RESTORED MY FAITH IN DENTISTS. Been a patient here for around 8 years or more. Was recommend by my wife who found this to be the most understanding, patient and pain free dentist she'd had after looking around for many years. She'd had previous experiences of pushy dentists selling unnecessary work, dentists that had no bedside manner and dentists that caused her great pain, but she'd always told me Fosse was different and cared. To be honest I too had had bad previous experiences with dentists causing me pain and fear, and for this reason my teeth became a bitt neglected over the years because of my dentist fears. My wife persuaded me to try Fosse, her dentist, and in particular Mr Patel, and I'm so glad I did. Apprehension, at first all those years ago, just melted away, along with all previous fears. Mr Patel was very kind, never pushy to sell you more than you need whether needing filling etc. Also very gentle, with constant pauses to check if you're okay, regardless of the treatment, check ups, cleaning, fillings etc and always pain free and puts you at ease. It's got to the point where I don't fear the dentists anymore thanks to Mr Patel. I just had a filling replaced today after I think 5 yrs, not bad considering the basic fillings tend to last 3 years or so, so testament to the great treatment done previously and today also. I literally didn't feel a thing throughout today, even the anaesthetic injection was painless. Just to confirm that Fosse really is this good, we live in a small village on the outskirts of Leicestershire, many miles away from Fosse dental. There are many dentists near us, but we prefer to travel the distance to Fosse dental, we don't trust any other dentists. If this isn't proof of how good they are I don't know what is. Never ask for my medical update, never take any time to explain my kids about brushing teeth or ask, dentist name Jeevan. Jeevan gave no feedback about any of our teeths at all or clean!!! I spoke to the manager thinking they wil improve the service. She ask me to move to other dentists. Today, I was seen by Dr BS Patel. No confidentiality, he asked front of his staff that what problems did you have with Jeevan so I told him. He said why don't you move. So I said not the answer I was expecting but you should improve your 0/10 service. Also rip you off with the money so Jeevan never explained to me that £150 is private and £70 is NHS filling so don't trust blindly and read the documents. Ask questions please. Dr BS Patel have lots of attitude problems and definitely no customers service standards at all!!!!!!!!!!! Also they wrote something on my records because when reach the reception to confirm I was there. All the staff came out of their offices to look at me!!!!!!? I will take to GDC for everyone so we don't get ripped off!!!! I am not having some dental practice treating me like piece of rubbish!!!!!!! I will not put up with this behaviour and I am paying your wages so definitely not!!!!!!!!! When I asked to move my kids to Dr BS Patel he said no unless they are having big treatments. Not once anyone apologize to me!!!!!!!!!!!!! Please please do not trust or go there if you somewhere better dental practice.

They are a big liar. I cancelled my appointment which was on 30th December before going outside UK that is befor 15th December and they marked it in system as I did it few hours before. Now when I go their they say I have to do privately. First of all I am having sharp pain in my teeth so Dr. Rina had done treatment she took £200 for filling. But I am still getting pain. In December I did one review with other doctor just few weeks after my treatment and he said I might have to do root canal. Why Dr. Rina didn't do root canal and directly did cavity feeling . So on the same day I ask receptionist I will need appointment with Rina but not now I will take it when I will come back from holidays. I cancelled my 30th December appointed offront. They are lying to me saying I cancelled on the 30th I was not in UK and I promise to my God I haven't cancelled my appointment on the same day of treatment. I am still getting very sharp pain. They have done wrong treatment on my teeth but now asking me to do privately.

I recently visited Fosse Dental Care for a routine checkup and cleaning, and I was extremely impressed with the level of care and professionalism provided by the staff. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted warmly and made to feel comfortable. The dentist, Rina, who cleaned my teeth was very thorough and took the time to answer all of my questions. I also appreciated that she was gentle yet effective in her approach, which made for a painless experience. Rina also conducted my check up and was excellent. She was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything she was doing and why it was important. I felt like I was in good hands throughout the entire visit. Overall, I highly recommend Fosse Dental Care to anyone in need of dental care. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and professional, and the facilities are clean and modern. I will definitely be returning for all of my future dental needs!

Where do I start?!?! As an extremely anxious person who was quite frankly petrified of going to the dentist, it was going to be the hardest thing for me to find somewhere I felt comfortable just getting through the door. I always put off any kind of dental work as that fear always got the better of me. When an old filling was lost resulting in a chipped tooth , I had to go somewhere. Fosse Dental Care was recommended to me by another’s fellow dentist anxious friend. I took the plunge and booked a consultation appointment. As soon as I walked in I instantly felt at ease, the practice is lovely and every single member of staff I came across was amazing. Dr Patel who would be doing my teeth instantly made all those fears go away. Dr Patel and the whole team totally changed my outlook and the way I felt about going to the dentist! I couldn't be happier and am so grateful To Fosse Dental Care.

