Came in because my daughter needed to print out documents for school did not have my library card. So I walked toward the front desk and asked if they could look up my information, I just needed my user ID. They asked me for an ID did not have it on me. I asked if there was anyway she could use it under guest user they stated we would need your ID. By some weird reason I had my social so I asked them if that would be ok they stated no we need a picture ID. I know my password just not my user ID I didn't know you needed my ID to give you the information that I know is on it??? Your better off going to Fedex don't waste your time here, the gentleman who helped me was no help and didn't even explain as to what the rules and policies were using the computers. I didn't get anything from him past the ID. No help at all. I usually never have an issue until today. A little more explanation would have helped.

The librarians are rude and act like it's their house especially the librarian who wears glasses and has long hair with gray in it my son was drinking water out of a bottle and told him no food or drinks are allowed and was very mean this is not the first time she did this...she also looks down at what seems the Hispanic people only unless you're white then she's real nice and trips over herself to help them...WHAT A SHAME THAT RACISM EXISTS AT OUR LIBRARY AM GONNA START GOING TO A DIFFERENT LIBRARY WHERE ALL PEOPLE ARE TREATED EQUAL.

I went today and the older lady at the counter was rude and seemed like she didn’t want to be there. I asked a few questions and barely got an answer from her as I were a bother to her. If you don’t like your job lady don’t work somewhere that you need to provide customer service. Other than that the library was nice.

Bring my daughter here for story time on Tuesdays. Ana is great, she picks good books and gets the kids involved by switching it up from reading to singing, activities and play time. My daughter loves this library and the staff is really helpful.

When is this branch going to open? Every other building in Tx has been open for well over a year now and this branch remains closed? What's up with that? Is it lack of employees? I'd gladly apply if that's the case.

Love this small Library. I get books on line from there. Also get hard backs from there If they don't have a book I want, they order it from downtown branch.

BEAUTIFULLY remodeled library, staff was very helpful and we found what we were looking for! I'm glad they remodeled this library!

Not too crowded the times I've gone... has good selection of movies... quiet atmosphere which is hard to find sometimes...

It's a good little community library. Has some flaws but I've never come across a major issue there.
