n he understood I also spoke to a lady and she understood what I was telling her then dr Arthur came in shot me up with 3 needles without numbing me up my sister told him that I suffer from anxiety nd he made some joke which we didn't find funny The workers I give them a A+ but as far as Dr Arthur he sucks It's dr like this that stop people from going to the dentist

Dr Arthur is the Best. I came to him about three years ago to remove two wisdom teeth. He had the best rates out of 8 Dr that I called. So here I am years later with the same issue. Needless to say Dr A was here to save the day. His staff is super kind. Dr A explains everything. I didn’t feel like I didn’t know what’s going on. He was also knowledgeable with my insurance. It’s hard to find a good Dentist, and I think Dr Arthur is definitely one of the good ones!!!

I have never in my life write a review, please I beg you don’t go to this dentist. He continues to open a practice in black neighborhoods because we tend not to questions things. No hand washing between patients was the first red flag for me, and then the billing of my insurance bill as the second. Please check your billing. This places is just horrible, I felt butchered after leaving this place. Please take this reviews seriously. I wish I had

I called and woman on the phone was NOT polite and was eating in my ear. I asked for an appointment and was told they would be closed that day. No suggestion on any other days on their calendar. So I hung up and gave her a few moments to finish WHATEVER she was eating and then called back and was met by her attitude once again. GLAD I got this treatment over the phone instead of wasting my time and $$ going to the office. I am disgusted.

First of all - top NY professional doctors are working here! The whole staff is friendly and welcoming. The office is very modern and extremely Hi tech. I’m a patient for 11 years, and I always had a fast and convenient same day procedures of any kind. And just because of the above reasons, I’m traveling for 2 hours to have my procedures done ONLY HERE. I recommended this place to my friends and relatives… So to you as well!

I been struggling with pain for the last few days due to my wisdom teeth’s. Called early this morning to see if I can get them removed, they immediately responded back with an appointment time for today. As scared as I was to go in and remove all four wisdom teeth, everyone was amazing and made me feel secured and at peace. I 1000% recommend this place to any and everybody.

I visited Dr. Arthur today for my wife’s tooth extraction. Man, he is one of the best dentists I have ever visited. His work is so precise and the experience was really smooth. Please stay away from this man he will cause more damage to your mouth. He said I had cavities that wasn't there. Dug up the entire to left side of my mouth and put one big slab of filling there. Apparently he even left a hole there because the botched filling wasn't placed properly. He also charged for a procedure that I never took.

He got mad at me when I told him I couldn’t afford a $3000 crown. Then he proceeded to disparage me for saying that telling me about how he worked at 15 picking up bottles and called me lazy. Honestly if he has this much distain for his patients he shouldn’t be working in the neighborhood he does, but he knows why he does it.

Don’t ever go to this place I paid a lot of money to do a wisdom tooth extraction only to be in pain 4 months after the procedure I also cannot chew on the side of my mouth that the procedure take place this place is horrible all they think about is money and not doing a good job I regret going here to be very honest

I was given the 'tap dance' by various dentists about an extraction...finally, was referred to Dr AA, who is a real professional...counsels you & gets the job done! I was in & out of the office within an hour. Story done as granny of the Caribbean (more so, a Guyneez) would say & big up to his assistant, Patrick.

Very clean office, the staff is professional and responded to all my concerns in timely manner. In my 30 years in US for the first time doctor pulled a tooth and 3 filling that is done within an hr and half. That is done in addition to the higenist's cleaning within the same time frame. thank you doctor A

The dentist is a little odd behavior but I would definitely go back he did a wonderful job I'm no longer in pain and My mouth looks great he did a really great job. And I'm petrified of going to the dentist and he made me feel comfortable enough to come back and very honest with everything.
