We organised a small birthday celebration for our friend who turned 46 yesterday. The staff member who served us was lovely and attentive during our brunch. They even sang the "Happy Birthday" song along with a nice & warm delicious brownies. It was absolutely impressive and the food was delicious. We will definitely recommend this place to our families and friends. It was pet friendly & even came with a dog menu. My only constructive criticism would be that, I would've love to have had music playing or even live bands if possible during our time there. Also, The big breakfast should definitely be added as part of your all day breakfast (like in most places). I kindly asked the Manager if this was possible as we weren't able to get our orders in time.This was because nobody had come to wait on our tables until we had to flag them over. So we literally just missed it by 10mins. The manager came back with a response of "Just get the kids meal breakfast and add what you would like on top". I wasn't impressed by this idea and neither did our waitress. This could've been handled in a different way. It actually turned me off from ordering breakfast which supposedly they're well known for in Social Media. I did end up choosing something completely different but nevertheless it turned out great. The Lamb Skewers were cooked to my liking. Well done ‍

The carpark is shared with a plant store, so you could wait a few minutes if its a busy period especially breakfast time or possibly even lunchtime. Best to book in early on the day.

They had an indoor play area at the back and even came with mini arcades which was a great way to entertain the kids. There was also a massive outdoor water pond/feature where you can feed the ducks.

We've been to another Frankie's location where we had a really nice experience - so our expectations were high. Made a reservation, only to have to wait in line anyways because they just seated whoever was next in line. They were out of pancakes, so we ordered sweet potato fries and date scones, a smoothie and a coffee. Sweet potato fries took about 15 mins to arrive, but they didn't bring us any cutlery for another 15 mins. Then we realised there was a potato fry within the sweet potatoes (see picture). They did offer to replace it, but we didn't feel like eating them anymore after seeing the mix-up. When we asked for water, they told us they're running low, but we were sitting right across the fridge where we could see full bottles, and other tables were getting a bottle as soon as they were seated. Date scones came another 20 mins later and I think it would be more appropriate just calling them scones, because there were barely two small pieces of dates inside. The smoothie came around the same time, which was the only nice tasting item. My husband's coffee just never arrived (we were there for just over an hour). When we went to pay we complained about everything and she gave us a 5% member discount which we already would have received since we are members. Didn't argue with them further as the line was long behind us, but overall a really bad experience.

Great atmosphere, family friendly with a play area for kids. The food looked good but unfortunately looks were deceiving. All dishes were over salted with not much flavor. I found a hair in my ‘Mushroom Risotto’ I called the waitress over and she suggested it was a mushroom hair, I pulled the hair from the dish and she immediately apologised and proceeded to say that it was definitely a hair and not a mushroom hair she said she would let the kitchen know and they would take it off the bill. Moments later the chef came over to our table and started by saying that she’s sorry and the dish has been taken off the bill but 100% it was a mushroom hair and then pulled out her mobile phone and insisted that I google mushroom hairs and shows me what I would find if I googled it, standing over me trying to convince me that I was wrong and she was right it was completely unnecessary and came across very unprofessional and a little aggressive. I have heard about mushroom hairs but not usually from button mushroom’s. When it came to pay the risotto hadn’t even been taken off the bill, when I said something to the waiter he said he would need to speak to the manager. I went on to say I had a hair in my risotto and he removed it immediately without asking anyone (which makes me believe this wasn’t the first time this has happened…Don’t waste your time or your money on this place

A lovely and spacious café with very friendly and welcoming staff. They are able to cater for relatively larger groups with tables of 7-10. They have a very large area for kids to play in the vicinity and a pond to feed the ducks. They even cater for doggies and have a doggie menu with a variety of options that your furry friend would love. But that wasn’t the best part…..the food was absolute heaven to the fifteenth power. Never have I ever tasted such a good bruschetta. I must recommend the poke bruschetta. It is the most photogenic delicious dish to ever be created. It’s filled with vibrant pinks and packs a punch. The kids menu is extensive which allows a for lots of options for picky eaters. They also have a latte called the “biscoff latte”. It tastes exceptional.

I love the menu here! Something for everyone, breakfasts, lunches, sandwiches & desserts. A good kids menu & a really great variety of hot & cold drinks. Set near water, within the Flower Power Garden centre, it has a outdoors feeling with generous tables, light & airy eating area, for those with kids there's a small play area at the bottom of the restaurant which is great! Gives mums a breather! Overall a great experience with excellent food & quick service. Slightly high on the prices, our meal was $140 for 2 adults, 2 kids & drinks. But as a one off, it's a nice treat.

