Honestly , I don’t know what else to say apart from what an absolutely fantastic practice and that’s not giving enough credit ! The past few weeks since having a partial root canal ( done at another practice ) I’ve been slowly becoming more and more upset with the pain to where today it came to a point I couldn’t take it anymore. After scrolling the internet for Sunday appointments which I honestly didn’t think I was going to get , I came across the dental wellness centre and I’m so glad I did. From online messaging to having a quick chat on the phone with a lovely understanding receptionist- Aneesa ( hope that’s right ) I was booked in with the hour ! On arrival I was greeted by the receptionist who I had spoken to on the phone and another lovely lady who ended up being in the room with me - Sumaiya, forms filled in , lovely clean atmosphere and great attitude. Finally I went in and was saw by Akram and Sumaiya and what a fantastic pair together. I ended up getting very upset due to a difficult decision to either have an extraction or try and save the tooth and felt absolutely no pressure to choose there and then as he kindly let me step out the room to compose myself and ring my husband for support. After coming back on the room and having another chat we finally decided on extraction and it was such a painless experience, I’ve never been numb completely before and never not felt the needle. It was over and done within minutes and had such a calming support while it was being extracted. I was extremely well looked after , plenty of tissues and with glucose water for abit of energy to get back home and gave all I was needed to manage at home. I cannot praise this practice enough for seeing me so quickly and being so kind and patient with me. I would 100% recommend here to anyone and will be back to look into implants after my holiday. Thankyou so so much for the bottom of my heart for getting me out of pain.

Thank you so much to Milan and Amal for looking after me through my treatment today. I am an extremely anxious patient and I am so very grateful. Milan is a skilled, talented, kind and caring Dentist. I had to go to this practice as I had cracked my tooth and was in intense pain. I found an easy booking site for urgent appointments. I was extremely suspicious as to how easy it was to book an appointment that I thought it was a scam. However, I booked and paid for the consultation (£49 which included assessment and xray). I was in that much pain I was happy to take the risk and be scammed. As I didn’t know the practice I thought it would be an old dive off some back street or a scammer had taken my money but I got there and it was absolutely amazing. It was beautiful and I felt like I had walked into a spa; the relaxing music, the design of the environment; drinks at hand and the wonderful friendliness of the whole team. It was spotlessly clean and just like an 5 star hotel spa environment. All it needed was a beautician and I would have felt I was in a relaxing spa. Milan gave me an xray and knew the tooth had to come out. I never felt a thing and he spoke to me in such a calm way; absolutely skilled at his job. Both him and his assistant were amazing. The combination of his technical skill, theoretical knowledge and empathy and kindness was fantastic. It took seconds for the tooth extraction and I could have kissed him (but in this day and age it is not appropriate).

My daughter had a fall at school and could see she might've hurt her tooth, I rang the clinic for advice and Amal was fantastic reassuring me, getting dentist opinion and getting us an appointment immediately for 15min after my phone call. Dr Ria Odedra was fantastic with my daughter that was quite sore but felt reassured so let her do what needed to be done. Myself and my partner felt so appreciative towards all the staff for taking us in so quickly and providing an excellent service, thank you so much! 7months months ago:My 3 year old and 1 year old had a family appointment with Dr. Shah & Karen and they were made to feel very safe and comfortable. My 3 year old was very entertained even getting to put on sunglasses when she had a light pointed to her mouth. Highly recommend, especially with children

I had a life changing experience regarding dentistry when I was 23 and with that things slowly started getting worse but I refused to go dentist and would suffer struggling to cope daily with tooth ache. Today near to my 40th I made a hard decision of putting myself in a vulnerable position and went to have a tooth checked due to sever toothache. I was told 2 really needed to come out I reluctantly agreed but sat there petrified.. It turns out this was the best decision I’ve made in years… I felt not one millisecond of pain the dr and nurse were …. Wait I don’t have words for how good they were.. I’m so grateful. And have now registered to start going more regularly. Dr Aleesa Nayar and Nurse Karen You have simply changed my life. Thank you… x

I took my daughter who was home from Uni to see an emergency dentist , we were absolutely blown away by the care given, they were simply A M A Z I N G ! firstly they provide a welcoming and relaxing atmosphere as soon as you step through the door , you feel at ease immediately and are greeted with care, compassion and a smile. The team who treated Millie were Dr Milan Chande and Sahina, and we cannot speak highly enough of them, they went above and beyond to make the whole experience a positive one, they explained everything, were caring, friendly and also professional. If I could give more than 5 star, I would! As someone with the dental background I feel that whole patient journey and treatment was simply beyond excellent. From the point we have entered the practice we have been greeted by a welcoming and helpful front of house team. We have been seen shortly by Dr Chande and Dental Nurse Sahina. They were very welcoming, friendly and reassuring. Dr Chande assessed the troublesome tooth and explained treatment in a good detail. Dr Chande and Sahina provided emergency treatment in a gentle and caring manner, thus alleviating my husband from the pain there and then. Overall experience was a super B!

