UPDATE- They ended up replacing the chair. Even delivered the new one and took the other one away. 5 Star service thank you Focus MY OLD GRIPE Very disappointed with their customer care. I had 10 dining chairs delivered to a new property and unwrapped them about a month later when I had recovered from eye surgery and we moved in. There were a few pull marks on my brand new chairs. I spoke with Preston and they said not to worry, and that the chairs are covered on warranty but I needed to contact customer care to organise the return/exchange. I did that only to be told that COMPUTER SAYS NO! It wasn't within their warranty period. The chairs are a current stock item so what does it matter. I can prove when I spoke with Preston and when we moved in. The chair has not been used. But why should I jump through hoops just to be told No again. Instead, after being a repeat loyal customer I'll be voting with my feet and never buying anything from Focus again. In the past few months I've bought a 6 seater sofa, a 4 seater sofa with ottoman, 20 dining chairs, 12 of another style in dining chair, vases, etc. It may have cost you $50 to replace the chair. Instead you've lost one of your VIP customers for life. Very poor form, Focus on Furniture!!

Bought a couch here December. Nothing but headaches from cracking on the couch arms and also staples sticking up through out the couch. Back of couch board was loose and it’s been fixed three times now. It’s a nice comfortable couch but I don’t think it’s a good quality couch or I just got a lemon . No one would call me to discuss and I had to be home 5 times to accommodate them taking it back to the warehouse to be fixed. It’s an absolute joke how many staples were sticking up and although the person who came out twice was extremely nice and knowledgeable it’s still left me with not a good experience. Customer service told me the couch was checked at the time of both repairs but after I got it back it still had issues. I wouldn’t buy from them again and someone should of called me to apologise for the inconvenience and given some kind of credit. We have just noticed more staples sticking up as of yesterday so back again my complaining goes. Check your couches when it’s in for repair so the customer doesn’t have to deal with the headache. I bought a new couch not a second hand one!

I just have to say, what a wonderful experience from start to finish with Focus On Furniture at Preston. First up, Gina was wonderful and patient with us as we talked through what lounge we were after, then from the delivery service, the guys kept me up to date with what time frame they were going to drop it off (this was communicated via text) then finally the lounge arrived, the guys quickly set it up and job done! In terms of the lounge and ottoman, its absolutely superb and the quality is definitely very high! Thank you again Gina and your team at Focus On Furniture at Preston! You're customer service should definitely be recognised! Well Done!

We purchased a number of pieces of furniture from Focus for our first home, and after living with and using the pieces for a couple months we can definitely say we are so happy with the quality! Our favourite piece though, is our Alexander corner couch. We have had so many people comment on how beautiful it looks and how comfy it is. Lastly, Sandra from the Preston store was absolutely lovely and helped us so much when our delivery date had to change multiple times due to delays in getting the keys for our house. She always kept us up to date, checked in with us and was just brilliant.

Purchased a mattress in April 2019. By the end of the year mattress is sagging and of obvious poor quality. Preston store refuses to refund the cost of mattress and offers only a replacement, apparently a sagging mattress that cannot be slept in does not constitute a major failure. Area Manager very unhelpful, unsympathetic and bordering on threatening when presented with questions she could not answer. Unfortunately not particularly helpful in reaching a resolution and leaving me no other choice other than to lodge a dispute with consumer affairs and VCAT.

I have purchased two bedsides and then (separately) a dresser from Focus on Furniture this month. Two of the three items (in two seperate deliveries) were damaged or faulty on arrival. It will have been an entire month of waiting by the time my bedroom is finally set up. I spoke with head office customer support and will not be offered any compensation for my wasted time. Not even a refund on my delivery fee. I will never order from Focus on Furniture again and will advise my family and friends to avoid them at all costs.

Stay away from here. Absolutely Horrible customer service here! Everything is poor quality!Area manager is very rude and unpleasant to talk to!Spent over 2k here buying furnitures, beds and mattress. Waited a week for it arrive. On arrival day got phone call to say I can't have the mattress I ordered because they can't find it anywhere in the warehouse. Instead they offered me the cheape and nasty mattress of shop floor. I asked for same quality they refused. had to wait a week to get a refund won't be going back here.

The staff at the Preston store were extremely helpful and helping us make the right choice for our leather lounge. The advice provided was excellent, which made our selection so much easier. We are very happy with our new modular lounge in our house, can't keep the kids off of it..... Thanks to all the Preston store staff as well as the warehouse staff!! Highly recommend Focus on Furniture for good quality cost competitve leather lounges.

I had been looking for new bedroom furniture for a while and I was instantly drawn to the Harbour suite at FoF. Unfortunately by the time I finally went to purchase it it had been removed from the website! Thought I’d try my luck by ringing my local store (Preston VIC) and they were so helpful, I was able to order from the new shipment. The delivery crew were great too, very polite and careful with placing the boxes where I needed them.

Went looking at dining chairs today. Wasn’t a great experience as far as customer service was concerned . We ended up at Focus on furniture Preston. Not only did they have exactly what we wanted but the customer service was great. They were more than patient with us while we stuffed around and gave us a really good deal with great follow up. Couldn’t recommend them highly enough.

From the moment we arrived in store to the final decision to make the purchase, we appreciated the assistance from the Staff and, when the lounge suite and chairs were delivered the assembly was quick and done with a minimum of fuss. Totally glad we returned back to purchase from your Preston store as we did for the previous lounge suite all those years ago.

Recently bought lounge from store, sales woman was excellent..and gave me a great price. I did purchase extra warranty with it but after reading reviews about it, l changed my mind. After contacting store they were great and understanding, listened to my gripe and gave me a full refund for the extra cover...Thanks to all there well done.

Rosemary was extremely helpful and informative when my partner and I were deciding on which bed and matress we wanted, she allowed us to look at our own pace and offered any assistance when required, she was lovely to chat to and we couldn't be any more happier with the service we received today. Extremely poor experience. We made a purchase of 4 x Queens size beds on layby. Told several weeks later that beds are no longer available. All 4 beds were sold to others and none allocated to our order. What an unprofessional company, total waste of time. Highly recommend you shop elsewhere.

All looks good until your item is faculty. Brought a mattress "Medicoil" last for 9 months, the. The middle part collapse. Report to the shop, they Forwarded the case between me and factory now, then call it "case closed."

This table is absolutely gorgeous. Fill me with serotonin every time I look at it, I love it so much. Not only is it so aesthetic to look at but is so comfortable. I am so happy that I purchased it!
