I use to rave about this store and their friendly, helpful service to everyone I knew looking for a comfortable pair of shoes. Until I had a terrible experience about a week or 2 ago when visiting the store needing a new pair of sneakers. I'm going to have to try a different location now. The older guy with clear frame eyeglasses was weirdly rude and unhelpful, for who knows what reason. The store closed in two hours so it couldn't have been that I came right before closing time. I have to think it had nothing to do with anything on my end. I was excited about getting another pair of shoes from them but left empty handed. I told him I was sorry for wasting his time and he said, "No problem", and didn't bat an eyelash. I even asked him if he was ok because his mood was throwing me off and he said, "I just don't know what you want", in the most dismissive and nonchalant way. When he went to get some shoes for me to try on he took so long, I think he was waiting for me to get impatient and leave, which I almost did. There were only two other customers, which were being attended by other employees, in the friendly, helpful manner I was used to being attended to. One of those other nice employees even came over to ask if i was being helped because my guy was taking so long. I felt really shamed and bad for whatever reason and left after he showed me what he had brought me in the most uninterested, rude way. Whatever his problem was, that's not the type of job you should have because you have to work with people. It was a really uncomfortable situation in all. Don't get service from this guy if you go, the other staff is way more helpful and actually want to help you find a good shoe. Some of us have health problems requiring us to wear specific type of shoes, the last thing we need is someone being rude about our efforts to better our health.

You can't get the Fleet Feet experience at a big box store or online. Whether you are a first-time runner, like my daughter (there are student discounts) or you have run several marathons, the great people here serving you have much to add. For a beginner, they take time to understand your running gait and your goals. Their recommendation is tailored specifically to you. You don't have to shuffle through online reviews, many of which are fake or biased. You get a real person looking at the real you. If you've been running for years, you know that shoes constantly are changing. A shoe that used to be great gets messed with, and all the sudden something about it goes wrong. Sometimes whole categories of shoes are introduced, or brands try to latch onto the next greatest thing. The experts that serve me take all the time I need to discuss what I'm training for, any problems that may have cropped up in my training, and make customized recommendations for me. You only get that kind of service at a local running store, and Fleet Feet is the best at it. Do yourself a favor and shop here.

I needed a new pair of my everyday shoes. I was wearing Brooks "Beast" shoes (I didn't know they were called "Beast" but when I walked into the store, the salesman recognized them immediately). He asked how I liked them. I told him I LOVED THEM. He asked if I'd like to get another pair. Sure! He measured my foot, looked at the size of my old shoe, trundled off to the store room, and came back with my new "Brooks Beast" shoes. They were not quite as wide as my old pair but after trying them on, and being assured that if I didn't like them I had 60 days to bring them back and order the slightly wider sized shoe, I opted to take them. In fact, I wore my new shoes out the door and left my old ones for them to donate.Shoe buying doesn't get any easier than this! I hate shopping - for anything (except truck accessories and booze), especially shoes, but the salesman at this Fleet Feet store made this purchase as painless as possible. And, I still LOVE these shoes. They are SO comfortable and make walking a pleasure,

A great shopping experience! After a recent foot injury, I noted my shoes were not helping me balance and or with a proper gait. As I walked into this location, the sales associate analyzed my foot and listened to my issues and needs. They were honest with what shoes they had in stock and what kind of support would be necessary. They provided various alternative shoes and brands based off of an analysis of my foot and my own personal preference for less flexibility and more cushion. They also had many different colors to choose from. If you are someone like me who is recovering from an injury or just someone who has foot pain, investing in a good pair of shoes is essential and fleet feet has all the plausible options. Definitely would recommend to everyone.

Stopped by this location over the weekend to get some running shoes and ended up walking out. There was a waitlist when I arrived and the gentleman taking the names pointed me to the women’s shoes. The selection was great and I narrowed it down to 3 while I waited for a salesperson. I don’t remember his name but he was a very tall young man, blue eyes. His attitude was so dismissive as if my questions were silly or a bother-plainly just didn’t feel much like helping. Meanwhile there were 2 other salespersons helping 2 ladies sitting close by and they were being so helpful explaining the different options. After choosing what I wanted I decided I wasn’t going to give my business to him or the location and ordered the shoes online that evening.

