I've been going to this Foot Locker location for several years now and every time I go, it's never the same 2 or more people from my last visit. Anywho, I went in today looking for a particular Nike Air Max shoe. Online, it says they had the shoe and the app said the same thing. I get to the store, they didn't have the shoe I was hoping to get. So annoyed! However, the young lady that helped me was super nice and very patient with me. She even helped me find something similar to what you had in mind. Overall, a satisfactory shopping experience today. Hopefully, she'll still be there next time I decide to stop by.

I typically go in there when I'm not trying to go to the mall. But they never have the sizes needed...it's always the small sizes or 10 and up...never the middle sizes...but if they do its just one. Then with this pandemic they ask to sanitize hands at the door and to wear a mask...that's good BUT they say that they can't use the foot measure tool because of the virus...but yet people can still try on shoes which makes no sense at all..

I order a pair on nike shoes on june 2 and june 7 still havent got them also been their 4 times and every time l go l get a diffent story from all the Associates that work at footlocker even call customer service and they dont know whats up with my order

Customer service is horrible. Manager walks around like a sloth & he popped 3 xanax. Told there was a few pairs left in size 12 I was first in line then all of a sudden there are none? Yea never will spend money there again. Hire new managment.

Whatever guy with Glssses closing on 12/22/17 was very rude and mistreating his coworker he thought he was the Devil. He needs to reevaluate what TEAM work is. I will never shop there again. I HATE MY OWN KIND ACTING THAT WAY. …

They don't even acknowledge it ou when you come into the he store...I walked around for about 10 mins without someone approaching me to ask if I need help. I left I'll never come back to this location, bad customer service.

Wow walked in there got greeted good but then when I needed help they were more busy stocking and talking like we were not even there their loss was going to spend about $500 in shoes went somewhere else
