Once Rhys was in "charge" of our enquiry he was very professional and efficient. He has kept in constant touch both by phone and texts. There was many a time he has tried to ring me and he must have got fed up with the amount of times he tried to get some info over to me and I missed his calls :-) Thanks Rhys, for your patience with me.

Have my Home Insurance through Flint, and was advised about a cheaper quote for my renewal through them, via a different underwriter. Made it simple and easy for me to update my quote for extra cover at the point of renewals as well. Was also the cheapest quote I had, with the same cover. Very helpful service! Would highly recommend.

Just tried to cancel my insurance for my scrapped van and was told it would cost me £80 in admin fees! plus....plus.....plus. wanted over £140 just to cancel it. Been with Flint for in excess of 30 years had several problems but lived with it because it was easier. Will not be using Flint for my future renewals.

Recently purchased both fleet & business insurance from Flint Insurance. In addition to saving money, they also visited my office to ensure my business was fully covered. Very impressed & would have no hesitation in recommending this business, to any motorist, home or business owner.

The single worst experience we have had from an insurance company. Will refuse to respond to emails or phone calls. When requesting claims experience (required to transfer your insurance) they ignore your requests effectively tieing you to their incompetent company. Stay well clear.

Been with Flint for motor and property etc, personally and for business for more years than I wish to count. You can call it laziness, not shopping around but why would you when a company is providing first class service and products and is always so easy to deal with.

Spoke to Flint quite late in the day to arrange a fleet policy for our company, spoke to one of their advisors Ben who was really helpful and managed to sort us out with cover quickly and smoothly. Definately worth speaking to these guys come renewal time!

If I could put a ZERO star down I would. Wasted my time and didn't even have the courtesy to let me know that they couldn't insure me. Left it until the last minute and would not even answer my calls. RUBBISH CUSTOMER SERVICE....NEVER WILL USE - EVER!!!

Extremely poor customer service from cradle to grave. Little to no comms and try to pressure sell insurance 12 hours before policy's are due to expire. Highly advise not to use.
