This rating isn't based on the management or staff. You did remodeling during the holidays. Actually it was supposed to take a couple weeks it was much much longer. I went to workout at this location for the first time in months and the leg press machine in the 30 min workout section was just destroyed and that same machine was broke down throughout 2022. There ISN'T ANY NEW EQUIPMENT in the 30 minute workout section WHY? The owners of this location NEED TO REPLACE THE OLD BROKE DOWN EQUIPMENT!! DON'T REPAIR IT BECAUSE IT BREAKS DOWN AGAIN REPLACE IT!!! WE PAY FOR A SERVICE YOU NEED TO MAKE SURE THE MANAGEMENT& STAFF HAVE WHAT THEY NEED FOR THEIR CLIENTS & THEY SHOULD NOT HAVE TO CONTINUE ANSWERING QUESTIONS ABOUT RAGGEDY EQUIPMENT!!! This location is predominantly Mexican and it looks suspect having bad equipment in there when the Saginaw & Haltom City locations. As business owners we have keep things on point for our clients & staff.

One of the things I love most about Planet Fitness is the variety of equipment they have. There are cardio machines, strength machines, and free weights for everyone to use. I also appreciate that they have a dedicated area for stretching and yoga. I recently took a year off from working out due to a personal issue. When I came back to Planet Fitness, I was a little nervous about how I would feel. However, I was immediately welcomed back by the staff and other members. I have been able to get back into my workout routine thanks to the supportive environment at Planet Fitness. If you're looking for a gym that is affordable, welcoming, and has a variety of equipment, I highly recommend Planet Fitness. I've always felt comfortable and supported at Planet Fitness, and I know you will too.

I took my teenage and a guess to workout yesterday nite, I'm a black card member since 4yrs ago, well the front desk man treated us very rude and disrespectful.. probably because they had no membership, or because we r Latin, he told me to fill out a guess pass instead of a student pass for my son, and then he got mad about it and told me he didn't suppose to fill that one up, then he had an attitude with my invite too, and put his headphones not to hear us... it was a very sad situation even tho they charge me every month, and talk about no judgment... He was not help at all and ruined our motivation for the night I wish I can talk to a manager about it or report him some where else

Bad customer service…. Went there to take our daughter to try it out, but some guy that looks like a parrot, I think his name is Oscar, told me land my wife that she cannot go In. So I told my wife to take her as a guest but then Oscar said that my wife couldn’t because she ls not the account holder. I don’t understand because my wife is the one with the account… he had an attitude like if he didn’t want to be there or like if he had a bad day. We will cancel our membership for that reason. We’ve never had a problem anywhere else… Oscar needs to have a better attitude… Will be contacting corporate office first thing in the morning.

I like this place, because it's so close to my home and it's one 24hrs. I have been going for almost a year. I have the black card so I can use any location and take a friend. I still tan there, although its winter! Sadly tho, they almost lost me as a customer just because I didn't have my routing number to my bank account for automatic draft...I was frustrated and went home to find a bill then go back to finish signing up. I only had my Bank Debit Card on me, so 8f your going to do automatic draft, PLEASE HAVE YOUR ROUTING NUMBER AVAILABLE. on my bank phone app it's not on there.

Seems like a great place but when I applied I finished all 3 interviews and was supposed to recieve a call whether or not I got the job and that never happened. When I went up there the manager lied and said they called (I recieved no call or email) an hadn't hired anyone yet which I believe to be a lie cause the girl right in front of me was obviously brand new and wasn't quite used to being there yet. The regional manager was a very nice man when I spoke to him and I suspect something amiss. Would love to give it another shot and leave a better review in the near future.

Very friendly atmosphere from the moment you walk in. Everyone working there is mindful of your presence and you never feel ignored. I'm a black card member, and there are 2 other family members that come here as well. I'm 58 years old, and have lost almost 40 lbs., working out almost everyday outside or at this gym, and never once have I felt embarrassed or treated like an old lady that doesn't belong there. It's always maintained clean and machines look to be kept in calibration. Honestly, the only thing I would prefer, is that it were in a better location.

I normally do not go to this extent with bad customer service but Last night (09/12/2022) upon entering the gym the girl who was at the front had a nasty attitude. My cousin who was with me did not have the app downloaded on her phone asked her to look up her number and the girl rolled her eyes and rudely asked for my cousins information. She made both of us feel uncomfortable and ignored us once we were leaving and we overheard her bad mouthing about a guest to another guest.. However we did notice she was friendly with the male guests who came in after us.

In all seriousness, I am giving a 5 star review because the family/co-ed bathroom was amazing, me and my personal trainer/my girl had made intensely rough love in it, after a vigorous workout. We turned on the shower to disbrust noise, the walls were thick, so when I held her against the wall pounding her, most no one could hear from the outside. We did make a bit of noise, luckily only one lady was paying attention on the nearest treadmill, she shook her head and smiled as we walked out, what a good sport and such a amazing community! True story..

