DO NOT RENT FROM HERE…. There are plenty of other car rental places at the Jacksonville airport. Thought I was getting a car for $188 paid upfront and ended up being $256. It says it’s at the Jacksonville airport but you have to actually take a shuttle. Not a problem, the guys that work the shuttle were the best part of this car rental experience. The lady at the desk rushes you through a contract to sign. Pretty standard but it’s on a little pad that you can’t read with long lines waiting behind you so you’re just initialing through things. But we had asked her directly are there any other additional charges she said no just taking your credit card in case there’s damage to the car or you don’t fill it with gas. Since we are being rushed and could barely look at the contract I wanted to be sure to ask there was no additional charges. We returned our car clean, full with gas, and almost 2 hours early thinking we were doing them a favor. When we dropped the car off they did not tell us that will also be another additional $20 charge of returning it early. We would’ve gotten lunch nearby and came back. ENDS UP THERE ARE EXTRA LITTLE CHARGES plus $20 for bringing the car back a little early all came to an additional $68. Of course we called customer service seems like they get this call a lot and they did not care or at least offer the $20 back. Customer service was not very good and the bathrooms are completely disgusting but the shuttle service guys were great. That was my first time renting from Fox rental and will be my last just wanted to warn others.

Pros: easy pickup from airport, price was half of the airport locations, quick checkout process with a very friendly employee, very quick drop-off. Overall, it's pretty much exactly what I expected from a budget rental place. I had my deposit returned to me with no issue and I was not charged any additional fees. Cons: I pre-paid for an SUV, but when I arrived on 1/14, I was told that they had been *grossly* overbooked—they had 22 cars but 39(!!!) reservations for the day. I was told I could wait for an SUV that may never show up, or I could take the last car they had—a Toyota Corolla. Behind me were 3 other people waiting for a car, so I went ahead and [guiltily] took the last vehicle they had because I had to get on the road. I was not compensated for this downgrade. As other reviewers said, the car was older, the outside was pretty beat up (which, tbh, fine with me—less pressure), it was missing a floor mat on the passenger side and had an incorrectly sized floor mat on the driver's side (dangerous!), and it wasn't that clean. But I knew all of this going in, and we were taking it on a road trip in which we were camping, so that didn't necessarily bother me. However, it was pretty wild that they could be so completely unprepared to fulfill prepaid reservations and I am legitimately annoyed that they didn't give me a discount for taking a very clear downgrade in vehicle.

Staff at office very nice. First car - the rear mirror fell off before I left parking lot - very pleasant and quickly replace car. Five stars from Mat and the manager who had to fix the contract paperwork for second car. Get 2nd car to the hotel - delivered luggage to hotel - no issue. Go to get a few snacks at the store started back to hotel. Dash light lights up with issue with the trunk and make a very loud annoying alarm sound to notify me there’s a problem. Attempt several times to fix trunk -won’t open- alarm goes off about every 20 seconds for 10 seconds - very annoying, distracting and dangerous- I can’t hear the traffic around me. Roadside assistance said since it’s “drivable” I have to take it 40 miles back to the rental office. (The alarm screaming at me will be a pleasant trip back) Apparently not being able to hear my GPS to find my way around a city I’M VISITING, (and having to hunt/guess my way back to their office) isn’t a problem since “GPS isn’t a priority. People didn’t have that years ago” no but we had maps years ago and don’t have any of those anywhere. It’s YOUR car I’m paying to rent -it shouldn’t be on me to ensure I delay my plans so you can get me a third car less than 3 hours! Extremely frustrated and very disappointed in the lack of help I received tonight. This is NOT any type of customer service. I will not be using them again!

I have used Fox Car Rental for many years. Usually in Seattle this was the first time in Florida. The rate was reasonable and no mention of extra fees which are taxes and fees. I didn’t like the fact when I picked up the car they said you mark the dents greater than a quarter. I checked off what I saw and took photos. I didn’t check the windshield carefully. Upon returning they noted a chip in the windshield which turned out to be a previous repair. The car had no dents or stone chip hit the windshield. The made a big fuss hoping to intimidate me. They brought 3 witnesses. This is very unprofessional. In Seattle never underwent such scrutiny and I never saw a chip (and I am generally very careful). I called the office when I saw maintenance necessary and go to dealer. They said not necessary to do anything. It’s like they were trying to squeeze more money out of me. Not nice Fox. Next time you show me the defects before I take the vehicle and let me double check and mark any dents greater than a quarter they missed. All the defects should be shown to me ahead of time. Sad you have to stop to such nepherious actions. This is not how you treat a member of the Fox club. Previously I went out of my way to give you good reviews. By the way the car lacked performance-could barely get it to go 80 mph.

