My initial visit to this specific location was Sept, 27, 2019. I had lost my receipt upon coming back home, but I really needed to write this review for a few reasons; First, Jake, Shanico, and Giovan - all of y'all were wodnerful and very helpful during my trip to Chicago. I came to Chicago for some medical testing, and my main focus was just the results of the tests. You three made it feel like home while I was in the store the few times I came in. From the suggestions and own personal interests, it made for a great time to just go from window shopping, and then actually purchasing items before leaving. Second, I appreciate everything y'all helped with,and even when it was either gloomy from the rain, or just it being busy, y'all really helped take the negative aspects that came from my testing and those results, I've been to numerous Foot Locker's in the world from traveling, and this one definitely was easily one of my top five. The customer service was over the top, interaction throughout the experience, and just overall, the staff was great in my time there. I definitely am looking forward to my next visit on in to this specific location.

Im still looking too buy a pair of shoes here, I like. New and old. Especially shoes I can't win a raffle for! haha the latin hispanic guy was a great help. I'm latin latino. I come from a store FamousFootwear he was a great in helping me find product size. The lady here and the rest of the people of color rushed me and I had to ask them for a size in clothes in another store witch they didn't really know. I like to stop by and see what they have and waste my hard earned money. I try on clothes, I was given a fitting room that day. I just recently moved and all the way from the Austin neighborhood. I made some errands and visited more stores in that neighborhood. anybody have a friend who works here ha Sometimes you go in and get bad looks from the employees Footlocker isn't a high end store. Anybody know how too get a job here?

I don't have much experience with the service as I spent only about 3-4 minutes inside. I don't think I have ever been in a more disgusting shoe store. I guess it's my fault for even walking into Foot Locker in the first place. The store spells horribly, you get the feel of dead animals and rotten food inside. Dirty and unpleasant for every sense. Employees look clinically depressed, which is no surprise probably because of their minimum wage and because of the smell they have to endure.. No idea why this store would exist. To give you the right picture I'll just add that I don't think I've ever written a review before...

Great customer service. I was there for an hour trying to figure out what shoe I wanted and the lady was very patient. I think her name was Delilah. Not sure but she was amazing. I'm very picky when it comes to shoes, but she didn't give up. They have a huge variety. Lots to choose from!! I recommend this location to anyone.... ill definitely be back.

Every shoe I asked for wasn't in stock in the size I wanted. Instead of being asked what other location had it, i was being offered the size i wanted but in a different color. I mean if i wanted just any shoe then i would have just walked in and asked give me anything you want to get rid of.

The two employees i dealt with were friendly the one guy even offered to pick up a pair of shoes for me on his way to work the next day (i declined the offer) if they had my size i would have def bought from these guys... But sadly they havent madebthe shoe that i want small enough yet.

Store was very clean. I was greeted immediately by Luis the salesperson, he did a wonderful job. Found me everything I needed. His service was exceptional. I would recommend any of my friends go to that store just to see him!! Definitely and asset to your company!

They don't have a very good selection of shoes. They close very early and the crew are very unpleasant and not very helpful. I only come here because it's the closest to my house. Other than that I would never come here. Or suggest a friend come either !

Every now and then, you may go to this location and get a person w/ a bit of an attitude problem. But this time, I knew what I wanted and was able to go in and get what I wanted with no wait or have to deal with multiple people. So all went well.

Love this store! Brightly lit! Colorful displays. The store was neat, clean, well maintained. No products on the floor or flung back on the displays. This store has very nice inventory. You can find some surprising styles in this location,

Terrible sales staff, nobody there could detrtmind my foot width. It was as if I was a bother to help. They didn't even say hello when I came in and all three of the staff were just standing around. I was the only customer in the store.

We were helped right away by Shanico and she was patient as we tried on several different shoes. She made sure they fit my son comfortably and we left feeling very satisfied with the customer service experience she provided us!

They need to update their store hours went out of my way to shop there Google has them open from 10:00am- 8:00pm went there at 6:00pm they had doors locked and looked like they were partying...your loss not mine

Awesome selection of high end court, and track athletic shoes and apparel. Nice room dedicated to Addidas footwear and apparel. A little $$$, but basketball shoes for my son make it worth it to me.

Fui a 3 foot locker, no tenían la medida ni los tenis q buscaban solo en online, q rediculo cuando uno quiere ver los tenis en fisico y solo tenis feos en la tienda y en online todos los bonitos.

3 different shoes in 3 different sizes. They didnt have a variety of sizes for what my children wanted, but the associate was so patient & helpful. So we still left out happy. Thanks Crystal!!!
