Poor customer by what assume is manager Steven and they wouldn't give me the name of the other manager, but talking bad about his employees rushing out making us feel like we were in the way, cashier was helping us out we were the last in the store and she was grabbing the shoes he asked when if we have been helped I replied yes that someone was grabbing the shoes then he made a comment that made us feel uncomfortable, I can only imagine how he talks to them when no customers are in the store Katarina thank for your patience and helping us out and rushing us out the store.

Excellent place to shop for shows, they have a great selection in Jordan’s as well as Nikes and Adidas. I bought a pair of Air Force 1 07s and I am pleased with the service. I did how ever feel uneasy about the amount of people they had let in at one time while the Corona pandemic is going on. I commend businesses who are cautious and abide to the CDC recommendations and more and don’t just follow the bare minimum when it comes to the guidelines, but that was my only problem. I’ve bought plenty of shoes from foot locker and I’m always please.

This location does everything in their power to not sell you a pair of dunks. You can show up early and they’ll say they aren’t selling them yet. You can show up on time and they’ll say they are holding the last pair for another customer even though there’s no customer in sight. Oddly enough a few select “customers” magically know when to show up with their family and get multiple pairs on numerous occasions. Stop hooking up your friends with insider information and start selling dunks to real customers.

Dominique the GM went above and beyond for me today!! I needed help today picking items out for my trip to Vegas this weekend and she was huge help! I highly recommend going here because they have a great selection and customer service. I hate when I go places and I have to ask for help and for sizes and standing around waiting for help and employees just stand around. You don’t have to worry about that here! The staff was genuinely excited about my trip and helping me find what I needed.

I felt SUPER comfortable and helped by Pablo and Noah. They didn’t make no feel no where near uncomfortable like the other store in JD. They helped my friend find 2 shoes that she wanted. Everyone who was working there in the store made us feel super comfortable and that is something that we really care about because there’s other store that just leave the customers there alone. THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!

Came in today 07/05/2021 and had a great experiance. Our salesman was wonderful and very attentive. He was very helpful in locating the shoe I wanted but instead we ordered them from their location instead. I can't remember his name but thank you Footlocker for hiring employees that care. If I do remember, I will re edit this post with his name.

Very poor customer service!!! We bought couple pairs of shoes and paid together and when we asked cashier to put in two separate bags the cashier Name YENNELY refused to do so. She goes I can give you only one bag because you paid together and it’s fit in the same bag.Even after we spent $650 at the store this is totally unexceptionable

The fact they purposely leave the phone off the hook so no one calls is hella corny I even went there and called while they were all talking about noting and not answer the phone was corny . Remember where your located at and what kind of customers come here … Might need a higher ranking manger come look at this spot .

We went to shop for Hoka's. Every other employee couldn't find my size in the color I was looking for. James came up and said, "I'll order them for you, and they'll be at your home by the end of next week!!" I couldn't have asked for better service! James M., Great Job sir!

All profitable pairs are backdoored by the employees. When they receive shipments of anything sought after or profitable they will absolutely not sell it to you unless you’re a reseller that takes care of them. Trash store.

Great customer service not like footlocker at north star they have bad customer service and they suck at answering there phone! I'll be doing my shoping at this footlocker

They have the phone off the hook or disconnect so customers can’t call and inquire on inventory. This is the only location that does this.

App said first come first serve all week and then last minute changed to app reservation. Had 10 people in line all mad and upset
