Tempted to buy online last night with free and easy returns. Sought out the store in Hobart instead the next morning and was helped by Martin there. He was so helpful and knowledgeable, had I not been flying back I would have bought more pairs. Best help I’ve ever had buying shoes, don’t normally enjoy buying shoes so thank you, so glad I didn’t buy on line, sizing would have been wrong, thanks again, really happy with purchase.

I have been to this place and ask for support shoes and staff just offer one pair and I ask another brand and staff reply no .No greetings to the customer even though only I was there at that time.Please avoid this place in any how.They just don't know the customer service and just don't care about customer.Very very casual.Try different shoes shop better than this one.Sorry there is one star minimum otherwise 0.

Needed to buy a couple of pairs of new shoes for work. Rang on a rainy Saturday morning and was informed by Martin they had a pair my size in stock and he kindly put them aside. An hour later I visited the store and Martin assisted my purchase. Very good polite and amiable Salesperson. Ended up with 4 pairs and a belt etc etc. Excellent experience in quality customer service.

I love their shoes. Especially the amazing Comfortech range. I ask a lot from my work shoes and my last pair were brilliant and have just bought two more. I also picked up the best belt I've ever had with micro adjustments. Staff very friendly and helpful.
