I went in there,at 7:40pm ,park my car by the front door and an camera is right there as I was shopping, I didn't know my security alarm off, so I check out and went to my car and it was broken into, I have stuff in there from other store (nike outlet 84th cottage) I told the security and he said he hear my alarm went off ,his lazy self didn't have the courage to check, and he saw me get out that car, I was in there for 10 minutes. So I feel somewhat he had something to do with it .. I ask the manager &security to check the camera for the license plate and car park by mine ,, they say the camera is no good can't show.. So I recommend not to show in that store or parking lot not safe.

This was a pleasant surprise. Lots of name brands at great prices. I hooe that you aren't claustrophobic because there is TONS of clothes in here. If you are patient, you will find great items. The checkout line moved really slow though. However, I think it was more because of the volume of items customers were buying as opposed to inefficient cashiers. There were six lanes open and it took us around 20 minutes to check out. The cashier informed us that they had a Rewards Program that we could sign up for by text. We did so and received a 10% disvount that we were able to use for our purchase. The whole process took less than 30 seconds. I will definitely be returning.

I love the store im always shopping there. However yesterday i purchased a few items & when i got home one item was missing ,so i called the store & told them I was told to come back w my receipt .when i got there the cashier had security come out & greet me ,i told him the issue ,he took my receipt & left for about 10min.when he came back he said he reviewed the purchase & said she put everything in the bag.& it was nothing they could do.meanwhile im out of $8.00 . i caught a uber back to the store who does that to lie about a item.? I tried to call corporate ,but due to covid they are closed.this happend on 79 & state

Latavia was really sweet and helpful to me. I hate that the auto dept at this time is extremely low on inventory. I really liked the home good section. Store is in need of decluttering and a easier way to view and choose merchandise, especially in the home goods dept., the pictures are not displayed for you to reach easily without feeling like you are an employee moving and separating items to see what's available.... The best mirrors are behind the counter, I wish I would have know this beforehand. I will be back soon. I saw some cute purses and straw hats!

Crappy experience period. Both bathrooms were down the whole day. The store is regularly messy. One associate that worked in the kids dept. loudly repeated to another associate that she "hate these dumb a@@ customers." Over and over several times. Then I got home and found 2 of my items were missing. I went back immediately and LP and management would not let me get my items. The items were under $10 but the store seems to feel petty cash is more important than a regular customer who usually do spend $100s at the est. Even good prices is not worth the insults.

My Name is Lisa Jackson and I visited this Forman mill on 6/9 with my Husband. I Had to bring some items back because the Forman mill on Cicero left the sensor on the clothes I just purchased and get a bigger size. I went to customer service the young lady took care of me after looking at the receipt. I must say I was impressed it was well-organized no problems in the return even though the sensor was still on but I was most impressed when I went into the aisle where they carry big men size 3x and up i give this store 4 stars impressed

THEY HAD A VARIETY OF ITEMS BUT DIDN'T HAVE THEM IN THE RIGHT PLACES. THE STAFF WAS BUSY LAUGHING AND TALKING WHILE ONLY ONE REGISTER WAS OPEN AND THE LINE HAD 20 OR MORE PEOPLE WAITING TO PAY FOR ITEMS. CUSTOMER SATISFACTION IS NOT THEIR TOP PRIORITY AND WE WAITED IN LINE FOR 20 MINUTES OR MORE UNTIL THE OTHER STAFF DECIDED TO OPEN MORE REGISTERS. AS FAR AS THE SHOPPING EXPERIENCE IT WAS A HASSLE BECAUSE THINGS WERE NOT IN THE RIGHT PLACE AND CHECKOUT OF ITEMS WAS VERY VERY SLOW. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS FOREMAN MILLS.

I drove from Indiana to come to this location upon arrival I was pleased to see the wide range of selections which was overshadowed when I asked the cashier to break a bill to help out a homeless woman outside at the front door, the cashier denied my request even after I explained did I was trying to help the woman in need outside fortunately I was able to purchase a meal from a nearby restaurant... I'm not sure if I would ever visit this location again.

Although it's a deep, discount & primarily clothing store, there are lots of hidden gems. Yearly I've found North Face Winter coats for my grandson and unique women's fashion that have received many compliments when I've worn them. Name brand sweaters (probably overstock) alongside 'never heard of' cheap ones. Same for handbags and men's casual wear. I would stay away from the shoes

I have been WAITING in the parking lot 40 minutes for them to open to pick up my layaway to only get inside & after 4 people and 40 minutes later I’m STILL standing here WAITING for my box NOBODY can find!!! This ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE & what a poor excuse for MANAGEMENT! She walks up & says we’re looking for it AFTER 40 minutes of me ALREADY WAITING at the register!