It scares me to write this review because I really don't want this place to get crowded. I used to go to 24 hour fitness but it is just rundown and so dirty. Basically 24 hour fitness is living off a reputation it used to have many years ago. Planet fitness is always clean and I would say 95% of the members always wipe down the equipment when they are done. When I go into the restroom and I don't smell piss like 24 hour fitness, I feel relieved. If you are looking for a great place to just work out and not just to hang out, this is a perfect spot.

Although the monthly price is good . . . as the old saying goes "you get what you pay for." Tanning beds not working (at prime time) and they "think" the new ones will be ready the next day. On the bank of televisions, 5 have the same channel. Rules clearly stated you are not to be on your cell phone when on a machine. Lady was on for at least 10 minutes and staff were oblivious. Of course if staff (all 5) would get out from behind the counter they would know what is going on in the establishment. Two more months and I'm done with this place.

They asked for feedback and gave them honest feedback,GM for this location called me but i had no need to explain myself as it was on the feedback. No change has come from it,gym is messy,machines are always broken,lockers are filthy and never checked. employees tend to just walk around and pretend to do work. There a few that make the place seem worth while,but the majority just stand behind the counter on their phones,which is fine because the check in process is simple now,but atleast try to keep the gym clean.

Have been going to the gym for over 4 years, in the beginning there was some very unkind staff, but seems they have moved on.. I truly want to comment on Bianca (their trainer) is amazing!!! S he is inspirational for me as well as I know many others. The place is clean and cheerful. I have gone at different times and never have been disappointed. I feel a good team has developed within this gym, they seem to support each other and are happy. And this makes a great place to work out.

My experience is nothing short but of your awesome if you're looking for a local place that fits your style of fitness please come here and get your paper because this place is really great hygienic and safe with the covid practices of social distancing everybody gets along and still is able to shred great workout machines from A to Z and then some good showers good lockers good restrooms great staff great people 10 out of 10

The manager Daniel is the best he really made my day today! Thank you Daniel for your kindness. All the staff at this location have been pleasant, I noticed they have a training class around 1pm daily during the week it looks fun! They work hard at keeping it Clean here. If you need a gym no matter what size, race, age and gender you are this is Great location to join with lots of diversity and the support you need.

I have a complaint and it is that my daughter bought the most expensive rate to be able to take me and that we both do exercises together, in the same way we give each other massages and in this gym here in TX she does not allow it, she comes from a PR with the same plan and if they allow it, in FL this same plan if they allow it, but here in this gym in TX "NO" they are rascals, thieves, I do not recommend it

They have multiple machines that are either broke or on the verge of being broke at all times. Usally at 3am (depending on who is working) most of the paper towel dispensers are empty. The gym is dark out outdated compared to others in the DFW. But it is conveniently located, never all that busy and the staff is usally really nice and helpful. Locker rooms and showers are clean.

Some of the staff is friendly, and always greet me. There's one particular woman at the front that always frowns, rarely speaks, and wasn't very helpful the one time we spoke. If you're going to be front desk, smile. Be approachable. Not like you hate your life or your dog just died. I thought maybe it was just one day but everyday she's here, she makes me not wanna be here.

My only complaint is that I wish they had child care available. I love this gym and even though it's open 24 hrs. It would be more accessible if there were an option to bring your children (maybe a perk to add to the black card??). There are always plenty of machines to use and the staff are friendly and helpful. The locker room is always clean and restrooms are stocked.

I love this gym! Not only is it inexpensive the staff is great. The facility is always clean (restrooms and locker rooms included). The machines are always working (If they need repairs they are done in a timely manner) Never crowded (which allows for a smooth workout) I wish their was a basketball court or pool but for the cost ($20 a month) I'm EXTREMELY satisfied.

Black card members steer away!! This is the most unclean gym I have ever visited. There is a foul stench in the Womens locker room. Curtains hanging from a few rings. No air moving to help ventilate the locker room. Clump of hairs in the shower. Stall out of order. Workout areas are cramped. Keep in mind they are under construction, but where is the cleaning crew?!

Love this Planet Fitness location! I go there 5 days a week before work. It's never too crowded, and the staff, as well as the people who visit are always cordial. They have great acoustics as well. I have been to some Planet Fitness locations where the noise level is very high due to bad acoustics. This is not the case here. Highly recommended.

Updated review. Renewed at $99/yr. can't beat that deal. Gym is busier now, but definitely worth it at the current rate. Awesome deal. Girlfriend and I go for $20/mo 24/7. Never packed, and always get in and get out with our workouts. Massage chairs/beds are awesome too. No basketball court is a minus, but so far we are enjoying it.

