Upon arrival to this Foot Locker location, I was surprised that they were still open. It was just a couple of minutes from closing, since some stores tend to close early before their usual closing time. After I've entered, I was shopping for my usual brand selections. I was shopping with a mindset that I’ll be asked to leave once it's 6:00pm, which was their closing time. They closed promptly and am glad to see that this Foot Locker respects not only their business hours, but its customers as well. However, they didn't ask me to leave since I was still shopping. I had a couple of questions throughout my shopping experience. All of the employees that I asked questions to are by far the most understanding and knowledge people as it's pretty rare nowadays. After doing some shopping, an employee was putting new T-Shirts on the shelf, so I was curious to take a look. After seeing the T-Shirts, I’d like them so much that I went ahead and got it. At the register, the employee was so nice and made sure that the process goes as smooth as possible. She even told me to confirm my email address 2 times, which says a lot from her. I appreciate her wonderful work, being professional at all times, and caring for not only my items but the overall experience. I thought my great experience ended great, but it wasn't over just yet. I was still at the store getting ready to leave, and a young tall male unlocks the door for me and says “have a good one boss”. My shopping experience at this Foot Locker was amazing from start to finish. I'd totally be back very soon. I appreciate your hard work, talent, knowledge, respect, and the experience you all provide on a the daily basis for your customers. Keep up the good work!

No just no don't go there if you're looking for good service 2/10 of there employees were actually nice and working. Asked if I could try on a pair of shoes and one Ghetto A** employee said no, And brushed me of so she could flirt with a customer, Second I was trying on 2 shoes and said I'll go with the first. The lady working there said ok and she put them up front, I get there to check out it's the wrong pair. Price went from 75 to 115 I said "These aren't the ones" she got mad at me and said "But you said these ones" which I didn't ok. Rolled here eyes, snaped her neck and walked of. So I buy the shoes & go home only to try them on the next day and see there not the right size. I told her from the beginning size 7.5 which was the first size she gave me to try. To busy being DISRESPECT & RUDE she got the wrong box instead of 7.5 I got a size 9 Thanks so much really!

We are on vacation and walked in to Foot Locker to try on some shoes. We had heard a lot about the Cloud sneakers and had questions. Quan immediately greeted us and was BEYOND helpful! He went and grabbed each style in our size and was knowledgeable and patient. When we thanked him for all his help, he said “I’m just doing my job.” But that is so rare these days. He was kind and caring and we so appreciate that. We asked to speak to a manager, to let them know about his extraordinary service and Calvin and Lawrence too were phenomenal. When they say it starts from the top down, this is a perfect example of management being surround by great employees. Even though the shoes weren’t for us, we had a wonderful experience and can’t say enough great things about Quan, Calvin and Lawrence. Foot Locker is lucky to have all 3 of them!

Terrible store and terrible management. Tried to return a pair of Jordan's for different pair of Jordan's and not only would they not allow, they were extremely disrespectful. Managers yelling across the store to me telling me that not allowed and just total unprofessionalism. When I asked to speak with store manager he was outside messing people watching and messing around with other employees and would come in to address my concern. I went out and talked to him and he was extremely disrespectful and dismissive. He said I could come back Monday to initiate exchange, but he hoped that the shoe would be available in my size so that they wouldn't have to accommodate me. Talk about disrespect. Nothing worse than 30-40 year olds who still work in these stores going on power trips.

As soon as I walked in the front door I was helped very quickly and was soon trying on a pair of basketball shoes. Now the store was very nice but the music does not appeal to all people and was really restricted music with swear censors and was really loud also many things were very overpriced. Service was good except for the checkout was weird because only two cash registers worked with things from the house of hoops however those places also worked with standard foot locker products over I was satisfied but the experience could be better.

Came in Saturday Feb 20th around 1:30 Taylor looked out on the Uptempo and the manager I regret not getting his name had the answers I needed and as someone who also has been a manager in clothing, I was quite impressed and found the Footlocker I will recommend to people’s and will continue to shop at. Maybe some personalized service . But that’s just a recommendation I make to any big business as the trend is looking. That’s a freebie that’ll make any salesperson on comish some extra dough

The management is horrible at this place! I think the managers name is tony...he didn't want to give me my money back because my jacket didn't have a tag! When I damm we'll bought it from here and even an employee told him that... and the employee said that tony was saying in the mic that I might of stoled it from a different footlocker and because he was black. Management is racist every time he sees a black person with a bag he think they're going to steal!