I am an extremely nervous & anxious dental patient due to health conditions & past experiences at dentist. Registered with Fosse after seeing reviews and recommendations. Got my first appointment for next day which was a godsend. Saw Saja (dentist) & Bec (dental nurse) on Friday 27th October who were the best team I've dealt with. They were really sympathetic and caring and helped put my anxiousness at ease. They worked really well together. Really appreciated their professionalism and caring nature. They are a credit to the dental industry. Highly recommended Fosse Dental Check up performed and treatment plan set up. Had moulds done which for first time in my life (I've had several moulds in past resulting in breathing & gagging difficulties) it wasn't torture and went smoothly with no problems. Next appointment booked for continuing treatment. I couldn't be happier. Thanks

Been attending regularly for a few years, bring the children here too. Dr Patel is helpful, and it’s great to have continuity to see the same dentist each time. Car park behind the building, and usually no issue finding a spot. Knocked off 1 star purely because appointments sometimes feel rushed, especially with the kids. I think it’s important to take a bit more time and have a gentler approach, so they can have a positive experience. It would be good to maybe have some books about going to the dentist, few toys in the waiting area (post-covid, hospitals have gone back to having toys so okay at the dentist?). Overall I would recommend this practice.

Ravi is an amazing dentist. He’s super kind and friendly! My mum is an elderly woman who suffers from anxiety and depression and speaks very little English and somewhat scared of going to the dentist. Ravi was so understanding of her needs and dealt with her in such a gentle, compassionate manner. He made her feel so comfortable and relaxed that she didn’t even realise that he had finished. Ravi is such a friendly and caring dentist that he went out of his way to talk to my mum and help her understand what she needs to do to look after her teeth better. A top bloke!!! 100% recommend this dentist because of him.

I have been a patient here for over 17 yrs and have always been very happy with my dental treatment. The reception staff are always polite and are able to deal with any queries I may have and it’s always service with a smile! My usual dentist is Dr B Patel and he has always managed to put me at ease as I’m a very nervous patient! His chair side manner is polite, professional and friendly and he will always talk me through my treatment and what to expect. The practice is very clean and recently they have redecorated and fitted out the waiting areas which look great this adding to the whole experience!

I registered with fosse dental care last year after not having seen a dentist for a few years, I had developed some issues which were swiftly addressed and treated over several appointments at the practice. I have to say I have been very pleased with the level of care, as someone who can be quite anxious about dental treatment I was made to feel comfortable. Staff are friendly and welcoming and everybody made sure that my needs were met. Breejesh is top tier and does a great job! I’m very happy with the treatments I’ve had. I hadn't been to the dentists for years due to a bad experience elsewhere when I had a tooth extraction. However Dr Rina was very understanding and compassionate and understood my worries. She kept me at ease the whole time and did a filling on my wisdom tooth which had been causing me pain. I had been putting it off for months due to fear of going to a dentist but Dr Rina was very kind and professional and since then I have taken my son there and she will be our new family dentist. I have been a patient at Fosse dental care for nearly 20 years. Prior to coming here I had terrible experiences which left me terrified of going to the dentist. Dr Patel put me at ease on that first visit and saw me through some pretty intensive work. Since that first lot of work I have needed nothing else done so he’s obviously doing something right! Visited the dental practice with my sister as we were both due a check up and I required X-rays prior to wisdom tooth extraction. I needed a last minute emergency appointment due to a cracked front tooth and walked in when they opened and managed to get an appointment within 30 minutes with my usual dentist, Dr Patel! The receptionists were welcoming and put me at ease immediately and I was given a full check up as well as getting my tooth fixed easily and even better is that it looks great! I had a very pleasant experience visiting the dental practice. Dr Popat was very welcoming. She was professional and explained everything fully. My examination scale and polish was conducted with care and consideration. Dr Popat answered the questions that I had and I appreciated her advice and expertise. She was very efficient and I was extremely happy with my treatment.

A clean place with Covid prevention, masks are needed, still social distancing, which are for everyone’s safety and benefits, I’m glad to see. Staff is always helpful and polite, my lady dentist is very nice, friendly and gives good advises. Free parking at the back, which is not many spaces, so street parking nearby if needed. Provide both NHS and private treatments.

My dentist is called Jeevan and the nurse is Charlie, I want to say home much they made my mum Jodine feel relaxed as she hasn’t been dentist for a few years, Jeevan was so patient with her and so understanding, both her and Charlie are great, my mum suffers from panic attacks and they made her feel like they didn’t judge but supported her, thanks so much to you all.

Excellent Dentists! Dr Kagzi and her nurse were very professional and very friendly. They explained everything to me and were very reassuring. My 5 year old was a little bit nervous about his appointment, but they were so lovely with him, he's looking forward to coming back! I've recommended Fosse Dental to all my friends and colleagues and will continue to do so.

My experience was very positive. Handed in the new patient form and within 10 minutes I was in the dentists chair having a check-up. An appointment was made for the next day to address the issue. 24 hours after the diagnosis the work was complete. Very friendly and efficient. Special mention to Becky and Leanna on reception who were incredibly helpful.

Dr Rina Popat was amazing! I had an infection in the nerve which she removed soo effortlessly and painlessly. A root canel treatment was done afterwards with a compostie filling on top. Dr Patel and his team were amazing in helping my mum who had acute issues with her teeth. They were informative and swift in putting a long term plan together. They were extremely sensitive due to her age and medical issues and took her needs into account. She was so happy with her new dentures!