The place is friendly and welcoming. Lots of good equipment. All of the staff is great and friendly. Shout out To Kyle who works overnight on the weekends. He has helped me on my journey to get back into shape. He is always giving people good advice and joking with everyone, making the work out experience great.

Nope. Crackheads are bad, and drugs I found in the restroom are bad. And floors and the machines always had dirty paper towels next to them wieghts missing and everything was always broken for 6 months plus and chairs are broken the hydro has a funny smell to it and other fitness have better cleanness to it

First let me start by saying the staff's customer service is always on point. They keep up with their cleanliness and if there's a problem with any of the equipment they dont take long to fix it. This is a perfect gym for people looking to start bettering themselves or people just trying to stay fit. A++

For less than what I paid to park in the parking garage at work for a month, I get a black card membership that allows me unlimited use of workout equipment, showers, red light therapy, Hydro massage beds, massage chairs, and tanning beds. This particular location always has the friendliest staff too!!

I'm 63 and haven't worked out since basic training in the army. I just completed my 2nd week of going to Planet Fitness. I love the way it is set up and easy to navigate and figured out a simple workout plan. I feel amazing already as well as sleeping better and much more energy.

I love this gym. It's the best gym I have ever been to. Including the planet fitness in haltom city. That gym just gives me weird vibes. I only went once. This gym gives me awesome vibes and I feel super comfortable! Love the hydrobed, after a 2 hour work out it is so relaxing!!

Love the fact of PF being 24 hours. I come here pretty late sometimes, there are few if any people working out. Never a shortage of the equipment I want to work out on. Personal trainer here is pretty busy but she makes sure to give the right amount of attention and direction

The only beef I had against this PF location was the older equipment but just last month they updated to all BRAND NEW equipment that is ssssuper clean and nice. Doug keeps this place SPOTLESS, and just makes your day brighter with his smile and friendly banter.

Black membership holder. Tanning rooms are always dirty. Location is ghetto. Ppl peel out in the parking lots. BUT I feel comfortable using the machines. They’re wiped down regularly and sanitized. I see the employees cleaning the machines all the time.

This is more of a complaint of the patrons and not the workers but THE GYMGOERS HERE ARE SO INCONSIDERATE. THEY DONT WIPE THEY LEAVE TRASH EVERYWHERE AND ALL OF THE FREEWEIGHTS ARE EITHER MISSING ALL AROUND THE GYM OR PLACED IN THE WRONG SPOTS!!

I love working out at this facility, the employees are friendly as well as the people, this gym always smells clean the janitor does a great job. I started working out about 2 years a go at this planet fitness and have lost a tone of weight :)

It gets one less star because every time I leave I'm dying from the workout. No judgement and plenty of machines to work with. The staff is always helpful and friendly. Kept really clean and nice. Has exactly what I need for a beginner.

Its my fav place to work out! Opened 24/7, I can go whenever I want. They also have a relaxing area with massage chairs & beds. And even tanning rooms! Plenty of workout machines, huge space so it never get really busy. I love it!!!

Clean, friendly, and wide variety of equipment for everyone. For 10 a month you can enjoy it all, 24/7. Pay an extra 12 a month and get extra benifits and I loved the massage chairs and the water bed massage after a long workout.

Monday threw Friday from 8 pm-10:30 pm it's busy you have to move around to try to use the machines you want. Saturday and Sunday nights are better ! I really wish the turned up the A/c , it gets hotter since it's packed .

I really like this location! The staff is great. And it's never too crowded, i like that i don't have to wait around for any machines EVER. I always get a great workout in at this Planet Fitness, never a bad experience!

This is a great place to workout. Staff very friendly and helpful!! The hydra-massage chair is awesome!!! Club is great in keeping clean and sanitized. Cleaning stations throughout the club make it easy to keep safe.

Great place, great price. I have a crazy schedule so the 24 hours aspect makes it perfect for me. I love the environment. The staff is always friendly. Definitely worth getting the black card.

Sucora or whatever her name is wouldn't let my daughter use the restroom so she p'ed on herself. If they won't let a 2 year old little girl use the restroom.. that's pretty sad.

The trainer Layton is super nice, and helpful!! No one judges, every time I go everyone is nice and helpful and greets me as I walk through the door. 10/10 recommend.

Nastiest planet fitness ive ever gone to. Stinks. Hot n musty. They didnt even have paper in the dispensers people dont even clean up after themselves never again.

I'm a older person and I feel comfortable going in and enjoying working out. The employees are very helpful. The equipment is clean and in working condition.

New to town and couldn't feel more comfortable in this gym. Kyle was a huge help!!!!!! and very friendly. Can't wait to get more advice and workouts in.