79th street location is good. Items classified well....and pretty good selections. I like the selection of work skirts available...the skirts I purchased were true to size but try on pants. I hope more skirts for office and church wear are stocked; summer dresses and skirts are nice too. Staff members are friendly and helpful. Store is clean and orderly.

I wish I knew about this clothing outlet store along time ago great prices and comparable value on many of the clothing items they sell. I purchased several garments that speak to my personality and make trendy statements. My kind of place to go. Very pleased with everything I bought. If I could I would give a ten star rating. And this was my first time visiting and ever going to this store. I am from out of state it was in town visiting. They don't really have a huge selection for plus size but outside of that everything was okay. The line was horrendously long and yet there was only two checkers checking people out. Be prepared to stand in line for a very long time

Slow lines need to hire more cashiers ..supervisor or manager not sure was working slowly as well chit chat too much while the line continued to get longer. We were in line for twenty minutes..Mildew smell on clothes air quality awful. Yet I did also that the store was in good order everything was nice and neatly in its right place and order ⁰

I absolutely love coming to Forman Mills. I can find just about everything I need or be looking for there. Their staff is friendly and knowledgeable of the products sold there. Hello Folks I went to get two jogging suits for my trip in november.also for my grandson, they have real nice jogging suits for the men, boys.couldn't find any for my self and they do have a very good sale just take your. Time and look.it's not crowded like it use to be I mean with clothes.no long wait in line nice as always.

The cashiers took their time even though the lines were long. Just simply didn't care. This is the second time that we lost something in there and they can never locate anything found. I go because I like Forman Mills not because of the experience. Cashiers can be quite rude at times. Needs work with customer service.

The place was good, plenty of clothes my size,long line at the cash registers but five to seven cashier's. Great returns if you have your receipt and don't remove the tags. I'm a appliances repairman and I spent a lot of time on the floor looking under the appliances and I need clothes that give.

I have to say for bargain buys it's great. You will have to look for the gems but they are there. It's in a close out factory style so items get picked over and sometimes thrown all over the place (that's mostly our fault as customers) but they do have an order to the madness. Shop well. Enjoy

My my first time there it was a nice clean atmosphere. The staff was very helpful and knowledgeable regarding inventory. The selection for outerwear was not much. They only had one coat stylefor women in a couple of jackets for men. not what I thought it would be. But I will visit it again.

In this day and age when money is tight on your household, a person can go here and find an outfit for an adult or a child for a very, very reasonable price. You might find two outfits for the price of one and an accessory to match compared to other retail stores. I love Forman Mills!

Super slow. They need faster workers and more motivated employees. It's tax season they have to move faster also they need at lease a disabled line for elders or disable people that can't stand for a long time. Hate it here. About 50 people went home today and walked out of the line.

I enjoyed sale on appliances 50% off!! I got great deals on twin sheet sets! I nice Christmas gifts at a steal! Then topped it off the cashier Jasmine showed me how to Save even more by texting join, I SAVED $26.18 off my purchase. The security guard were very friendly and humorous!

The attitude I can do without! That lady at the checkout was a sourpuss. If you don’t like your job maybe you should quit. Only in the urban neighborhoods you get this kind of service. Sad. Next time I’ll go further out. May have to pay a little more but it’ll be worth it.

Hi. The store 0603, Register 7 on today at 12:30pm was kinda rude to me today. She acted like my presence got on her nerves, and I don't know her. I come to this one from time to time, and never got treated the way that I did today, and I really didn't appreciate it.

Quality and selection of bras has decreased. At least for c cup and up. Swimwear almost doesn't exist. A lot of dresses but hard to find cute ones. Waiting time in lines is beyond long but staff is helpful and pleasant. Not a good selection for girls

It was a nice shopping experience. However they had more deals for the men section than the women. I feel like women shop more they should have just about the same amount of deals.. However I will be back, they're a bit cheaper than most places.

I dont have alot of money. I went to Forman Mills 79th St. in Chicago. I got 6 long sleeve mens tshirts in different colors for $12 They will be nice for winter. I think the sizes go from small-2x. I will go shop there again.

I like talking my kids here to shop for clothes 14 and 16 years daughter and son. I enjoy the variety of things available, the store is usually clean, the staff is helpful and Knowledgeable about where to find things.

Did not have my size Jean pants in their big and tall men's section. Also keep an eye in their parking lot. I will say that they have a very kind and helpful security staff, of which I commemd.