My Fiance took public transportation to the store on 219 S. State. Purchased a pair of Air Max gymshoes for 110.00. Gets home and pulls out shoes to show me. The shoes that he was given were dirty and had been worn. He goes back to return the shoes and was told that they had to check the camera footage to make sure that the sales clerk didn't look at the shoes. He will never return to that store again. Didn't even give him a coupon for his troubles.

I loved the service! What made it really great is when service was slow and a cashier, I forget her name: her name was on her chain and she had really long pretty gold nails, and her skin is really smooth and dark, but while she rang me out we laughed about so much in the little time and she was so friendly and funny. I'd recommend anyone to shop here, such great, efficient service. The staff is so polite and gets the job done!

Came in undecided not knowing what I wanted, but as soon as I walked into Foot Locker, I was greeted immediately by one of their employees and helped me find a perfect shoe for myself, and so willing to be very informative about everything I asked. They have excellent customer service. This store has a great selection of different brand names of shoes. Would definitely be back again for my next purchase of shoes.

Nobody ever wants to sell me anything here. I feel like I am being profiled because I don't dress like most of the customers. I like to buy basketball shoes to wear to the gym but I can never get any help here. This is the closest shoe store to my house so sometimes I will go in to see the newest colors. I do this before I go to a store further away, such as Finish Line, where I get treated like everyone else.

My experience here was terrible. I ordered the kids Adidas Ultra Boost and they said that they had it in stock but 4 days later I received and email saying that I had to go back to the store to receive a refund. I live over an hour away and I need to go back to the store to receive my 160+ dollars. I will not be going back to any Foot Locker location ever again.

K yesterday i went to that store and buy converse Navy blue and i was so happy but when the guy give the shoe to me i was like those are fake shoes i wanted to buy them but yeah i did and today i was wearing and like everything on my new shoe looks do fake i would like to have my money back i dont want this fake shoe

The male employees there are great. They gave good energy they know their stuff and will help you with anything. But the lady store manager is rude everytime we come in she doesn’t greet us barely even acknowledges us and gives us the side eye. If it wasn’t for how cool the male employees there I wouldn’t come there

This place was great! I came in looking for some running sneakers and all of the employees there were professional and welcoming. One of them showed me their selection of running shoes and even struck up a conversation about a pair of cool converse shoes. Great experience, would come again.

Great location and very helpful staff. I was looking to buy air force ones and this was the only location that had the shoes. I called in and they were able to hold the shoes, which was the last pair available, until I could get to the store a few hours later.

The staff is very helpful and have helped me to purchase multiple pairs of Chuck Taylors for my kid and a great pair of Brooks running shoes for myself. I'll keep going back to this location because of the convenience and great service.

Team was super helpful in picking out birthday gifts. But Reed went especially out of his way in helping me find a shoe option for a good friend of mine with an odd size. It meant a lot he loves the air Max's. That again Reed.

Friendly staff and for us Australians, staggeringly good prices! They're probably perfectly normal for US residents, though. No problems getting the shoes I bought replaced when they turned out to have a manufacturing defect.

They can get really busy obviously being on state but they always do the best to take care of you! They carry a bunch of new balance basketball models which is rare in person. Definitely recommend this location!

I never shop here the sales associates are often not helpful and just ignore me till I start grabbing products. Store comes off very homophobic . Have experienced this over years of stopping into this store.

This location does not practice social distancing and allows way to many customers in the store. The manager (woman) was very kind and support helpful. But overall this store is way to pack with people.

Got a ticket which had me waiting for 4 hours for a pair of 12's & ended up with a "sorry there was a miss communicatin" response. Don't get what is the point of the ticket system which is a fraud .

Reasonable selection, seemed more like clothes than shoes though in my opinion. But overall got the shoes I was looking for, recommend checking the store website before making the trip there.

Just wow, what a terrible service from the staff that works there. Was planning to buy 3 pairs, walked away with none due to the poorest service I have received in a store ever.

They had a pop up of a black owned brand, which I was not expecting, and the quality of there clothes(GratitudeChicago) were great! The footlocker staff is very helpful as well.

It's hit or Miss here. Mostly miss. It's not that they have poor selection or anything. EVERY SINGLE shoe that I love isn't stocked in my size. I can never find a size 12 here.

This place has more variety of any shoe ive ever seen .alot of shoes to choose from. The staff here were very helpful and ill definitely go back and shop here again soon
