Whoever hires for Flooreno needs a raise! I don’t know anywhere else you can go that every employee truly puts the customer first and wants to give them the best experience. From Caroline helping us pick out floors, to Hussein managing and organizing the floor install to Abbass installing, everyone was amazing to deal with. I am in the construction industry and I have never seen an installer pay more attention to detail and care about his workmanship. Abbass is a rock star. We love our floors and will 100% purchase everything we can from Flooreno. Thanks to the entire team.

I have bought so much from this store. Before going to Home Depot or Lowes go here first. The prices are awesome. Speak with Dino. He will not steer you wrong. I got fire/co alarms $20 cheaper the depot and drywall is a must from here. Just about everything at FlooReno is cheaper. Not sure how they got the prices that cheap but tbey are great. Check out the engineered flooring. I am still shocked and wish I had come here first. Thx guys. Richard, Dino and Ali are awesome. I came on a Sunday and everywhere else was closed. FlooReno is my go to place from now on for my home renovation needs. I walked in and was immediately greeted by one of their employees in the showroom who helped me pick out tiles and hardwood for my custom home. She informed me that their project manager Hussein will be the one overlooking the project while I’m away. I’m extremely pleased with Hussein’s professionalism and he ensured the project finished on time. The installers did an amazing job, I will only come here from now on.

I was looking to have the floors in my condo redone after a flooding incident. I reached out to FlooReno for a quote and got a very reasonable price to do the entire condo. I spoke with Hussein and he kept me updated on the entire process. Everything went very smoothly and I'm very happy with how the new flooring looks. I've dealt with some terrible contractors in the past and this was definitely a refreshing experience. Highly recommend!!

I visited the Norfinch store for the first time and was pleasantly surprised by the excellent choices and priced items. Customer service is excellent. I chose the items and had them delivered. Dino was the person who educated me on the purchase and Russell delivered the items. This is now my go to store. They are also open 7 days a week. If someone mention customer service is dead, tell them to visit this store.

We spent a lot of time searching for the right products, team and pricing for our renovation project. Luckily, we were referred to Hussein and he helped guide us through the process. They gave me the best price for mapei products.However double or triple check the products and materials you buy from them. If they sell you defective products , they won’t reimburse and take the product back.they won’t stand behind their products and also assume the customer is lying. Disrespectful.

This place is unbelievable, I call it mini Home Depot only because of how much stock this place has, But the prices are nothing alike, Flooreno is much cheaper , I would definitely recommend shopping here if you’re into saving money. Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable….Love this place!
