Rasta is an excellent salesman. His customer service was amazing.. I had a problem with a product from the store and Rasta required a simple explanation, coupled with the defective product. Seeing the fault, he was sympathetic and understanding. Footgear replaced the shoe without any additional cost. Despite the fault, i will definitely recommend buying here as they truly care about customers. Whatever Rasta is earning, increase it. His service and empathy will ensure customer loyalty.