EDIT: Abigail that works the front desk is extremely friendly and helpful. What their phone and online customer service lacks Abigail makes up for. I told her about the scratch and she quickly looked it up and informed me it had happened previously because it was already reported before I rented the vehicle. That was a huge relief for me and was so easy for her to look up that I do not understand why no one else was able to give me that information prior to me driving all the way back there. Thank you Abigail! The customer service for this company is ridiculous. The car I rented was vandalized in a parking lot, I have spent all day trying to get ahold of someone to report it, and learn what to do moving forward. Called multiple numbers, chatted online with a rude agent that kept telling me to call roadside assistance and did not seem to understand that I was not in an ACCIDENT I was just trying to get them the police report info and my insurance info for the incident. I finally called the roadside assistance number he insisted I call and it is an answering machine! I have been stressed all day trying to abide by their policy of reporting things within 24 hours and they don't even have anyone to help! So disappointed

Reserve the Van for a week arrive to pick up the car and my vehicle class was not available, I was given a smaller vehicle with a promise call from the manager with a price adjustment..that never happen and i sent an email to the manager with no response as of today. I was told to purchase a sun pass if i was traveling to an area with tolls. (Which I did purchase)The toll fee is $15.99 a toll plus the toll fee, a month and a half later still no adjustment to my 2 class car downgrade buy I did received a $53 toll bill, after calling the number from my cc statement I was able to find out I need to send in Proof of the toll charges from my personal transponder, after I sent this proof I received an email saying that my toll times and date doesn't match theirs and that the charges will stand, I request for them to send me the billing statement so I can compare them and reach out ti the toll company myself but I haven't received any responses. I WILL BE DISPUTING THE RENTAL AND THE TOLLS WITH MY CREDIT CARD.. PLEASE RUNNNN AND RUN FAST!!!!‼️‼️

I cannot say enough positive about our experience with Fox Rent a Car in Jacksonville, FL. From the young man who checked us in to the on site Manager who walked us to our car and went over all the details of the SUV. First of all, very clean. Secondly, I needed to know about power plugs for my Iphone and he showed us all three different options. He did not act like he was pressed for time and we felt like we were his most important customer. Then to return the car was very easy also with them sharing all the details of our deposit refund. Not to mention the two different van drivers male/female were very helpful with our very heavy bags!! I use to think you had to go with the Big name car rentals but I will never go back again. I had even looked into the car version of AirBnB but Fox's prices were either equal or less from the individuals. We have traveled for many years as we are seniors and as of now, Fox all the way!! Thank you all in Jacksonville for making our trip so easy.

First of all I am fussy when it comes to renting a car or anything else for that matter! I wanted to give these folks at FOX RENTAL IN Jacksonville , FL a 5 + star rave review....the car was ready upon arrival, the car was clean , the car had a full tank of gas , easy getting the rental ( we had reserved it 3 weeks prior) , shuttle was easy and convenient from the airport , upon returning our vehicle is was so easy and fast ! the gal ( with the red hair ) deserves an A+ as well! after reading all the horrible reviews we were going to cancel BUT SO GLAD WE DIDNT !!!!! we will rent from FOX rental again in Jacksonville, FL they were very upfront with the cost and would be emailing us which they did :) NO problems , I am not affiliated with FOX rentals and do not know anyone that works there as I am from MN ! they deserve a 5 Star review ! thanks again

Many things went wrong with the rental. First the first car has 50k+ miles and an engine light turned on the first day so had to return the next day to get another 50k+ mile old car and this one makes squeaking sound when you make turns, I didn't need to drive long distance so i didn't return it. When i return the car, i found they changed the contract from 4 days to 2 days and charged me extra days. After a closer look, they actually charged me $190 despite that i already paid the reservation with priceline for $135. When email them (they don't have phone at the branch), they acknowledge the duplicated charge but said they cancelled the priceline and want me to get the refund from priceline. they lied again, priceline said the reservation was not cancelled. Its a total mess.