After my normal dentist (nhs) couldn't extract my tooth after 45 minutes I was left with with a wobbly molar and in a lot of pain. Found the dental wellness centre online through calling emerdency and got an appointmentthe next day. I've always had a phobia of the dentist but Dr Chande was lovely. Friendly and explained everything he was going to do. Nurse Ayesha was lovely too. Even though the tooth had to be drilled into three and the roots drilled out it was much better than my experience the day before. The best experience I've ever had at a dental practice. Left with an extracted tooth and my nightmare over. Highly recommend.

I had an appointment. Took a day off. When arriving I got told that there’s no appointment even though I had the card with time and date. A young lady had my spot. I was suppose to have a root canal done that day which is quite stressful for me. So I booked another one without taking a day off didn’t want to lose another holiday, at that time I was on nights. I genuinely overslept and rang up a day later and apologised. But sadly after the receptionist spoke to the dentist they wouldn’t give me another appointment without being private. And that in the middle of my treatment. Simply disgusting! And that was with the new owners!

Absolutely could not fault the emergency service for my partner. The practice itself is clean, modern, tastefully decorated with a very relaxed air about it. The staff were all extremely polite and caring and well presented. As for Malin, the dentist who treated him - he was exceptional. My partner was treated with the utmost respect by him even though the matter to be dealt with was small, it was a massive issue to the patient, which was dealt with swiftly. Everything, including cost was explained simply and without condescension- thank you. A truly great experience of customer service/ satisfaction. Would highly recommend.

After having a tooth shear off level with the gum line causing extreme pain, i called at 9 am, was given an appointment for 10am, was expecting a hospital referral to have the roots removed, However the dentist named Dr Mistry assured me he was able to do the job.. within minutes i had an xray, was numbed up, which was Fast acting! and he removed the roots , i felt no pain or discomfort at all, i was Very impressed with the work carried out. and Highly recommend this DR and the clinic as always is very well run, big shout out to his assistant Ayesha who did her job very well also. As a work experience student I got to meet majority of the staff and was very much welcomed with care and kindness by everyone around me from the very first day. As an unbiased figure, all dentist I had the opportunity to work with were very professional and reassuring of any procedure they were to do. I highly recommend them as they're genuinely very good at what they do but also good hearted people with the intent to provide the best treatment possible even for the those that had bad previous experiences and are most fearful of dentists!

Having had some horrible experiences at dental surgeries growing up, I have become quite fearful of the dentist and often dread even attending check up appointments. However, the staff at the Dental Wellness Centre are so kind and caring it makes a massive impact! From the staff at reception to the dentists and the dental assistants, everyone always answers my million questions with a smile on their faces! A special thanks to Dr Shah and Dr Thanki for my treatments recently, they are both so gifted in both their profession and people skills.

being French and not speaking English properly I was lucky enough to be welcomed into this just exceptional dental office. both the staff and the premises were all perfect, I was able to ask the questions I wanted. I learned a lot during my internship on a lot of things thank you very much. I was seen today by Milan and his nurse milli has being a very nervous patient and having a real bad gag reflex they both made me feel very calm and relaxed. it was my first time having a tooth removed as i normally have to be sent to the hospital to have them out . But he was very kind and kept me calm through the whole procedure and took his time as well and even stopped when I asked him to so I did not feel like I was going to be sick. I would highly recommend the surgery as the staff are all very kind and polite and really friendly.

I have been using this practice for 1 year now. I have experienced others in the past and truly there is no comparison! They genuinely care about your wellbeing and treatment. Not about making money out of you but ensuring you get the best value and the right treatment. Krishna and her team are so personable and nothing is too much trouble. Anu the hygienist is brilliant. After not seeing a dentist for 5+ years because of a bad experience & being absolutely petrified, I had to book an emergency appointment. The lovely girls on reception got me in on the same day. The communication between them and the dentist put me at ease and everything was explained in detail with plenty of options to keep me at ease. I went back the next day to have the tooth out and they were all amazing, so much so I would go back tomorrow for another appointment! Thank you all so much. Deserve more than 5 stars!!