We ordered the chicken bagel and smoked salmon bagel for breakfast, both of which were great in taste and design. The atmosphere was fantastic as you walk through the flowers and enter the cafe which is nice and warm with a brilliant view of the lake and fountain. The staff were nice and friendly and the service was excellent. The cafe is kid friendly as it has a playground in the dining area and our kid was welcomed with a pack of crayons and papers for drawing. The food was served quickly despite being a Saturday morning and the cafe being packed with customers. There is a spacious parking area outside so finding a spot for your car won't be an issue. It was a great experience and this place is highly recommended.

We were pleasantly surprised when we entered Flower Power- we were recommended Frankie's by friends and the setting and decor was just charming. Food was good, however a bit pricey considering the small serving sizes. The kids mini cheeseburger was so mini and the plate was filled with so many fries instead- my 9 year old normally orders from the kids menu but this was suited for toddlers only- we had to order another meal. The steak sangawich was delicious and the chicken wrappy was nice but needed more chicken. Kids chicken nuggets and chips were the usual. All the meals came with way too many fries though, they went to waste unfortunately. Kids play area and duck feeding was a big hit. Kids chocolate milkshake was good, as was the pink lady juice. Coffee was average. Staff were lovely.

Great food, and great menu. Lots of options for Breakfast, Brunch, Lunch and vegetarian/pescatarian choices too. I had the Poke Bruschetta - amazing! Great coffee too! It was quite busy when we went around 11am, and the servers were struggling to get around to everyone who wanted to order. Staff were super friendly though and we eventually went up to the counter to order as we struggled to find a server to grab their attention to order - not a big deal, we were happy to go up to the counter. Would defintiely come again as the food was great and it was a lovely atmosphere.

Recently celebrated friends' bday here. Food is OK. The layout is great and pet friendly. There is also an indoor playground and you can feed the ducks on the lake. Service was good for the most part, but some of the wait staff seemed a bit impatient. Perhaps being a large group, we are harder to serve. Great place for a large group brunch. The staff were incredibly kind and accommodating and well prepared for a group of 15 in the midst of an already busy public holiday. The Cafe itself was fantastic. We loved the lush decor of the whole place and the extensive menu that had plenty of options for everyone including vegans and vegetarians and EVERYTHING was very well presented and tasted great! Very well staffed but MAJOR lack in customer service. After 20-30 mins of placing order we were told gas doesn't work. Changed order, everything came out at different times. Some of the orders we had to wave down multiple staff to ask how much longer it would take. Toddlers pancakes took over 1 hour. Tried to wave down staff to ask to order another hot beverage she nodded and walked off. So many staff members walking around but customer service was shocking! The service was friendly (although still waiting on the additional cup for water). The best part was the atmosphere; it was lovely looking out at the water, the breeze was lovely and our daughter enjoyed the play area. The chicken pasta dish was terrible, it was greasy, spicy, and the chicken was hard pieces of inedible gristle sitting on the top. The meal is still repeating on me. My daughter said her fish and chips were okay but didn't like the flavour and surprisingly left most of the chips. The only one to enjoy their meal was my husband, who had the pork sliders, which he said they were great.

What an ambience. Feels like I am at an Asian food market.. and I love it. It's full of colours, quite busy and design aspect of the restaurant is quite unique. Lake by the side and they have mist spray on a hot day. Food is lovely too. Service is a bit slow.. but hey, you need to spend time here.. not just eat and leave. I heard of Frankie's food factory from friends n FB. I have nver been to this wonderful cafe n wanted to experience d good food especially " The mix berry pancake". Now I came from best Actress Oscar Winner country Mischelle Yeoh-"Malaysia" to experience the delicious n yummy food. Great found, it's a santuary here I'm the middle of a flower market. Feels a bit like the Grounds of Alexandria here but from the north and its easier to park. Decent pasta and food here. Customer service is outstanding. Every staff comes to greet with us and check on us. It's child and family friendly here where kids can feed ducks and play at a playground. Ideal for morning or brunch catch up. Which can get very crowded during weekends. Though the playground seems dusty/dirty at some areas where kids can reach, and the feeding area can be cleaner. Would surely come back again!

Been here a few times, the coffee is always good. Food always comes out quick, but the food is not 5 stars, I think mostly due to it feeling rushed and sometimes underwhelming, eg sometimes the eggs are not cooked through. Menu is massive, lots of options. Atmosphere is the big draw card, you must visit for yourself and great for the kids with an open play area and ducks. The best part is the shopping at flower power afterwards.