This was by far the worst car rental experience I have ever had. I booked a mid-sized SUV 2-3 weeks in advance, and I when I arrived I was told that they overbooked and didn't have what I reserved. I would expect that since my reservation got bumped because they 'overbooked' I would be given the next level up with no charge. But I was told that I would have to pay $25 more a day to get the next level up. The alternative was a bump day for free. So I took the bump down to a mini van. the van was in good shape on the exterior, but had major engine problems. It would continuously beep randomly and start randomly as we walked away from the car. It was the most bizarre experience. It really made our trip more difficult and stressful. I honestly will never rent again from FOX.

When I first receive the car Camilla at the front desk and the man in the back was very kind. If your looking to get in contact with them good luck. There’s no number to call which I think is crazy. They told me they would email my receipt never received it. Reach out to the company via their website contact to get a receipt. (Waiting for a reply.) After returning car I was charged without notice and I don’t even know what the charge is for ?! The cars definitely are what I expected standard wise I felt like the car I had needed an alignment. I can’t even really recommend them because their prices aren’t special. Definitely not renting through them again. Make sure read everything on they website!!

We waited a long time (almost an hour) to get our car when we 1st arrived. The 2 people in front of us got clean, freshly washed cars, they even said to them that it would be a few minutes because their car was still being cleaned. Our car was brought out quicker but was dirty. The glass was so dirty I had to stop at a gas station to wash the windows. The key fob trunk popper didn't work so we had to put our luggage in the back seat. Our car also only had a half a tank of fuel, the guy said oh, wow, just bring it back with a half tank. We were short on time when we dropped it off so I didn't say anything to them. The car also needed windshield wipers really bad. It was not a good experience.

We were super worried to rent a car since our last rental in Hawaii with a different company was horrible! Upon our arrival at Fox rent a car the lady working at the front desk had great customer service. We were the only people there so pickup was fast. You have to fill out a form for the cars current damage so make sure you are thorough. The car had many dents and wasnt the cleanest but got us around and was good enough for what we needed during our trip and the car was a good deal. Shuttle was fast and driver was friendly each time. We will most likely use this company next time we are in Jacksonville but will pay for a nicer car because you definitely get what you pay for.

My experience was amazing!! Ms. Shamyah was outstanding, she made me laugh and had a great sense of humor. She was very patient with me and she is very great at her job! Thank you Shamyah for amazing customer service and getting me a beautiful car! I love it! Ms. Stephanie the return agent was soooo wonderful, her customer service was amazing. We laughed because I still had the key in my purse lol I forgot it was a start up. Ms. Stephanie was very patient with as well and soooo kind to print out the receipt so could give it to my job. Thank you soooooooo much ladies, I hope I get the chance to see ya again next month.

Don’t do it. If I could give less than a 1, I would. I have never had an experience like this from a rental car company. The car I received was very dirty on the outside. The outside of the car was pretty beat up including dents, scratches, and scruffs. The inside had a bad smell. The seats were dirty. The console was full of scratches. The floorboard of the driver side had some sort of burn. I was horrified when this car was presented to me and had to take several pictures to protect myself. The car drove horribly. Fox obviously have poor fleet management services and they do not care about the service they provide.

The rental has to be held with a $300 deposit which they say will be returned once you return the vehicle on time and the tank full. We did exactly as we were instructed. They tried to claim there was smoke or ash in the car. We don't smoke. They're charging over the $300 deposit for supposed smoke or ash. I am in the process of disputing the charge. When I called fox to dispute with them they said they would look into the charge further but I'm doubting that anything can be done. The car smelled like smoke when we picked it up. I am going through my charge company to dispute the charge as well. Don't go here!!

On the way from the airport, in their shuttle, they informed me that even though I had a confirmation number, they didn't have any cars....when I get there, they offered me a mini van instead, and I said that would work....until I saw what they had found in their back lot. The van is beat up, smells terrible and is about 2k miles over due on maintenance, and now that I've been in it a week, it gets about 5MPG....if your tempted to go with them because of the price point (looking at you Defense Travel System), please just go with one of the normal companies in the industry, it's not worth the headache.

Prices are reasonable. Located about 7 mins away from SLC airport. Shuttle was waiting when we arrived that took us to the rental place. The driver was delightful. Jared, who helped us behind the counter, was very polite, quick, and gave excellent customer service. he gave us free upgrade and explained all the details of the contracts and offered different available add-ons. We returned a car next week at 5am. The place was already open and a shuttle was ready. Vehicle return process took less than a minute. Stress free experience! Thank you Jared and the team! Will definitely come back again!

