So first of all I would like to say that I love foot locker and I have no hate against it but what I saw in this horrific mall was unbelievable. Ok so I was running late to my cousin’s birthday party so I stopped at the mall to get her a quick gift, I went to foot locker remembering she wanted a pair of new vans so I quickly rush inside got the shoes and went to check out, once I’m finishing paying I see this father and there 3 sons talking to this girl who work there, at first I thought they were having a typical conversation of the shoes, then I see how she’s telling the father to speak English because she doesn’t understand and this is America!! even thought the 3 boys where trying to communicate with her In English she just kept going at the father and discriminating him because of his appearance and language. I couldn’t believe my eyes how can this so called person be so rude to the father and the children, it was despicable. Something I can assure you from this place is I’m never going back. UNBELIEVABLE!!!

I went in today looking around I had bought shoes form two other stores so i don’t know if it’s beause i has the bags of shoes with me but not one employee ask if I need help with anything there after about 10 minutes of looking I found a pair of shoes I haven’t seen at any other store I really wanted to get them but no one came to me I wanted to know the price I would have bought them regardless it just upsets me that no one came to me because i already bought shoes somewhere else and it was not busy the employee were standing around I really wanted to get them but I had no service.

Went looking for a pair of shoes. Robert helped me look at what would be most comfortable for my injured back. He made a couple of suggestions and let me choose from them. I wound up liking them so much I bought 2 pair in different colors. Ask for Robert he can help you out with your needs no matter what they might be

3 stars. It was probably the best shop in this pretty run down mall, the employees were decently attentive, but inconsistent. I walked in, I was greeted right away by the employees and I was helped the whole time I was there. I saw other people walk in and employees just kinda ignored them.

Found some good clothes that my son liked. The store had a good selection of the type of clothes that he likes to wear. Had to wait in a line to check out but the line moved very quickly.

Staff was helpful, good selection of shoes. Was in & out quickly and painlessly. Overall, quite happy with my experience, will go back when I need more shoes.

I recently purchased a pair of shoes, I would to say Elijah O provided the best customer service! He was very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable.

Always find what you need or if not will order it for you and the staff is awesome and very helpful as well, keep up the great work guys....