Gena 3d scanned my feet had me walk away and to her to see how I walked... she asked me what I needed them for I told her I had a degenerative disk problems in my back and ankle rolls in regular shoes and need something I can wear... she brought out 3 pairs I tried them on walked around... then she had me rate them then brought 3 more pairs out and rate them..I got a shoe that feels absolutely Amazing!!! Everything I had researched before going in there was the wrong shoe!!! ***Gena thank you so much for all your help!!!!**** I never thought shoes could feel so great!! PS we drove 1 hour to this place and will not go anywhere else!!!

I have NEVER had a WORSE experience trying to buy shoes.Get your feet scanned and buy your shoes SOMEWHERE ELSE. I have been shopping there since I moved here, and the quality is GONE.The only thing WORSE than the SERVICE is the SELECTION. Previously, the staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. THIS time, the teenager from the St. Johns (i assume) cross-country team was frustrating and in the way. The selection of shoes was awful, but they more than made up for it with a cramped, over-crowded store with nowhere to sit to try on your shoes. For the 1st time,I left disappointed, frustrated, and without shoes.GO ANYWHERE ELSE.

Staff are very knowledgeable and super friendly. Have a great selection of shoes and you can have them have shoes sent from other stores. No store had the colornI wanted, so they looked on their website and suggested I order and have sent to my home. Unfortunately, wearing them a bit more than the few minutes I did in the store, left me with a sore toe where it was rubbing on the toe box. Fleet Feet has a very generous return policy, took them back to the store and they accepted them with no hassle. Will definitely be going back for new shoes.

This shoe store is truly amazing and one of a kind with AMAZING Customer Service!! I came in because I walk a lot at my job, and have issues with my feet. Eddy took really great care of me. It wasn't just shopping, it was a whole consultation experience. Eddy made sure to take it one step at a time, even doing a "gait analysis" which was so helpful, and on par with what my PT doctor has told me about my feet. I didn't feel rushed at all and was able to find the shoes that felt best with inserts to help my particular feet issues. Thanks Eddy!

I have never had a bad experience here. The associates are kind and extremely knowledgeable and have helped me find a great shoe for running each time I go in. It’s a great location, although a small building and tight parking spaces. They have a great selection and I’ve been able to find great shoes and fantastic deals here. The scanning technology to analyze your foot is worth visiting even if you don’t buy shoes! They have tons of clothes, socks, and anything you could need for running. This store is a runner’s paradise!

I am a complete newb when it comes to anything athletic, and find it to be quite intimidating. However, Cory made the process way less intimidating, and dare I say, actually enjoyable. He was extremely knowledgeable, patient, and helpful. He started out by determining what kind of shoes I needed and checked my feet on the fancy machine. He was then able to make suggestions and provide a lot of much-needed guidance in making a decision. I will definitely be returning to the store in the future.

Visited fleet feet this morning with one goal in mind: find the right shoes that fit my running needs, with the assistance, and patience of Cory Barret we were able to find the right shoes. I also walked out with a pair of running shorts, socks, and decided to try one of their protein snacks. with a grand total of 221 (with the addition of signing up to their location) i am more than eager to run; motivated! thanks again Cory, and i will be visiting in the near future.

Take caution if they don't have your shoe size/color in store. Ordering a shoe from INSIDE the store can lead to multiple issues and run around when it comes to the execution and delivery of product. FLEET feet needs a better system for customers who order shoes. There is clear miscommunication somewhere between the employees and the fleet feet shoe availability system and what to do when a special order is made. Etc. Do better. Thanks. ✌️

The best shoe store I have been to. Excellent customer service. I visited the store twice, and both times the store associates(Josh and Gena) helped me a lot in helping me find the perfect pair of running shoes for me. They do a quick 3D scan of your feet and tell you what type of shoes will work best for you. They then get a few shoes based on the scan and patiently take feedback from you when you try them on.

Expect to be there a while. I waited about 15 minutes. During the wait time, I was thanked several times for being patient. I am a new runner, and I was experiencing issues while running. The employee measured my feet on a scanner, observed my stride, and suggested certain types of shoes fit for me. I am happy with the professional services offered. Great job!!

Got excellent service while we were here. The staff was very helpful and helped pick out shoes for us and let us try on socks to see if it helped make the shoe fit better (which it did). They have a treadmill to allow you to walk in shoes before you buy them. We picked out some Goodr sunglasses as well and loved the selection. Thank you for the great service.