NEVER use this company. They are the absolute worst car rental company I have ever done business with. I booked a prepaid reservation and my travel plans changed and I needed a car 1 day early. They would not allow me to change my reservation and forced me to cancel and book a new reservation. When i went to book a new reservation they did not have any vehicles available to rent and they refuse to refund me any charges and charged me the full rental price. This is absolutely absurd. They are thieves and would only offer me a credit as if I would ever use them in the future. STAY AWAY.

Staff is friendly but they don’t open early enough to turn in a car if you have an early flight at 6am or 7am. This means I have to drop the car off a day early and Uber back to my hotel that’s across town and then Uber again the next morning to the airport. There is no Dropbox to turn in the key. Also, some of the vehicles are poorly maintained. This is my second time renting from them and each time the car I receive needs air in the tire, alignment , wheel balance or just plain complete service all together. The car I have now has 50k miles on it and is falling apart.

Front desk associate Neil spoke to me in a very derogatory tone, lied and identified as a manager (corrected by his peer).. Stated that Florida (which is not true) Insurance does not cover windshield replacement, raised his voice in the middle of the lobby on front of many customers. No matter the case no customers should be handled in such manner I have lodged a formal complaint with the corporate office as ensured his professionalism will be addressed. Cars are older so deals are incredible, customer service is terrible.!!

First of all when I get there I had to wait 30 minutes before my turn, 2 girls working on the same register with a bunch of people they waiting. they didn't give me the car size I reserved they said they don't have any minivan at the lot when I was about to leave I look at the lot they have about 5 minivan seating I don't recommend this place to anybody this is my first time and last time the girl was doing my paperwork was having a bad attitude I give them one star because when I get the car back I didn't have no issue.

This is the worst place I have ever rented a car from. We got to Florida , Jacksonville at like 9:30pm…they wouldn’t pick us up even though we kept calling. When finally somebody said they would take us, they also mentioned that they were closed (it was 11pm by this time). Upon return…our flight leaves at 5, they don’t open till 6 and nobody in corporate answers the phone…so it’s either miss our flight to return this 1985 vehicle or park it next door. It is currently 3:38am and we have to get an Uber to the airport…sad

I wasn’t impressed. The staff wasn’t rude or anything, but when I got there, they informed me that I couldn’t have the vehicle without a credit card on file. I’ve been using debit cards for years; I haven’t got a credit card. I tried to tell them we’d just use my wife’s (who was present and happy to use her card) but the Fox rep declined. Ok, so my wife will just rent the car, no problem. Sorry, Fox says, we have no cars available. I’m going to call bullish!t on this whole thing and just not rent from here again.

Warning: 1. holding fee of 500 dollars was requested of me when I went to rent (I think it ranges between 300-500) 2. You need a major credit card to place the holding fee. Doesn't matter if your debit has VISA on it. 3. Staff doesn't care about your issues, move on. However, my main concern is with the company not the staff. Protect your group/boycott : don't recommend this company to military, we had to help assist service members to a Grey hound because they could not pick up their rental car here.

Terrible service had to call and rescues to be picked up from airport to be told their shuttle wasn’t running today. It was a Friday holiday weekend. Then difficulty returning car they were not open during their posted hours and was told we were responsible for our vehicle until they could find some one to open up and accept vehicle. We were supposed to be catching a plane. They informed us that wasn’t their problem. Travel all over the world never a poor a service as this. Lesson learned. Never again

DO NOT WAIST YOUR MONEY!! FOX DO BETTER! We reserved a rental for our parents visiting. This car smelt like someone was dead in the trunk. Long story short they tried telling us we smoked in the car. Nonsmokers here. The young girl was very uneducated about how to help. I even called customer service they said it wasn't a problem to switch it out. Needless to say this place has gross, dirty, bad engines, smokey and smelly! Do NoT Spend your money here! Hertz customer service at the airport rocks!

With all the negative reviews, I felt it was necessary to share my experience. I was greeted by a young lady who was very pleasant and prompt. I was in and out in less than 20mins and returning was the same. Yes, they do put a $500 hold on your credit card, but it was removed within 24hrs. The only thing I wasn't aware of, was you could only travel in FL, GA & AL. I'm sure it's in the small print, that I failed to read when reserving the vehicle. I will definitely rent from them again.

Had the car one day, returned it 7 hrs. early to be told i lost my 250.00 deposit because of the dog hair and little chawawah nail marks on the center council that a vacuum and turtle wax would fix. I could have taken it through a car wash ,vacuum it and waxed the interior for 30.00.if i had known the cleaning was not included in the rental.if you want to know why fox car rental is so cheap? It's because they make up the difference by stealing your 250.00 deposit .