After trying for 2 weeks to get an appointment with a dentist in Norfolk, I was so relieved to get this appointment all be it that I had a 200 mile round trip. However all the staff at the practice were amazing. By the time I got to see Dr Nayyar & Nurse Ayesha I was in quite a state with the pain. But they efficiently discovered the problem and carried out an extraction. They were so kind and caring. The reception staff were also made sure that myself and my husband were ok during our visit and before we left.

Had to take my mother for an urgent wisdom tooth extraction. My mother was very anxious about the appointment and any procedure, but Milan and his team were very patient with her and spent a lot of time trying to calm her down, the staff were very helpful and kind and always available to help. Milan is very professional, as he takes the time to explain what needs to be done and provides valuable advice , It's not easy to find a good dentist these days. I took Ben here this morning for extractions under sedation. He was petrified to say the least. Milan and the nurses were absolutely brilliant. They did a wonderful job and Ben was so relaxed. I can't thank them enough. There aren't enough words to explain how grateful I am that his teeth are out and his pain is gone. I was in pain for a while from my tooth that it gave me bad earache, I needed to get it taken out I managed to get an appointment straight the way! I was so nervous and scared but when Dr Mistry spoke through the procedures with me I felt a lot calmer. Dr Mistry and Karen, the nurse made me feel so comfortable while having my tooth taken out, can’t thank them enough! They even gave me more anaesthetic to ensure I couldn’t feel anything. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a dentist :)

I did my work experience at The Dental Wellness Centre, and thanks to them, I feel a lot more confident that I would love to do dentistry. From the first day, I felt welcome due to all of the staff being so friendly and welcoming. Everyone working there is incredibly skilled at their job and showed me different approaches to different situations. I would definitely recommend this practice for patients to go to, due to everyone's caring nature and will give the correct service needed. :)

This was my first time visiting this dental practice and I had one of the easiest times I’ve ever experienced. I walked in and was directed to the reception via the signs, gave my name and mentioned I got a text for my appointment, and was told to take a seat. I was then called around 5 minutes later to be seen by a dentist there called Milan. He kept a calm and reassuring tone throughout my treatment and wished me a good day with a smile when it was finished. 10/10 Experience

I’m an American visiting my daughter in Leicester. I was experiencing severe pain due to an infection under an old root canal. The Dental Wellness Centre was able to get me in for an appointment the very day I asked. Everyone there was extremely kind and knowledgeable. Dr. Mistry was wonderful, talking me through the problem and possible solutions. I was worried as a visitor in the UK that I wouldn’t be able to get affordable dental care, but DWC was quick, affordable and effective.

I came along today to have work done on my teeth. I suffer very badly with anxiety but with Dhroov and Natalie I could not have been in better hands. He told me every step of the way what he was doing and going to do as well as asking if I am ok. I felt so comfortable and trust me when I say my anxiety is at a certain high point it takes me a lot to feel comfortable especially in a dentist chair. I can not thank the team enough at The Dental Wellness Centre Aylestone rd thank you.

Dr Milan chande made me feel at ease from the first appointment I had with him, I explained how I'd had a bad experience with a previous dentist which led to me not visiting the dentist for a number of years, he thoroughly explained all of what was required in terms of my treatment and had put me at ease with my phobia of needles, thank you for making my smile perfect and helping bring me back to being able to see a dentist without fear. Also they have a nice coffee machine

My mother needed urgent dental treatment completed and after hearing great feedback regarding the Dental Wellness Centre decided to use their services. My mother and I were really impressed with the caring and professional service that we received from the doctors and dental staff. The practice was very clean and a lovely environment. Came here for a check up Nothing was wrong with my teeth but always good to make sure as I’m no dentist Parking was near by for 1 hour for free The dentist was clean as you would expect Lady’s behind the counter are friendly and welcoming Dentist knew his stuff and even gave me some glasses so I didn’t get blinded by the light they shine into your mouth Dentist had great knowledge Will be seeing you in a year Also free hot drinks. Both myself and my partner use this practice. I am delighted at the service I have received. My partner recently had a full top denture, and they have really enhanced his life. They look like real teeth, he can eat anything, and they are far more comfortable than the NHS partial denture he had previously. Milan did a fabulous job and looked after him superbly. Have recommended to several friends, and will definitely continue to use this practice. Well done Milan and team.

