Really upset with the service we received today. (Sunday Oct. 7th) I'm typically not one to complain, but I was looking for all black comfortable shoes and I desperately needed them today for the following Tuesday... We did not get acknowledged or asked if we needed help with something specific -- We were in the store for 40 minutes total keep in mind. No staff members were willing to help, and none of them were tied up with clients. They were all just standing around shouting and joking around. We were not the only family being ignored or brushed off... I pulled all the all black shoes that I could reach myself and because I was so frustrated with being ignored I asked my boyfriend to ask for the sizes I needed... The sales associate walked to the threshold of the backroom then came out and said they only had the sizes on the shelf for every single shoe I was holding?? (4 different styles) I tried them all on and during the process my boyfriend asked 2 more times for him to please check as it was really important we found something today... He said only what's on the shelf. Because of this we walked around the entire mall and took 3 hours in every store trying to find a comfortable pair of all black shoes. No store but footlocker carried all black. So I decided to take the shelf pair since that "was the only size". I asked my boyfriend to go in without me as I was still really upset over being ignored... He dealt with a very friendly woman and she grabbed my size from the back within 2 minutes of asking. I'm a retail manager myself and I'm really unimpressed with the service today provided by the blonde rep with dark glasses and a gold chain. I couldn't get his name since he always had his back to me but he needs to learn about how a little effort can save someone several hours... Also late for our Thanksgiving because of him, not happy at all.

I never take time out of my day to write a negative review but this was the worst customer service i've ever received. I've worked in retail for 5 years I know how customer service is suppose to be presented. I came in wanting to receive a refund with the receipt the cashier gave me at the time and I was told over and over that there's a different receipt the cashier game me and I cannot receive a refund. An employed named Rahaf, she goes by "head cashier", presents horrible attitude and acts as if she's manager. After asking to talk to the manager Brenden, the manager says to me "I will always back up my coworker over the customer", I don't know what kind of customer service he thinks that is but you can clearly tell he's not fit to be manager. In the end of course, I ended up getting my refund, but the fact that I had to stand there for 25 minutes arguing with people who are suppose to be delivering good customer service is frustrating.

I would 0 star if I could. Horrible, horrible service. I can't speak on the personalities of the "great staff" because none were willing to help us!!! We really needed to buy several pairs of shoes TODAY and they were too lazy to check for sizes, didn't help at all or try to speak with us. We needed to try both pairs and they said the solo shelf pairs were "more than enough" and not even the size we needed (we tried 4 separate times to get help). We had to interrupt their conversations and they were still hesitant to pull away to help us. Also yelling across the loud music at eachother their inside jokes right over my head. Whoever manages this one in particular should be ashamed. Employees: - 1 woman of colour short hair up - 1 blonde younger employee male with glasses - 1 man of colour tall short hair Would've gotten their names but couldn't get them to have a face to face conversation long enough to see. Ridiculous.

One of the worst experiences I've had in retail. I came in here with my girlfriend to pick up some new shoes. The employees seemed completely uninterested, and literally wanted nothing to do with us. I approached one employee who was standing talking to another employee and asked him questions. He answered in the fewest words possible before running away. You would think he would have asked sizes and got them from the back or something? Nope. Instead he fled the interaction twice to do absolutely nothing. The store was almost empty. He had ran from me twice just to go stand by the store door and do nothing. I couldn't believe it. Sales people who won't sell you things! Anyway i have no problem voting with my feet, because after 40 mins of trying to buy something i decided they don't deserve my money. I will order directly from manufacturers, and atleast when ordering online there will be no sales people to avoid me.

Called in earlier today and the gentleman who answered the phone literally sounded like he was not interested in my business nor did he care to help. Wanted to inquire whether they price match with JD sports and of course they don’t, accordingly to lazily individual who I was speaking to. Ended up asking for a store manager who’s name happened to be Brandon, who directly turned that entire situation into a positive experience, put the shoes aside for me whilst I got there to pick it up, and made sure they took care of me. Jada was the cashier who was super friendly and polite, everyone else look so exhausted and tired. Smile kids, you never know when Santa may arrive.