It started off okay however when I needed to extend my rental NO ONE can be reached via phone! I prepaid for fuel yet wasn't credited back for any of it. I even brought the car back cleaner than when it was provided to me yet in the end what should have been additional charges of around $50 when the charge was processed through on my card was an extra $130! You can't reach people by phone for anything so I'm currently trying to resolve with my card company.

The rental process online was easy and fast. Picking up the car at the location was the total opposite though. Be prepared to wait whether picking up or dropping off. I did all of the paperwork and payment online, yet still waited a hour to get my rental. There was only one person working the front desk. She was very nice and doing all she could, but she definitely needed help. I rented a Toyota 4 Runner. It’s very clean and nice!

I dont like leaving a bad reviews to any company! But i got a charge for tolls when I never went anywhere that had tolls. I was very carful about that. I went thru the previous reviews to see if there were others with the same issue. And i did find some. So be careful with renting from this company. That was my main complaint. There are others but i will leave those alone you can read them thru others . People were nice.

Don’t let the low price fool you. If renting in Florida you can’t go outside of Georgia and Alabama. Also watch out for the extra charges after the rental is return. I’m disputing charges and I just dropped the car off….And didn’t have the car I reserved when I arrived…. Ended up with a minivan. Low Price… Very low service…. When questioned everything I was told there was no manager available… how convenient.

If your looking for fast friendly service and a reasonable price for a rental car, Fox might be the place for you. Just a short shuttle ride outside the airport, I got a well equipped Kia for less than $100 for the day. Everyone from desk to shuttle driver was awesome, and the girl that processed my return even found my charger and saved my butt!! Would have given it 5 stars if it wasn't a shuttle ride. :)

I recently rented a vehicle with Fox, and returned it without incident. The staff was nice, and no issues at all with the vehicle at all. Then received a $44 charge on my credit card. They are reversing the charge they said was made in error, but you need to watch your card after returning so to avoid similar "errors", if you rent from them. They had 5 stars, but the charge drops them to a 3 star review.

They charged us for prepaid gas when we specifically told them we did not want that option as we laughed at their 4.19/gallon when we buy at Costco for 3.99/gallon in SLC at that time. They charged us anyways. This is why I always take pictures of everything. If billing department doesn’t refund I’m contacting the news and looking to start a class action lawsuit, cause I’m sure I’m not the only one.

No late drop off location, off airport! No early drop off!! Almost missed my flight due to their 6:00 am drop off, the people were nice the system is a wreck! Never again only company with no 24hr drop off! No shuttle, can’t drop at airport! Horrible stress! No one said anything, except this happens all the time! Get it together! Foxes are supposed to be smart?? Hello? Hello? Anyone home?

Absolutely disgusted here. Reserved a car in August and when I arrived in October was told "Welp, we're out of cars. Good luck." If you would like to pay for a same-day car rental then save yourself the time and just fly by the seat of your pants. Also Southwest is irresponsible partnering with these clowns. Book your rental through a third party and avoid the mistake I made.

No where on their website does it state that you cannot take the car out of Florida and but when you get to the fox rental car it shows on the counter after you already made a reservation that you cant take the car out of Florida to another state what a complete waste of your money will NOT REFUND YOU AT ALL AND WHAT A JOKE OF CUSTOMER SERVICE WHEN YOU GET TO THEIR FACILITY

Absolutely DO NOT RECOMMEND. Booked our reservation a month in advance, and we (as well as others) were told there were no cars available. They somehow managed to “find” one when we stood our ground. The car was fine, not what we booked but we made it work. Same thing happened to others when we dropped off, no cars available. No after hours drop off, lots of extra fees.

AVOID this place! The prices look better than the others but by the time you drive away you will be way above the quoted price. If you make changes to your reservation the fee will become more like a fine. $13 per day to add an additional driver. My 568 quote was over 800 when I left and when I asked to cancel I was told I would not get a refund of my deposit.

I rented a car for 4 days in Florida. They did not discuss toll fees. They are not honest. I have dispute charges. I very disappointed that they are not up front and honest. They want to charge me 101.00 for processing my tolls. The tolls added up to 12.00. It’s a scam. I will never use them again. I will tell my friends and family as well.