As usual I was not relishing my visit to the dentists, for I knew that it was an appointment to have Molar extracted and having had quite number of large and lengthy operations to extract teeth over my 48 years. However Milan removed it is just under 25 min's, which is a record by some why for me, with no hard pulling, twisting etc. I just couldn't believe it - So I'd give him 10* if I could. He is smiley & positive which also aids giving you confidence greatly. Thank You

Today I had oral surgery to remove a piece of root left by another dentist. I am definitely happy to have found this dentist office originally booked there through an emergency site online no regrets joined them immediately after that visit. Dr Milan he is an absolute pleasure. Caring, kind, understanding of my fear, informative shows you what he is doing or done. His assistant today Madina was also very lovely. My wife went and had her tooth extracted today, she had a root canal done in Cyprus a few years ago when we were out there getting married, it’s never quite been right. Last night it broke and wasn’t fixable, she was in a bit of discomfort and couldn’t eat properly, we went to this lovely friendly practise and were treated by Dr Milan and his dental nurse Karen - it was really great, painless, comfortable experience and would recommend, considering come back for veneers!

Since Dr Milan and Dr Krishna took over, they have absolutely transformed the practice. It’s now a relaxing and pleasant environment and a totally up to date experience. Dr Milan deals with our family so well, being the first dentist to be able to carry out a check up my son (we was very nervous with others). As far as Dentist practices go, I’d be surprised if you can find much better than this, and hard to find a more friendly team … and I’ve just had a filling !

Really impressed with The Dental Wellness Centre! Easy to book in for an emergency appointment, everyone at the surgery was friendly and for a private service I found the price to be very reasonable. Extra points for being able to attend on a Sunday! I had really bad tooth pain and had to have a tooth removed. Milan and Madina were great, really efficient and made the whole process comfortable for me. I whole heartedly recommend The Dental Wellness Centre!

I visited the Dental Wellness Centre to see if my tooth could be saved by doing a root filling. Dr Mistry investigated the tooth and found that the decay was too deep to rescue my tooth. Unfortunately the tooth would have to come out! The extraction was done with great skill by Dr Mistry, ably assisted by Karen, the dental nurse! I didn’t feel a thing and every option was explained to me fully, all of the way through the treatment. Excellent work guys!

Had to get an emergency appointment last month because I was in great pain. I was seen the same day (a Sunday) and the dentist Akram was really friendly and helpful in giving me options on possible treatments. A month later I decided to have the tooth removed and while this could have been a horrible experience I was treated kindly and Akram was so patient. I'm so happy with the treatment I received I'm going to join the dental plan. Thanks guys

It was my son's first visit to Dental Wellness Centre, we really liked it, doctor Azhar Rashid is a wonderful specialist in his field, it is easy and pleasant to communicate with him, my son rated the visit at the highest level. The doctor's assistant is a very pleasant and positive person, the girls at the reception greeted us very kindly with a smile. There would be more such wonderful clinics with good professionals. I was referred to The Dental Wellness Centre by a friend and can understand why. The dental practice welcomed me with a jocund and professional attitude from arrival to appointment and departure. Noticeably, Dr Aleesa and her colleague, Aysha were very helpful in my dental journey as they were patient and assuring, yet efficient throughout the appointment. I have recently completed some treatment for a crown I am very happy with the care service and experience the dentist Dhroov is extremely professional and very knowledgeable he explained the whole procedure and what to expect and how things have changed since I last had the same procedure I really can't praise him enough both he and the dental nurse were so friendly and reassuring I would highly recommend dental wellness

I have been going to Dental Wellness Centre for 6months now I had 2 Root canals done crown fitting and hygiene appointment, the dental staff are very efficient and take extra care to deliver, and give good advice for care of teeth, I would recommend this surgery, you won’t be disappointed. I first came here for an emergency appointment, since then, I am happen to go to the dentist.

I came in at 7.40pm as an emergency appointment, and could not be happier. I was struggling to find any dental practice that had availability within 6 weeks, and this dental practice took me in last minute. I was seen by Dr Milan and nurse Sahina, who were both lovely. I was out of the clinic within 30 mins of coming in, tooth removed, and pain gone could not recommend enough.

I had been going to this dentist for the last 35 years when it was taken over by The Dental Wellness Centre. I have been twice since and I have to say I am really impressed by the staff, quality of care and the whole service. They have been fantastic with my children too, teaching them better brushing, talking to them about their teeth and not just talking to me. Really impressed.