I loved the restaurant concept. Food was also good especially chicken bagel and vegan bowl but I didn’t enjoy chicken skewer as it was cold as well lacks flavour. Staff service was excellent but i don’t think food prices are reasonable. Food was good as well as the presentation of food was also great but there was nothing special in the food. I also ordered latte, i personally didn’t liked it. Overall experience was okay. I don’t recommend this restaurant at all for people who want to try something new and different.

Great find in the hills area-not the best food or coffee I've had but still would come again. It was all lovely presentation and friendly staff but lacked in taste. It does get very busy though so don't expect long brunches, they are keen to rush you out (which is totally fine by me!). Its got a great environment - the playground - so great for families and then the plant shopping afterwards! My little one loved the kids pancakes with Nutella strawberries and banana.

Love this place so much, made my weekend while we were there for brunch! Great customer service( I appreciate what their hardworking staff are doing), good quality foods, cozy environment in the heart of a green nursery and also a beautiful lake with lots of chubby ducky and king gold fishes! Such a good place and DELICIOUS FOOD !! I got their falafel bowl and it was devine !! The falafels themselves i didnt like bcoz they werent herbu enough for me but everything else in the bowl plus cardamom chai latte were excellent. Im telling everyone i know about this place. The interior and atmosphere are good. But overall, the service is not good and slow. There is no air conditioning in this hot weather. The taste of the food is normal, but the steak in the burger and the bread in egg benedict is too tough to chew. And most of all, the cashier didn't seem to be sorry when she gave me 10 dollars less change at the end. If you don't live close, I don't think it's worth coming twice.

After a really long time, I had amazing breakfast in Frankie's Food Factory. The ambience is really beautiful nearby a pond. The people who served us were super friendly to us. The restraunt's manager Kenza made sure that we were comfortable and got the best service. Food tasted to the point. it was plated really well. Cant wait to try other dishes in their menu. Also the place is pet friendly.

Very dog friendly - they have a dog menu with eggs, puppachino etc. Nice outdoor seating for dogs as well. Lovely venue for a sunny brunch day. Portions are quite large and the menu has many many options. We had the house pancake, squid ink pasta and bread with dip. All were delicious. Staff were great but sitting outside can be a little hard to get their attention. Quite busy on weekends.

Not quite 5 stars. Amazing staff (well staffed with speedy service. Amazing food. Beef patty was a little plug and play generic. Otherwise great food output considering how busy it was. A very interesting place to catch up with friends. Kids and pet friendly.Surprisingly there is a lake inside and kids can feed ducks. Coffee was cold already when served maybe coz it was a busy Saturday. Food is not bad. Overall would recommend.

Have always walked past when going to Flower Power but this time decided to sample the breakfast menu and we weren’t disappointed! Lovely ambience and well presented food. Quite an extensive menu and everything we ordered was up to the mark. Salmon bagel and avo smash would be our top picks.

Menu has so many different meals, from burgers to pancake and different milkshake flavours. Atmosphere is amazing and it was busy so best to make booking. Dietary requirement are given next to meal which makes it easy to order. Definitely will be coming back to try all the other meals!

The ambience was unique. The food was also great. Coffee was not that great for a coffee lover. Located in a convenient location and has a plant nursery and few more shopping associated within the same complex. Worth a try.

Nice restaurant (strangely located inside flower power). Good views of a nice pond (with complimentary duck feeding). Good pastas, but meals are slightly on the expensive side. Has a kids play area to keep kids entertained. Nice and breezy seating area

Had a big breaky here. The food was great, could bear with the over-cooked egg in Uncle Joe's egg dish. Would have been perfect morning, but our coffee got on our table 40 mins after we ordered, not great when you want to have your coffee first thing.

Atmosphere is great! Always attentive staffs. Food are fresh made and good flavours. After lunch you can spend some time at the poolside or cruise around the garden.

Love it here, it’s one of the best cafes in the Hills. Beautiful surroundings, gorgeous ducks you can feed and a play area for the kids!! When it is at it’s busiest, the staff are still attentive, prompt and friendly.

Overall, it was a very pleasant experience besides the fact that it was a public holiday and very hot. All the food and drinks came out at different times and my table had to ask 3 waiters, 3 separate occasions.

Favourite brunch spot in Hills!!! Food, service and the ambiance is great. The place has a really nice vibe. The kids play area is nice and you can also feed the ducks on a good day!!
