Excellent place to shop ...price matching. Lavonne the manager is amazing. I had a 10.5 foot and wore a 10.5 shoe for 10yrs. It was too tight in the AirMax 720, so I went to an 11 in Nike Air Max- turns out in the new AirMax I need 11.5! WOW. Because I listened to Lavonne who is educated in footwear, we figured it out. And they were patient with me as I thought that I still wear a 10.5 to 11 and changed shoes 3 or 4 times. Some advice i can give is try on the size you think you need and if it hurts at all, go bigger. I had to wear and try on many pairs of shoes before one fit me correctly. Headaches and backaches for me. And to Footlocker I say " Holy Patience Batman!". Go to Footlocker in Westfield for all your tennis shoe needs. Updated on 10/16

Horrendous experience, I was looking for Nike Air’s and this asian guy (late 20’s) was really mean and had agressive body language. When I asked him which black shoe in 11.5 size he had- he shouted at me and said “you asked me bring white”. Well thanks! I tried them on and didn’t like them on me. I asked him, find me any black shoes in my size and he shrugged off and gave me a weird look. I decided to walk out and head to Macy’s next door

Definitely one of the better foot lockers house of hoops in San Diego county, has all the shoes/ styles like fashion valley without all the traffic and mediocre customer service. Absolutely more stocked with inventory then plaza Bonita. We’re certainly willing to travel to buy shoes. Call ahead if possible, do a stock check. Great customer service. Clean, well organized store.

Overpriced shoes, takes a long while to try the shoes on, and the some of the people who work here don’t care much about the customers. Pro: They know a lot about shoes and can help you make an informed decision. Some of the employees are really friendly. Mediocre at best.

The foot locker is the only place my family buys shoes. They have the old shoes you want or the newest ones. Their costumer service is great and i love the staff, they are always hanging out and having a good time, they always make me laugh.

The staff is extremely helpful. Shout out to Jesus who helped me recently on my visit. There are usually sales going on for various items. If an item is not on sale, check again in a week as on sale items rotate frequently.

The worst customer service. I counted 5 employees in the store yet, I wasn't greeted nor was I asked if I needed assistance. Both of my kids were going to purchase $100+ shoes but, I won't give my business this store.

Worst customer service. Today when been verify adidas EQT that been on special offer a employ take the ticket of special in front of me at 2:00 pm. When I ask why take the ticket out don't give a reasonable excuse.

Such a great footlocker staff is very friendly with great attitudes. They were very patient when helping me find a running shoe that would feel comfortable with my orthotics.

We purchase a pair sneakers, there's plenty of brand design choices, excellent prices, great service, covid-19 protocol in place ,Mass was required.
