Went and spoke about trip to Europe quote sent through and nothing was correct on it. Rang to get sorted and was told it would be sorted. I received a call to pay $700 deposit to get discounts on offer but quite still wrong and the wording requested I agree to the terms outlined. I rang and asked to speak to manager and instead of this been done I was put back through to staff I was ringing to complain about. I requested refund and was then told system did refunds had been down for 3 days and I am still waiting for my refund. Had to pay deposit quickly but refunds seem to tabs a long time

Absolutely horrible experience . 1 hour and 49 minutes to be told that there is no flight available from Hobart to Auckland unless I go 1st class and even after using my credit, was told to pay an extra $ 1 300.00 I told the lady that the web showed a cheaper ticket. I refused to pay that amount and asked for my flexibility ticket credit to be paid back to me. Was told she was not sure it would be possible. Long story but finished the conversation and bought a ticket hobart to auckland for under $ 1 000.00. I will never ever deal with your company again

On the spur of the moment I decided to go to the Greek Islands. Walked inhere and 30 minutes later I walked out with it all sorted and ready to go - easy peasy After a fortnight away and with less than a week to go I broke my leg on Corfu OUCH!!! The Travel Insurance these guys advised me to take worked an absolute treat! Flight Centre Glenorchy and the Insurer coordinated my return beautifully! Business Class all the way, quick connections, wheelchair service... Etc... Great, great, great Travel Agency!!!!!

Poor customer service..My wife waited there for around 20 minutes and after that executive said you have to take appointment first and then he said if you want to book ticket check price online and then call me..Seriously Man if we have to do everything online why flight centre had opened store.Total wastage of time..

Fantastic customer service from Adriana, i have followed her from the North Hobart store to Glenorchy and over the last few years have booked all of my flights and accommodation through her. She is extremely professional and has always made me feel at ease about my travel plans no matter the destination.

Dealing with Luke is genuine bliss. He has helped me so much through booking two overseas trips and had my back when I had to cancel a trip. Luke provides the sort of customer service one hopes for but rarely gets! He's a keeper Flight Centre

The girls at Glenorchy Tas were very helpful couldn't fault anything due to covid Victoria had a flight cancelled they were straight on to it getting me another flight Had to come to Geelong to bury my son ( Lizzie and Rai very caring ) …

I wanted to book return air ticket date on 20th April and l clearly told them. Flight centre Glenorchy has book 20th May. They corrected their mistake at my expense after l called them. Never go back to Flight Centre again.

They’re alright with the service. But the borders are opening, I think they’ll need more people to work. Waited for more than 30 minutes for a 6-7 minutes work.