I have sat at the location in Jacksonville and they didn't have the car then they tried to upsale me I didn't take it then I went to pay with the same card I booked with and they told me I had to use another card after I put money on my other credit card then they tell me i u can use the card I originally had. The best part was the shuttle to fox car rental. They did not have a vehicle that we requested. They were going to give us a sports car for more money. The people behind the counter were rude!! So make a long story short get a rental car at the airport. Never heard of Fox rental car thought I’d give them a try. Big mistake!!

Fox Jacksonville was a great place to rent a car for our stay in Atlantic Beach. The car was perfect for our needs, and the staff was helpful, professional, and friendly. It was a good experience for my wife and I and we will be using Fox again for future visits when we return to Jacksonville! They did us good!

Worst Company, PLEASE STAY AWAY.. THEY DONT HAVE CONTACT NUMBER NOR HELP IF CUSTOMER WANTS TO DROP THE VEHICLE AT 4AM WHEN THE FLIGHT IS AT 5 AM. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE TOO. Customer team don't even know where is Charlotte in which state its in USA and also where Jacksonville is.. Never go with this company

Before using Fox I was worried for the previous reviews! But now after use the service I can say I would use it again! The car was clean and comfortable, a really good customer service! I didn’t give the 5 starts since I had to wait almost 1 hour on line. PD: they ONLY receive credit card for the deposit

Reserved a car months in advance and called on day of rental to confirm and was told there is a car for us. When we reached airport at 10 pm and waited outside for shuttle bus, somebody came along and said there was no car, sorry. We were left to fend for ourselves. Will never rent from them again

Outstanding. I read all the reviews left by others and do not understand the negative reviews. For those looking, I'd recommend Fox. I took a chance and glad I did. The shuttle drivers were great. The people behind desk were great. I was charged exactly what I was expecting. Drop off was a breeze.

This was our first time renting with Fox and we’re very satisfied! Obtaining the vehicle was an easy process. Upon return, Destiny greeted us with a lovely smile and friendly attitude. Our return was very efficient and Destiny made sure to let us know when our receipt would be emailed to us!

Made a reservation for a van and the intended vehicle was not available upon arrival (needed a large van). Both front desk and management worked diligently to make things right for a win-win situation. We were able to rent another suitable vehicle at a lowered rate. Would use service again!

Absolute worst rental car experience I’ve ever had. I landed almost two hours ago and am still waiting for a car. At JAX. lol. Save your time and book elsewhere. Employees move at a glacial pace and are unbothered. No sense of urgency and complete lack of customer service skills.

1 person working the counter, she did all she could, but an egregiously poor business model. No concern for what customers feel or delay in getting their prepaid vehicles. Won't rent from them again, 3 stars for the good employee trying to juggle a bag of you know what.

This place is a joke. No after hours drop off, defeats the purpose of an airport rental car facility, especially those with an early morning flight. Customer service is laughable. The rental is a POS. Stay away, and go through a rental company inside JAX airport.

There’s a reason this company is cheap. Stood outside in the cold for over 20 minutes waiting for a shuttle, and when one finally arrived the driver informed all of us waiting that they only had one car available. I left and went to a different company.

Bad rental experience. A late fee was charged even though we were told that the drop off time could be changed. The employees seemingly did not know what they were doing. The business was all-around unprofessional. Rent your car from somewhere else

12/2023- The rental process online was easy and fast. Picking up the car at the location was the total opposite though. Be prepared to wait whether picking up or dropping off. I did the paperwork and payment online, yet still waited a hour

If I could give Fox a ZERO I’d find a way to give them -1. We rented a car for the week through Expedia X Fox and arrived in Jacksonville to a Fox shuttle bus driver who told us “sorry, we don’t have any cars whatsoever.” and sent us away

Never rent a car from this company! We had a horrible experience with this company. Their system was down for more than two hours We waited and they didn’t do clear explanation about when the problem would be solved. They ruined our day.

Francine and her crew were absolutely fantastic! Friendly and helpful. Pick up and drop off was quick and easy! Shuttle drivers to and from airport were very helpful also! Will definitely use them again for any car rental needs!!

I rented a car for 7 days. On the 5th day had a blowout on the tire. FOX rental didn't pay for the replacement tire. It cost me $165.00. I guess renting for a cheap price is not a good deal. Never renting again from FOX rental.

My daughter made a reservation for a car in October for a January trip. The Fox shuttle arrived at the airport and told her they had no cars left. And just left her there with no other explanation or advice.