I had a morbid fear of dentists but unfortunately following an extremely bad toothache had to be treated. After reading the reviews for The Dental Wellness Centre I took the plunge. My current treatment has taken 18 months and throughout Dr Shah and the staff have reassured me and kept my phobia at a minimum. I can definitely recommend this practice and the people who work there.

Visited Milan and the team at the Dental Wellness Centre as I had tripped and chipped my front tooth. Milan reassured me that he could fill/repair it and also colour match my tooth. It's 5 days since I had the work carried out and I am very happy with the outcome. Would highly recommend the Dental Wellness Centre and Milan, he gave me good advice and explained the procedure.

I attended this morning as an emergency via Emergdency, they were amazing, I walked in with a huge face and lips!! The reception team.were so caring as was the dentist I saw, she xrayed, gave me antibiotics and explained my options. I was a nervous wreck!! If the wellness centre was near where I live I wouldnt hesitate to register with them and become a patient. ☺️

Firstly I’m a very nervous person when it comes to seeing a dentist. I had an emergency appointment with dr Aleesa and this has to be the best experience so far, she has made me feel so at ease with my nerves which as helped me with my treatment. I couldn’t have asked for anyone better to care for me if I’m honest. I will be definitely staying with this practice.

Had 2 teeth removed 2 days ago having been in agony for three months and too scared to go to a dentist,my sister made the appointment and bullied me to go. The treatment I received was absolutely brilliant, both teeth out with no pain and no fuss.the dentist was kind ,comforting and I couldn't ask for a better service. Would very much recommend Dr Rashid. He is a friendly and professional dentist, and great with my daughter, asking how she was when I visited without her. I believe he is newly qualified but you wouldn’t know it. A pleasure to have him as a dentist. The dental nurse and reception staff are also very friendly and welcoming. All round a great experience .

Attended today for an emergency appointment due to a badly infected tooth, this resulted in 2 extractions, I was very impressed by the courtesy and kindness shown to me by Dr Mistry and Ayesha, and the extractions were painless following the local anaesthetic, thank you both for making this a positive experience. Dr Ria is an absolute angel. She was friendly, reassuring, delicate and caring. Shout out to nurse Mili and nurse Karen, both helped me dealing with pain and nerves. Had to pop in on an emergency appointment and was pleasantly surprised with the amount of care and dedication put into the practise. Ive been in customer service for over 10 years and i know what good service is. You feel taken care of by every member of staff no matter what your situation is. Going to recommend it to everyone!!

I highly recommend using The Dental Wellness Centre, I was in agony with toothache and managed to get a same day emergency appointment. I received very good service, and I had my tooth removed straight away. The staff are very friendly and polite, best dentist iv ever been to and i will 100% be returning in the future.

I have been having regular dental care with Dr Mistry and recently to have a tooth removed. I received excellent care from both Dr Mistry and his assistant Sahina. I have received careful compassionate treatment each time I have visited. I recommend tis Dental practice if you are in need of Dental treatment.

Thanks to Dr Mistry and Ayesha! Had good experience at the centre... visited with dental emergency and was very nervous as hadn't been to the dentist for a long time. All staff very lovely. Didn't even feel the anaesthetic needle! Feel at ease about going next time and have booked in already for a check up.

I completed a week of work experience at this practice. All the staff were welcoming, extremely talented and friendly. They approach different situations in the best manner possible. Patients who are anxious, young or even have language barriers should be assured that they will be well looked after :)

Son had accident on a Friday evening resulting in significant distress. They arranged an appointment for the Sunday and another two days later with no fuss at all. Treatment was immediate with programme of follow-up which quickly reduced the anxiety. Thank you for for being so caring and responsive.

Very friendly staff when treating and accept any yr 11's looking to for work experience which is rare especially on the dental/ medical practice. They helped me understand the world of dentistry when I was there as they answer questions and explain things in detail. Love the staff there.

Great place to use if you have an emergency with your teeth, quick and easy to use the site and book appointments. Staff are accommodating to special requirements third time I've used the practice and will no doubt use again dentist Krishna and the nurse Madina were great …

Came in initally with a potential wisdom tooth issue. Milan was really good explaining the procedures and any questions. Came back in a few weeks for the removal and everything went smoothly thanks to Milan and the rest of the staff. Would definitely recommend.
