Nice Gym, I love that it is 24 hours and that they have mostly strength, training, equipment, weights, and weight machines although they could use some more and maybe expand to make the place bigger because the place is super crowded all the time and every time I go there no matter if it’s early or late it’s hard to find machines or equipment that I could use. It is packed seriously and finding a parking spot is a pain so hopefully they will expand or build a new location also the music is extremely loud way too loud and I don’t know why it’s so loud because everyone has their headphones on. The Wi-Fi is terrible. When I asked for help. No one seems to know what to do and didn’t really care just told me sorry I don’t know. You also don’t get cell service in there because the building is metal, so good luck listening to your own Misyuk you’re stuck listening to the blasting music lol.

I recently joined this gym because I live close by and I had also hired a personal trainer based off the websites list of recommended personal trainers. Needless to say the personal trainer thing didn't work out for reasons that were not my fault. I wanted to cancel the gym membership. I called twice and was asked to email the email address that is listed on the website with my name and key fob number. I called 3 days later when I didn't receive a response. I was told that they have a lot of emails to go through. Not sure why I still, as of today have not received a response. I ended up cancelling my debit card they on file just so I wouldn't be charged. Smh. I gave this gym 2 stars for lack of communication and professionalism. Their establishment has nice equipment but that's about it. In the end, I was extremely disappointed in this gym.

Been coming here a while now. Over the years with all the new housing development it's drawn a much larger crowd. All they really did to counter this, was put a few machines outside. The let down is you can't use em when they got the back locked up. Place does not stay as clean as it used to in the beginning. They really need to focus on maintenance of some the equipment as well (greasing, refinish seats). The tripod wanna be influencers are getting out of hand as well. With how many people there are now it's hard to even walk to a new machine without tripping over someone camera tripod. Overall it's not bad considering not much compares to it in the area. This is a 30 dollar gym max, not 45ish like they charge to.

I am coming from Hidden Gym in Allen, so my first priority in selecting a gym was equipment variety. The second priority was culture. Fox Fitness has an EXCELLENT equipment selection. They have everything and more. The floor space is a bit cramped though and gym always feels more crowded than it is. I love an empty gym but haven’t yet figured out Fox’s least busy hours. They have towels if you ask, which is super nice. *** The music is horrendously loud. It is awful and distracting, even with my own headphones in. The Wifi never works, so download your music ahead of time or deal with their nightclub music. *** I enjoy this gym so far and hope they can figure out a better balance with the music!

Fox Fitness is a dream come true for me. I started going 6 or 7 months ago, and I've loved every day I got to pump iron at this gym. Equipment is great and high quality, nothing is ever out of order or broken, and the atmosphere is just amazing. Hands down the best part of this gym. Everyone's serious and hardworking (and super friendly), and most respect their gym enough to put weights back and wipe down after using whatever they used. I couldn't picture myself enjoying another gym in this area like I have Fox. Keep up the great work guys!!!

This is a good gym with a good variety of equipment so you are able to change routines quite a bit. The staff is good but the reason I rated this four stars instead of five is because of the music. It is set WAY too loud. It is so loud that you cant even hear the music in your own headphones and on top of that, it is typically the worst music you could possibly hear. I like the gym, but the experience would be much better with the music under control. I know quite a few people that have left this gym because of it.

Absolutely love this gym. The equipment is effective and there's so much to do to get a great efficient workout in. They don't have supervised children care but they do have an enclosed fully glassed in area for kiddos to hang out in. There's a locker room with showers. They have an outdoor workout area equipped with sleds, tires, battle ropes, weights and some machines. They have crossfit style equipment, free weights, various cardio equipment and a large variety of workout equipment including deadlift platforms.

Fox Fitness has been my home gym for a year now and I have LOVED going to Fox. I am moving out of Ft. Worth however, so I will no longer be attending, but I cannot recommend this gym enough! I’m VERYYY picky with gyms and it took my a while to find one I loved. The large variety of equipment and 24/7 access was a major plus for me. The staff are very kind and the gym is very clean, and I will be sad to go.. but I will always stop by when I’m back in the area. Highly recommend!!!

Just moved over here from Rockwall and was struggling to find a gym with the equipment selection/vibe of my gym home for the past several years, until I found fox! Every interaction with staff has been so friendly and helpful, the place is nice and clean, and has a great variety of arsenal strength equipment. I mainly train functional fitness mixed with standard bodybuilding training, and the crosstraining section is GREAT for all of the former.

Can’t say enough about this gym.... this is the cleanest gym I’ve ever been to.. Greg, the owner cleans and straightens up every morning.. There is a variety of equipment along with every cable attachment you can think of and a rig for the CrossFit folks. Ive been using their private training services since October, with Thomas. He is very knowledgeable and always able to find a way to accommodate my injuries.

Cool gym. Not a fitness or family place so don’t expect a Fitness fam facility atmosphere. Gotta get past the ten or so alpha juiced meatheads that think they own the place and just ignore em in their rage phase. Pros- cool and friendly staff (for most part) Clean and good equipment 24 hours open and very secure Cons- working WiFi is rare Not a large facility. more & more packed more of the time.

For the longest time I wanted to join this gym but was so intimidated for whatever reason without ever going in. I decided to just do it and it has been the best decision I’ve ever made for myself. The staff are so kind and the members are so helpful and motivating. I also train with one of their personal trainers Candace! She has changed my life! Highly recommend this gym and their trainers!

In terms of equipment and atmosphere, this gym has it all. I commute half an hour to this gym because it is that good. The people and staff are extremely friendly and the parking lot is never too busy. They most of the newest arsenal strength equipment, along with many unique cable attachments. Would highly recommend to anybody in the area.

Great gym. Equipment includes a good variety of machines (strength training, treadmills, stair climbers, etc) and free weights. Outdoor workout area in the back when the weather permits. Only complaint is the music at night (headphones are a must unless you wanna listen to autotune rap nonstop. It's a gym not a nightclub folks.

This is one of the warehouse gyms that everyone in DFW should visit. Clean, working equipment, good environment, very friendly staff, and seems to attract a very friendly range of customers. I’ve been here for four years now, and this is my proud home gym, and one of the more inviting and motivating gyms I have been to.

Really nice gym with good energy and kept up equipment. The outdoor area is also nice, and so far, it's my favorite part of the gym. My only thing would be the restrooms, they're nice but need a little love. But all in all I drive out here on the weekends to go here, it has great gym energy/atmosphere.

Was in the gym today, C2 rower had a loose foot pad/rest. Told Lane at the desk about it, he got some tools and had it straightened out in less than 10 mins. Great job! Getting it fixed right away prevented it getting additional damage from being loose. Appreciate his work.

Instantly got a membership after the first day I checked this place out. The atmosphere and equipment are what I like most about Fox. I usually get nervous trying new gyms out but I felt more than comfortable here. I’m also lovin the 24 hour access!! 100% recommend

I joined the gym back in 2017 when it first opened! I love how any broken equipment is repaired within 24-48 hours. It’s also family owned! I appreciate the diversity of equipment and I enjoy the outdoor space!

It has everything you need, its close to residential areas and has a great patio area with plenty of equipment! As long as you avoid peak hours, its always comfortable and fairly empty. Definitely recommend!

Great gym, good equipment. Only down fall is it's crowded with high school kids taking selfies and taking up equipment while texting for 20 minutes.