I called to check sizes, the answer to the phone was “footlocker limerage” I asked about a pair of shoes and the guy didn’t know what shoes I was even talking about and then told me he was going to check sizes. I wasn’t sure about my sizing so I asked for a 6.5 not realizing I was a 5.5. He proceeded to tell me they only had a 5.5, I asked them to put them on hold and he told me they wouldn’t fit. I didn’t get a name or any phone edict. I work with customers, I know how to speak to them in person and over the phone, I can only imagine how their customer service is in person.

TODAY BETWEEN THE HOURS 1PM AND 2PM I WENT IN TO GET MY 6 years old sized for shoes an employee by name of KAY was extremely rude refused to help my child size his feet .when I said something about it she went to tell me that I can do it myself and that I was being RUDE. Then when I proceeded to speak to the manager MARK about it he just looked me with stupid look on his face said what would you like me to do !! Then said that he will not be providing me with any info on the store or employee.

My daughter loves shopping here you always have the selection she’s looking for. My only suggestion where you would get a five star rating would be some of the younger staff members don’t seem to enthusiastic about helping people out. I went in and dropped $350 on two pairs of shoes and I had to ask for the help to get the sizing I had to get the persons attention to look for me. Anyways simple hello anything I can help you with sometimes he will need it and sometimes people don’t.

My 14 year old daughter and her friend went to pick out new Jordans and the sales rep who probably seen them as a waste of time considering their age basically told them to leave. Told them none of the shoes would fit them. Made two young girls who were excited to get their new shoes they already picked out online so uncomfortable they didn’t want to go to any more stores afterwards. If you don’t like your job let someone else that does have it.

Great staff and service. Cameron was great. Did not have size I wanted in stock. Within 5 mins he located a pair at another store. Got them shipped no charge right to my house. All the staff friendly and attentive. Customer service what its all about. Hats off to all the guys at Limeridge mall store. Ill be back for my next pair for sure. Went back today five sales people on floor was in and out ten mins. Great job!!

My daughter and my son returned an item and they didn’t receive the money until this day, it’s been more than 3 months and whenever they speak to them, they say go to your bank it’s not our fault So we decided not to buy anything from that store again, knowing that my kids were regular customers, but after that issue they never went back !

Nothing is ever in stock, you'd think it would be easier to buy online yet everything is sold out and if it isn't, it will be by the time you check out. I've been trying for over a week to buy a pair of Jordan's as I've got a gift card, if it wasn't for that I'd never bother with Foot Locker again.

Awful service - website shows a product is available so I called to confirm and was told well it may be there but they don't know as they have 200 boxes and are short staffed so they cannot open them up for customers. Really? You expect to retain business this way? Interesting process

I don't know what happened to the price of shoes these days but they've gone through the roof at foot locker. Couldn't find anything decent under $130. Knowing what it costs to actually manufacture a shoe in a third world country these shoes are pricey someone's making big bucks

This place to me is like walking through memory lane with all their brands names like Nike, Adidas, Puma and others displayed so well. The staff were all so friendly and inviting and I was able to get a deal and half on a off season jacket!!! I highly recommend this place!

Isn't most deaf friendly at all. Wouldn't make any access for me to understand them as I've already stated that I'm deaf and use my phone to type and asked questions but yet they're expecting me to be able understand them through their black mask like I can hear them.

Wow. The staff members ignore customers, and just socialize among themselves. Then when you finally get one to assist you, it's obvious that their number one goal is to get you out of the store fast, so lie about the shoe in your hand and tell you, it's a kids shoe.

Awful experience bought a hoodie from footlocker and they sent it out with the security tag now there’s no local footlockers and I can’t get the tag off they won’t compensate me for it either million dollar crooks
