I had massive anxiety when first starting my gym journey. Wozza and foundry gym were absolute pillars for me. The atmosphere, the amazing people and everything about this gym is just perfect honestly. It really allowed me to see I was never being judged, people were so helpful to me, they would give praise, kind words and advice. If I wanted to be alone I could come in at obscene hours and nobody would be here and I could blast music and workout. Wozza always is there for any of your needs, he goes so far above and beyond for his members. I honestly cannot speak highly enough of this gym. Now everytime I step foot into this gym which is daily, I feel like I'm with family, at my second home and that is solely because of wozza. The best gym in the south east. I've been a happy member since 2016. The owner is a top bloke and he is always making improvements to the gym. Open 24 hours, and never gets crowded. Membership prices are cheap af. Even has a sound system with ad free spotify for any member to choose their music to play. Endless amounts of free weights and high class hammer strength machines! Amazing gym in Hallam! They have all the equipment you need to achieve anything you want. The staff are very friendly and the people are very friendly too. Everyone always gets along with each other and helps one another whether its with spotting, getting the right technique or with general advice. Highly recommend this gym and the price no one else will beat! Its also 24/7 so you can come what ever time suits you best! Easily 10/10!

Old school set up. Pictures of the greats on the walls, Stallone, Arnold, Van Dam, The Rock, IFBB pros. Put pumping iron on the screens for the lads on arrival. Cheap apparel. Hoody is comfortable as all hell. Drink fountain actually works and vending machine for shakes and powerade. Plenty of machines, dumbbells and mirrors if you need them.

Love it. Can't fault it. For the price, and the people that go there.... pound for pound, it's the best gym around. First gym in ages that costs less than $40 a month on a no-contract membership. Yearly ones are also cheap-as. But you don't come to this gym for the price, you come for the d*ckhead-free environment

Even tho I have my own setup at home being exclusive and no casuals with the machines power racks weights and floor space this gym has just that. Wazza has done the hard yards to set this up bodybuilding oldskool style and I love it thankyou.
