Sales people are lairs at cambridge store. Went to cancel an order after 1 day (not custom order, just a bunk bed they didn't have in stock and were transferring from another store) which was not delivered to me or arrived at the store yet.

Worst experience ever, bought a $1000 mattress a few years ago, it sagged alot to the point my back was hurting. Nobody would help me from the store, when I finally got to the warranty part, they don't even reply or acknowledge you at all.
